Sweetwood Creative Co. listened to all of the things that were important to my daughter and I for her wedding and then amped up the details that went far beyond what we could imagi...
ne! I wasn't happy with the bland entryway of the venue so Jamie created a hanging triptych that told their love story in 3 hanging panels adorned by greenery. Guests commented all night long on all the amazing details and the flow of how everything was set up. The florals reflected the groom's love for all things green and included a nod to mine and my husband's honeymoon in Scotland by using blue thistle on the family chairs and in the bouquets. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I cannot recommend SCC enough!
It has taken me way too long to write this review! But I highly highly highly recommend Jamie and her amazing team! She planned our wedding and I cannot say enough positive things....
Jamie is attentive, a joy to work with, and knew exactly how to turn the vision I had in my head into a reality. She took all the stress out of planning our wedding and allowed me to fully enjoy every bit of it! I truly enjoyed working along side Jamie as we planned my wedding. Even though she was 2 hours away from our wedding venue she did not let that stop her from being at every meeting, tasting, and venue walk through. You will not regret hiring her for your next event!
Hiring Jamie was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! She was able to understand my vision and execute it perfectly, and to my budget. She took care of everyth...
ing (plus some) on my wedding day and really made the day so much more special. Her team was hard working, efficient, and easy to work with- also super fun! I would highly recommend hiring Jamie's team for any event- they are simply amazing!
To the bride who is on the fence about if she wants to book a wedding planner:
My best advice to you? Do it and book Seeetwood Creative! Jamie Cargill is phenomenal to work with. ...
She took our random ideas and turned them into a wedding beyond our dreams. Even my skeptical now husband was completely blown away by the product Jamie and her team delivered for our special day. He couldn’t see how our vision was going to become reality but in his words, “she nailed it”.
Jamie was easy to work with, available to answer our questions, and handled every curve ball with complete professionalism. Trust me, curve balls are going to happen for you wedding with one vendor or another. Having someone who can navigate the wedding world for you is invaluable. Her team was really nice the day of and we felt very special. We are incredibly grateful to Sweetwood Creative for making our wedding one that our guests are still talking about.
Sweetwood Creative planned our wedding from detail one to the moment we stepped into the airport for our honeymoon (and even beyond that!). There are a few things that describe the...
ir team:
- Detailed: Our planner, Jamie, didn't miss a thing. Seriously...I didn't even know the things we had forgotten because she caught those details too.
- Caring: Jamie listened intently to our vision, but wasn't afraid to guide us when we weren't sure what we wanted. She was patient with us, even with our budget constraints, and encouraged us the entire time!
- Creaive: Everything she designed was impeccable, unique and beautiful Her collection of individualized design aspects added an incredible feel that this wedding cost 10x what it actually did.
I'm almost little sad I had to be the groom at this wedding because I missed many of the details that my friends and family enjoyed. I cannot recommend Sweetwood Creative Co enough. I would stand behind their work for anyone I care about and (seriously) would have paid much more for all we received.
Amazing.

ly could not keep up with. Also, the problem with planning a wedding is that you don't know what you don't know. However, Jamie thought of and handled tons of things that never crossed my mind. She saved us so much money through connections she has, but also from wisdom with knowing the tricks of the wedding industry. She handled the countless questions from vendors, family, wedding party, etc. On the day of the wedding I never knew of any "problems" that arose, because she fixed everything and made it perfect. In addition to being very talented, Jamie is so kind and is a joy to be around!
