Loved working with Sweetness and Light Photography! Nicole was amazing. It certainly showed in the quality of work. She is a true professional with a charming personality. Our photos came in the timeframe she gave us if not earlier. Will definitely look forward to working with her again.

Nicole and her AMAZING team absolutely caught the emotion of our wedding day; which can be easier said than done but they delivered at the highest most level. From the beginning of the process we chatted for at least an hour, but we might be soul sisters from another lifetime, and she totally understood the visions of "shades of blue" we were going for. She had a fabulous survey that was detailed and specific to our wedding. With that survey there were no questions the day of! Nicole and her team just executed and the highest and most professional level. the photos are absolutely STUNNING!!!!!!!!!!!!! They actually gave me goosebumps looking at them because she not only captured a moment but an emotion. Her eye for the property gave us the gorgeous "vogue" photo that will soon hang in my house. Our first look, while incredibly hard (emotionally) for my groom, captured what we were both feeling. The ceremony photos captured the seconds that I didn't think were possible to catch in a still photo. She was able to recreate to a T a photo that my grandparents took and somehow wrangled 100+ guests to get in a group photo, which of course was feet from a pool. The reception photos were FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For better or worst (for my guests who definitely had too much to drink) caught to many memories from the first dance to the congo line to SHOUT! Nicole and her team also took photos of every couple who attended which i had NO IDEA they did but was an incredible surprise to see. On top of all that, the day after my wedding the Wildfires ravaged through Napa and somehow (even though I told her not to) my photos were delivered to my inbox three weeks lately, completely unbelievable work ethic. If you live within her radius of work and don't hire Nicole, you will be disappointed. She is an absolute gem of a person and a fabulous photographer. So if photography is important to you, do what's your best interest and hire Sweetness and Light Photography!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicole and her team are AMAZING wedding photographers. Nikole was very easy to communicate with and had a very detailed questionnaire to help us get on the same page. She scouted our wedding venue prior to the big day and had lots of ideas and suggestions for where to take pictures. On the day-of, she and her team were fantastic. The wedding party pictures were great fun. She and her team also put everyone at ease during the family portraits. They got fantastic shots of the ceremony and reception without interrupting the event. They were very discreet. All the pictures turned out beautifully.

Nicole's photos are art. ART, yes I know we all want photos of our day as bride or groom, but it is amazing when they can also be ART and that is why I choose Nicole, owner of Sweetness and Light Photography. Nicole had photographed a number of my friends' weddings and I had always been mesmerized by the quality. I began enjoying the photos of other weddings, even though I didn't know the folks because she captures the emotions, feel, and reality of the day. Nicole's photos tell a story, and capture the moments you are too busy to notice. I had opted to had an unplugged wedding so I put full faith in Nicole to capture the day. We did not have video or a #hashtag to search later, all photos were grabbed by her. I am so glad I did. The day went by so quick and I really didn't get to see it all or even talk to everyone. Looking back through the photos it was so nice to relive the moments that went by so quick, see the faces and feelings of those I barely got to say hello to, or catch the responses of those in attendance to our toast, ceremony, etc. The best part, I got to relive it, not through grainy photos take from a cell phone. I didn't have to peel through photo after photo that didn't capture the moment but an arm, head or better yet another cell phone. Her photos offered me a front row to a day that took so much time and effort to put together. I am over the moon with quality, # of photos, and feel of every image she captured. Not only that, folks are coming to me to tell me how amazing the photos are. These will be gifts, family heirlooms, and art in your house, so pick an artist for the job. With a great mix of candid, portraits, but a grace and beauty in her editorial style....you can't go wrong with Sweetness and Light Photography.

My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Nicole during my wedding last year. She's professional, personable, had unending patience and she really put me at ease throughout the day. This was super helpful since I tend to be a high strung ball if stress. I cannot say enough good things about her as a person and her beautiful photography work speak for itself. I will tell you what I tell friends that I refer to her: hiring her to do our photography was the best choice I ever made, next to marrying my husband of course 😉 Trust me, you won't be sorry.

On our wedding day, she made me and my entire family feel at ease -- all the while getting down to business and getting those beautiful shots! She is an ARTIST. She was also able to get all the important portrait shots I wanted without them looking manufactured, cheesy, or too pose-y (a personal pet peeve of mine). Nicole was phenomenally fun, professional and efficient for our San Francisco wedding- from finding fun backdrops, to romantic lighting it was in truth one of the most enjoyable parts of our day. Additionally, she was able to edit our pictures and get them to us in a matter of days! I highly recommend Nicole!

Where do I even begin! Nicole is an AMAZING wedding photographer!! I chose to reach out to her for my own wedding after seeing the super beautiful engagement and wedding photos of one of my sister's friends. (My sister ended up choosing to hire Nicole for her wedding too!) On top of loving her eye and style of photography, her personality (we FaceTimed) really put me at ease. As the bride, feeling as present and unselfconscious as possible on the day was soooo important to me, and I loved how relaxed I felt around her. She's also incredibly adept at dealing with the wedding party and family members, which is essential to getting everyone where they need to be for your portraits. I was very impressed by how she is able to strike the tricky balance between being a true (crazy talented) professional—knowing what needs to happen to get all the gorgeous shots you want—and making you and your wedding party and family feel truly comfortable. Simply the best service ever. Nicole and her associates gave us such wonderful memories on both our wedding day and our engagement shoot. I had so much fun on my wedding day and I hardly even knew she was there---which was good because she captured so many shots of us during the ceremony and of everyone having a great time. She will be our go to photographer from now on for everything from Christmas cards, family portraits and someday maybe a pregnancy shoot!!

I LOVE NICOLE! My husband and I were married on October 1, 2016 and our photos were one of the very best takeaways from our dreamy day. Working with Nicole (Sweetness and Light Photo) was such a pleasure! My husband doesn't love getting his picture taken, so we were looking for someone low-key and fun who would make the experience as painless as possible -- Nicole was definitely the perfect person! She joked and laughed with us and made him feel at ease -- which resulted in some amazing shots! She is professional, honest, hard working, and goes above and beyond (she redid my hair into an up-do for my engagement shoot because the wind was messing it up to much!!!) for her clients. Her photographs turned out beautiful, both the candid shots and the staged ones, and I would whole heatedly recommend her for anyone looking for engagement and wedding pictures!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Nicole, where do I begin?? A close friend referred her to me when I was looking for my photographer. I loved her candid, natural style of photography and knew that her style and mine would be a perfect match. Our engagement photos and wedding photos are ones that I will treasure for the rest of my life. She is extremely talented and did an excellent job capturing the natural lighting and beauty in the areas we were taking pictures. We were recommended Nicole for our wedding by our wedding coordinator Cinthy from A Touch of Grace, and she was awesome! As soon as we met her and talked about the style we were going for, we knew she was the right choice for us. Nicole was super easy to get along with and very organized before and during the wedding. She certainly knew how to make everyone smile! The second photographer she brought along was also great to work with, and the two of them made quite a team. After the wedding, the photos were done super fast -- well before we expected them. We're so happy how everything turned out! Nicole did a great job capturing all of the really special moments. We'll definitely want to go back to her for any other professional photography sessions in the future!

I wish I could give Nicole and her business 10 stars. She was by far the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Oh boy, where do I start? Photographer: Nicole is just simply amazing. Her personality is perfect for us Brides that are already under a lot pressure and stress the day of our wedding. She is incredibly easy going, friendly, personable, hard working, bubbly, and extremely fun. She is so good at bringing a genuine smile to your face and taking the perfect shots to make your laugh/smile look absolutely gorgeous. On the day of my wedding, we had the biggest difficulty getting my family together for family group pictures. Kids were all over the place and people just could not follow directions. But Nicole remained calm through it all and instead of showing any sign of stress or frustration, she did everything in her power to make everyone laugh and smile for the pictures. When a baby started crying, Nicole instantly started imitating a monkey which got the baby laughing right away. She knew exactly what to do in every situation. What I loved her about the most was her passion. It was so obvious that she just loved her job. I loved that about her. In the midst of all the chaos, craziness, and of course the heat from my outdoor summer wedding, I never failed to see a genuine smile on Nicole's face. I just fell in love with her! Pictures: Our turn around time for pictures was a lot faster than I had expected. She gave us a good amount of fully edited pictures the very next day of our wedding, and the turn around time for our entire package was exactly about a month. I just received our full wedding pictures yesterday and it literally brought me to tears. She listened to every single requests and suggestions we had made when we first initially spoke with her months ago! Every single picture looked just gorgeous. In some of the pictures, I couldn't believe I was looking at myself. She made me look absolutely stunning! The lighting, angles, colors...everything was just perfect. Nicole is also absolutely incredible at capturing emotions. Flipping through the picture literally gave me goosebumps as well as happy tears. :) Service: Excellent! Nicole is very professional and really knows how to run her business. She was really good at replying to our emails in a timely manner and answering every single questions we had (and trust me I had a lot of questions). She was also extremely accommodating to our busy schedule. Instead of meeting in person, we were able to connect through google hangout (video chat) and also connect on the phone which worked perfect for us. Price: SO worth every penny! I actually did a lot of researching, shopping and talking to photographers before hiring Nicole. With that said, Nicole's package is pretty darn affordable and she really goes above and beyond to make sure you get your moneys worth. Overall, Nicole was really THE best decision we had made for our wedding and we are so grateful to have had her capture our special day. She is extremely gifted and talented and her personality...that's really something money can't buy. She is just an awesome person all around. It's not often that you come across a person as genuine and fun as Nicole and we're just extremely thankful that we made the decision to hire her for our wedding. :)

I could not be happier with my wedding photos. They were absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I were all about the natural looking photos. Sure, we'd pose for a few family shots but what we really wanted to be able to look back at was the special moments we shared with each other and our family on our special day. And boy did she deliver... Our wedding pictures are flawless and full of emotion. Enough to make you cry happy tears just looking at them. Beautiful shots of us with almost magical light beaming though the trees behind us. We were married along the Sacramento Delta and Nicole captured the quiet beauty of the our surroundings perfectly. Nicole showed up right on time to photograph us while we got ready. She captured the perfect shots and was so comfortable to be around. She even helped me gracefully handle my, Hmm, how do I put this, overly excited mother and grandmother. haha. She quickly got us through the before-the-wedding photos and during the wedding ceremony she was very discreet. I didn't even see her! After the ceremony we got through our bride and groom photos lightning fast so we could get to celebrating with our guests. The photo's from the reception were amazing. Great shots of my Dad tearing up while delivering his speech, our groomsmen tearing up the dance floor, the cake, all of that stuff. She stayed late into the night to be sure she didn't miss any of the fun. Basically our experience with her was fantastic and our wedding photos were insanely beautiful. If you want heartfelt, candid, touching, beautiful wedding photos and a fantastic experience, I HIGHLY recommend Sweetness and Light photography.

Nicole with Sweetness and Light Photography is absolutely an amazing photographer that will not disappoint! She went above and beyond to capture the most precious moments. Not only did our photos come out stunning, but her excitement and enthusiasm shows through her pictures. We used her for our engagement photos as well our wedding day. We had never taken professional photos before, but she made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera during our E-sesh, that we were totally ready for the big day. On our wedding day, she brought along a second professional photographer who was just as equally amazing. Grace (the second photographer) even helped my groom steam his suit before heading off to the ceremony! Throughout the night, Nicole surely made our evening go smoothly. Her work is stunning, but she helped us keep within our wedding day schedule as well. They even crawled up onto a hill to place a light after it got dark outside so the pictures would come out good, and they were great! We had so much fun with her throughout the whole process and I truly feel we've made a life long friend and photographer as our family grows. If you're looking for natural beauty to show the love felt in the most memorable moments, you'll want to choose her hands down. She's a great person, fun to work with, easy to talk to, quick to respond, and will go out of her way to make you a happy bride and groom :)

Nicole was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly personable, with a wonderful positive sunny disposition. Her photographer speaks for itself. it is perfect. She knows just how to capture light and the moment. She really gets to understand her clients and brings that to life in her pictures. She did my engagement photos and wedding photos. The biggest problem I had was narrowing down which photos to put in frames as I loved them all. If you want a photographer who will go the extra mile to get the perfect picture, make you smile on your special day, delivery incredible results...then Nicole is the right person for you!

Nicole was a fantastic photographer from start to finish. She did engagement pictures which we loved. She let us pick the location and was very accommodating to our schedules and with including our puppy in some of the shots. At the wedding, she went above and beyond making sure to take pictures of all the important details. She had an assistant who was another professional photographer. Her price was reasonable, and she was fun to work with!
