I have been going to Sweetie’s for 7-8 years and have never had an issue, until my wedding cake. I gave them the cake topper, wrapped in bubble wrap, and when they delivered it to ...
my venue, it was broken. Still giving them a ‘fantastic’ rating, assuming this was a one time freak accident. Cake definitely tasted good, as usual.
I had always wanted a cake from a local bakery for our wedding and Sweeties was one of the preferred vendors from our venue. I was happy that Kathy would respond to me though email...
because with my schedule email was my best way at communicating though out the week. Sent her some pictures of cakes we liked and we set up a tasting allowing us to pick 4 cupcakes with the icing on top as the "filling" we would chose.
We loved so many flavors so the best part is you could do different flavors and fillings for each tier. We did yellow cake with cookies and cream filling, chocolate with peanut butter filling, and red velvet with pecan cream cheese filling. We got a lot of complements on the fact that we had different flavors. We even had two additional rounds made for serving so that we could serve all the people we needed without having to make the cake itself bigger and more expensive. The cake itself was a beautiful display and so delicious, we got to take some left overs home and it was beyond good! The buttercream frosting is so amazing tasting and even had a shine to it, which made it so beautiful! Kathy made us some flowers to put on the cake and now we have them to keep.
Thanks Kathy and your bakery team we really enjoyed your service and are sure to recommend you and use you for future events. Looking forward to getting cupcakes in the future in our wedding flavors! Always, The Everetts
Sweetie's Delights made my wedding cake and it was beyond my expectations. The cake flavors and texture was great. I loved everything about it. She took my ideas and made it great...
er then my vision. IT WAS PERFECT!
After our wedding, my husband and I are addicted to Sweetie's cupcakes.
We kept it simple with a small cutting cake and a variety of cupcake flavors, and let me tell you, we ended...
up not getting ANY of the cake or cupcakes! Our guests tore through them! Usually people want to know what flavor they are trying, but, we didn't have ours labeled and people devoured them anyway. I had so many guests ask me, after the fact, where THOSE cupcakes came from! They are just that good. I can't recommend them enough.
My cake was perfect! We had an island wedding and needed to be able to pick up our cake early and transport it by boat. They had my cake ready on time, it was absolutely what we wa...
nted and it traveled well without any problems. I worked with Kathy and Karen and they were "delightful." I had seen a picture of a beach themed cake that Kathy had designed and she helped me create the perfect cake for our wedding. The frosting was so smooth and perfect, I it looked like it could have been fondant. The fan coral details on the sides we exactly what I wanted. The cake tasted as good as it looked. I would recommend Sweetie's Delight to everyone! I was confident when I talked to them when ordering our cake, but we were in awe when we saw the cake. Everyone loved it and it was the perfect touch for our wedding. Thank you Sweetie's Delight for such a perfect wedding cake and a it was a pleasure to work with these ladies!
