Based in San Diego, CA, Swift & Granite is the epitome of high-end craft cocktail bartending, right at your wedding venue or private event. Our team has a sterling reputation, with some of the best bartenders who have worked at reputable cocktail bars in San Diego (Lafayette Hotel, Polite Provisions, Raised By Wolves, Kettner Exchange, Pendry Hotel).
We treat your wedding bar as a classy style speakeasy, with your menu featuring your choosing of classic Death and Co cocktails, or even putting your trust in us to make you a dealers choice based cocktail off of our consult together to be your signature cocktail. We take no shortcuts, as out motto is, "how you do one thing is how you do everything". We understand the elegance that comes together when you harp on the details. Ambiance is a huge focus for us, we try to mimic the exact setup of a cocktail bar so your wedding has that energy that brings people over. Our team does a full bar prep day, the day before your wedding, using organic produce to create all of the syrups, cordials, shrubs, tinctures, isi foams, molecular garnishes, edible flowers, and fresh squeezed citrus juice to bring your cocktails back to the memories of your favorite cocktail bar you frequent. We hold standards of service similar to a Forbes Top 50 cocktail bar, we have protocols from how to build cocktails while talking to guests to approaching dealers choice. I can say confidently, I'v worked behind the bar with every one of my bartenders, and every one of them is a true warm hearted person that has passion for hospitality.
We work with local specialty ice brands, N'ice & Penny Pound, to give your cocktails the attention and love they deserve featuring- crystal clear 2-inch large cubes, collins spears, Japanese spheres, diamond cubes, & pebble ice. To have a beautiful canvas for that ice we now offer our signature Gatsby 1910 cocktail glassware line for rentals. Every couple we meet is different, with different needs and different tastes so we are able to completely customize your bar service. We dress in formal black attire with a tie and a black Swift & Granite bar apron so your guests know who to approach for anything they need.
We are the luxury service for San Diego, but since we have our clients provide the alcohol, you save hundreds/thousands so you can save money for other extra amenities. Our pricing is listed on our website & below on The Knot, but we truly have a package for every couple. When it comes to planning a wedding, we want our guests to have absolutely no stress or worry about logistics for everything bar-related. Once you purchase the liquor, besides going over some details of your timeline, we handle everything for you and make your vision come alive. We cannot wait to see your beautiful faces,

The day of our event, Trevor brought plenty staff to ensure wait times stayed low even with a 250 person guest count and very intricate cocktails. Needless to say... perfect gut feeling. Trevor was in constant contact with us in reference to drink specialities and stand-outs. The birthday party was at my house, he arrived days before to go over every aspect of the drinks, amount of alcohol, outside bar area, setting etc.
The party included roughly 40 people. Trevor catered to all in an amazing fashion. Not only was he bartering, he also made sure all the guests were taken care of in every fashion possible.
