We chose the champagne cake for our wedding cake and it was out of this world! Jessica worked with us when our head count decreased to make the cake look so special and beautiful. Best cake ever!!

We are SO GLAD we hired Sweet for Sirten to bake our wedding cakes! We are a lesbian couple, and Jessica was totally cool with that. I LOVE cake, and I have been dreaming about my wedding cake since I was little, so I had VERY high standards for both taste and appearance, and Jessica absolutely hit the mark!! I liked that Jessica let us try five different cake and frosting flavors at the tasting, and that she let us bring four people to join in the fun! The cakes were moist and perfectly spongy. The buttercream frosting was the perfect balance between butter and sugar. We loved the dark chocolate taste and thicker texture of the chocolate ganache frosting. The mixed berry filling was an amazing mix of fresh berry puree and buttercream frosting. Jessica's recommendations for cake/frosting flavor combinations were all delicious. We ended up getting two cakes, each with 3 layers (10, 8 and 6 inch diameter). One cake had yellow frosting and the other was chocolate. The yellow cake had one layer with white almond cake, mixed berry filling and almond buttercream frosting, and the other layers were vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. The chocolate cake had one layer with chocolate cake, chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate buttercream frosting (this combo is called "death by chocolate") and the other layers were fudge marble cake and chocolate buttercream frosting. All the flavors were superb and our guests raved that they loved the cake. I spent days looking at the portfolios of ten different cake bakers in the area, and Sweet for Sirten definitely had the most beautiful cakes out of all the bakers who were willing to deliver to Panama City Beach. The sugar daisies that she made to decorate our cakes were gorgeous and beautifully arranged. The yellow buttercream frosting on one of our cakes was amazingly smooth, and we loved the texture of the chocolate buttercream frosting on the other cake. Jessica is super friendly and always responded promptly to my emails. She was also very flexible when I needed to change the time of our tasting appointment. Her cakes are gorgeous and definitely worth every penny. We absolutely recommend that you hire Sweet for Sirten to bake your wedding cake!!

Jessica was great to work with! As an out of town bride planning a destination wedding, I spent countless hours reviewing vendors on line and requesting information and availability. Surprisingly, I had little or no response and when I did it was weeks later. As a professional within the wedding industry myself, that made me nervous, so I called around for referrals (aside from reading reviews and looking at portfolios on wedding wire). Sweet for Sirten was recommended by our caterer. When I got in touch with Jessica, she was very sweet, quick and easy to work with. She met us for a tasting and design meeting at her office. The cake was DELICIOUS!!!! And on wedding day, our cakes were delicious and beautiful!

Our cake was truly fantastic. Jessica took all of my ideas and compiled them into one cohesive beautiful design. I had people texting me the week after the wedding about how great the cake was... It was truly delicious! We couldn't have been happier with our cake.

Sweet for Sirten was highly recommended to me by our Wedding Coordinator and I being from Dallas trying to plan my Florida wedding went with them. I was not too pleased with how the service was when I tried to get a contract and Jessica (owner) was very hard to get a hold of and would take days to get back to me. In addition to my service, I requested cupcakes for the "groom's" cake and asked that they look like golf balls and I gave a very clear photo. The cupcakes we received were anything but golf balls and they were actually very dry too. It looked like someone cut a circle of fondue and placed them right on top. You couldn't even read the monogram that was supposed to be on top either. Our wedding cake was okay, but I wasn't impressed. However, I am so happy that I ordered flowers for my wedding cake through Destin Floral Designs. -Rachel N

Jessica Sirten with Sweet for Sirten is not only incredible at what she does, but she’s a total sweetheart! When I first began planning my destination wedding in Rosemary Beach, Florida I assumed I would have no problem finding someone to bake my cake. Little did I know that this would be much harder than I realized… There weren’t many bakers along 30A and the people I was able to speak with or meet with in Panama City Beach or Destin were often very expensive, unoriginal and in some cases downright rude! Jessica was exactly the opposite – she was warm, friendly, flexible and inventive! She was open-minded when it came to experimenting with cake flavors and when it came to cake design there wasn’t a thing this girl couldn’t do! The cake that we landed on was an original recipe that she now calls her “Italian Rosemary Wedding Cake” and I am telling you…. It is TO DIE FOR!!! Baked with fresh rosemary, an orange marmalade filling and topped with mascarpone cream cheese frosting, it’s no wonder I dream about this nearly every night since my wedding day! It was a huge hit and paired very nicely with our meal. I seriously cannot wait to make another trip down to the beach so I can order up some cupcakes when I’m in town from Jessica --- ; ) Thanks so much girl!

Jessica was so wonderful to us, and we loved having her as part of our big day! We asked her to create five small cakes for our guests, with different icing styles. We were looking for delicious, and we found it :) Guests were getting sampler plates of each one! We were thrilled with our choices and the cakes held up beautifully in the humid Florida June weather. (PS... if you are looking for the best carrot cake around, Jessica is your girl. I think she puts twice as much cinnamon in her recipe as anyone else and it is to die for!)

Reasonably priced.... loved my cake.... although I didn't get to enjoy it like I wish I could have.... what bride does though? I was told by several people that the cake was delicious.. My brother loved it! My wedding reception was outside and it was 90 something degrees that evening. The cake started to sag... it was taken inside and brought back out... I wasn't even aware of it until after the wedding though. Taste, Price, and Looks all get an A from me.

Jessica was great to work with and her cakes were absolute pieces of art! She is amazing at decorating cakes and they taste amazing too! I was very very impressed with her work and wouldn't have used any one else!

Sweet for Sirten made the cupcakes for my wedding and a grooms cake. All were delicious. Jessica was so easy to work with and very helpful and professional. She allowed us to have several flavors at no additional charge as well. Everyone commented on how great the cupcakes and grooms cake were. We were really impressed and were glad we chose such a wonderful company to work with.

I loved my cake that Jessica made for me and my husband. It turned out exactly how we described it to her. We had strawberry cake with a marshmallow butter cream icing, it was absolutely amazing.
