Swig and Stone

We're not just your average catering company... We are Swig & Stone, a Central Oregon based mobile kitchen specializing in wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers, and dessert options -- all served out of a restored 1953 Ford. ​Our truck set-up opens up with an all-weather awning and beautiful reclaimed wood serving tables where you can see our chefs throwing pizzas and greeting guests. The inside houses a Mugnaini Valoriani® Italian open-hearth pizza oven and three taps pouring your favorite brews. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, creating authentic Neapolitan-style thin crust and Sicilian-style deep dish pizzas, and making sure no one leaves your party unsatisfied. ​This relaxed setting is a perfect fit for the majority of today’s special occasions. Whether it’s your outdoor wedding, private party, or any other occasion where you'd like to relax and enjoy your guests, just tell us who’s coming and we’ll do the rest. Catering packages include compostable plates, napkins, utensils, and disposable drinkware for wine and beer. We travel about 3 hours outside of Bend, Oregon and would be honored to be a part of your special day!
