Our team does a full bar prep day, the day before your wedding, using organic produce to create all of the syrups, cordials, shrubs, tinctures, isi foams, molecular garnishes, edible flowers, and fresh squeezed citrus juice to bring your cocktails back to the memories of your favorite cocktail bar you frequent. We hold standards of service similar to a Forbes Top 50 cocktail bar, we have protocols from how to build cocktails while talking to guests to approaching dealers choice. I can say confidently, I'v worked behind the bar with every one of my bartenders, and every one of them is a true warm hearted person that has passion for hospitality. We work with local specialty ice brands, N'ice & Penny Pound, to give your cocktails the attention and love they deserve featuring- crystal clear 2-inch large cubes, collins spears, Japanese spheres, diamond cubes, & pebble ice. To have a beautiful canvas for that ice we now offer our signature Gatsby 1910 cocktail glassware line for rentals. Every couple we meet is different, with different needs and different tastes so we are able to completely customize your bar service. We dress in formal black attire with a tie and a black Swift & Granite bar apron so your guests know who to approach for anything they need. We are the luxury service for San Diego, but since we have our clients provide the alcohol, you save hundreds/thousands so you can save money for other extra amenities. Our pricing is listed on our website & below on The Knot, but we truly have a package for every couple. When it comes to planning a wedding, we want our guests to have absolutely no stress or worry about logistics for everything bar-related.
