Mark showed up at the venue and set the tone for the whole day as someone who was an anxious bride. He was knowledgeable, informative, and made sure to get all the photos we wanted. Ed made sure to get every moment down from little details to the ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I would highly recommend Sweetwater!

Scot our photographer was the best. I cannot say enough about him. Our wedding day rained and he was more than willing to go out in the rain with us to shoot our first look. Whatever we asked of him he did with a smile on his face. He is friendly and fun. We seriously cannot stop looking at our pictures! Sweetwater Wedding Photography is THE BEST!!

I have a large, unruly family, and coordinating family photos seemed like an impossible job - but Scott politely (but firmly) got then under control in order to get the pictures we wanted. I was impressed with his demeanor, organizing ability, the way he interacted with the guests, and how he corralled us all to make our vision into a reality. On top of that, of course he is a talented photographer who caught the ambiance, all the important moments, and a huge number of candid moments on film. I was sad when our wedding was over, because it was such a whirlwind I didn't get to see what the guests were up to, but when I saw all the photos Scott took, it was like I got to experience the wedding all over again, truly a joy. Thank you Sweetwater and Scott!

Scott was the photographer we worked with and he was SO much fun at our wedding. He wasn't afraid to really coax people's personalities out and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He blended right in with our guests and was out on the dance floor with everyone dancing and taking pictures. We got a sneak peek of about 80 pictures about a week and a half after our wedding and then the full album a month after. I couldn't be happier with the experience we had :)

Having both of them there was so valuable because while Scot was capturing the posed ones we wanted, Lindsay was capturing guest moments. So many guests complimented Lindsay to me after the fact because she would hear someone say “look at that” to another guest, and then Lindsay would turn around and capture whatever it was while being a total fly on the wall. We also got our pictures back so fast! The sneak peak came in a week with 86 photos! The rest came a month later with over 1,000 photos. Highly recommend!

capturing some beautiful shots. He is also great at telling you what to do which is helpful because we're both pretty awkward. Sherry is lovely to work with as well. She was great at communicating with us and we knew we liked her and wanted to work with her pretty immediately. The pricing is also extremely reasonable for 6 hours of photography and we received a huge number of photos in our finished album. I take a star off only because the editing is inconsistent. There are some photos, in the minority but still there, that are extremely bright and washes people out. Most of the photos we received are beautiful and well edited but it was a little surprising. That said, it is not an overly difficult fix with a basic photo editor and it is none of the photos of my husband and I, which are all beautiful. All in all, I'm very happy we went with Sweetwater. I would give 4.5 stars if I could but I did think I should mention the editing in case it is of a concern to anyone.

up to the day. Courtney and Marc were completely professional and really went with the flow especially with the pandemic and the smaller not as traditional wedding. The photos and video turned out beautiful. We love our photos and know there are some wonderful memories that we will be able to look back upon. We were very happy with the results. The only reason for not 5 stars is that we needed to ask for specific photos that were not included in the initial gallery. Sherry was able to get us those photos quickly but we just were wondering why these were not included in the first go round and would not have wanted to miss out them or others like them.

I had a phone conversation with Sherry for nearly an hour one Saturday morning, and she's like talking to someone you've known forever. She was friendly, kind, informative and helpful, we booked Sweetwater Wedding for our wedding nearly two years away at that point. Flashforward to this spring and Sherry just reached out to check in with us, making sure we're handling this whole COVID situation as best we can. She even asked me about my job--she remembered what I did! I am so impressed. Once she emailed, I started thinking about engagement pictures and we put it on the books for the fall. Sure enough, Sherry helped me out with getting Scot, my fiance and I together this fall to shoot while the foliage was still available. My fiance and I picked a place closer to us and Scot met us there with no problems. It was so nice to see him again! His personality is one to remember too! He made us feel so comfortable. We had so much fun, he never needed to tell us to smile! Sherry and Scot are exactly the type of people I'm looking to work with on our big day as I'll probably be a nervous nelly and I look forward to spending the day with them as I already know they'll make me feel more at ease and I'll absolutley have fun. Not to mention, the pictures came out GOREGOUS! I'm thriled. Thank you Sherry and Scot! Looking foward to working with you even more soon! 1/7/2022 Just as I thought, I made the best decision asking Sweetwater Wedding Photography to photograph my wedding. As the time was getting near, Sherry checked in on me a couple of times to make sure not only that every i was dotted and every t was crossed, but also that I was okay and ready! It was so nice to see Scot again on the wedding day. He beat me to the venue and I found him setting up and taking pictures of the set up of the room. He spent the afternoon in the bridal suite with the girls and I and did exactly as I thought he would, made me feel as comfortable as possible. He did exactly as I asked, and even had some suggestions for us! The closer we got to the ceremony and the higher my anxiety got, the more patience Scot showed me. All the while, my now husband, who is not shy at all, loved having his own photo shoots with Jun and the pictures certainly prove it! We got married in November, on the ocean, so when it came time for pictures, Scot was awesome about getting beautiful pictures before losing the natural light and us catching cold. On the way in, my family and friends surprised us with something that wasn't part of the plan but Scot and Jun were prepared for anything and got great shots of it anyway. They adapted to any situation--even someone walking in front of the camera when we cut the cake! All of my guests, and us, of course, raved about how much fun the photographers were and how attentive they were to all the fun things that were happening. We didn't have to wait very long at all for the pictures and they were a blast to go through. They are absolutely beautiful. We are so happy. Thank you so much Sherry, Scot and Jun!

The photographer made it fun and pulled out amazing shots, even with mother nature making it pretty cold and VERY windy. Our Engagement photos came out exquisite and we could not be happier! We are so excited to work with them again in a year on our wedding day!

ig day. I appreciated her taking the time to go over what we wanted, needed, and had thought about and worked to build the perfect package for the wedding. I was able to explain as best as I could what I wanted my wedding album to look like and she assured me we could accomplish my vision and capture all the memories I want to keep forever. Unfortunately, like many others, we had to push our wedding back a year & Sherry and her team was able to move everything over for us easily. With all the extra time we had before the big day we decided to add an engagement session. Scot, the photographer, was very kind and made us feel so comfortable during the session. We even had our dog there and Scot was able to take the most perfect pictures of him. I was very thankful how patient he was with our dog. He found several beautiful locations at where we went and took some of the most amazing pictures. Both my boyfriend and I aren't picture people, however Scot was able to get my good side and capture some of the sweetest pictures we have of each other. I can not wait till our wedding day, and when I get to see all the beautiful pictures and video taken. In additional to being the sweetest and prompt replies to any and all questions we have, I found the value to be incomparable to other options I had explored. Choosing our photographer gave me the most anxiety ... its a HUGE deal (to me). As soon as I signed my contract and send my deposit I was able to sit back and feel confidant we picked the most perfect match for us, our budget and our vision. I cant not wait till July 2021!
