My husband does not like taking pictures-at all- but by the end of our wedding photo session with Soleil he was the one requesting photo ops & poses. And I believe this is because Soleil makes the sessions fun & laid back. She has such an eye for great photos. She is worth every penny!! She will be our photographer in the future, FOR SURE!

She was very helpful throughout the planning process, guiding us along the way with our day-of timeline to ensure we had plenty of time for a first look and pre-ceremony photos. She did an amazing job after the ceremony with our extended family and friends photos - she took full control and made sure our guests could clearly hear who was on deck for the next photo - we wrapped these up well ahead of schedule and headed to our reception site with plenty of time to spare.
I'm especially grateful for how patient and understanding she was with a groom who was easily distracted :) while I became overwhelmed by him at times, she remained calm and unwavering as she wrangled him and his groomsmen.

As two camera shy noobs, we were nervous about all the photos that we would be in at our wedding and she succeeded in making us feel comfortable, letting us be ourselves, and knowing exactly how much direction to give to make the photos turn out absolutely beautiful. On top of that, she did an amazing job with the family photos - I was worried that they would take a long time with so many family members to corral, but not with Soleil around! When it came time to wrangle the crew she whipped out a little stool so she could see and direct everyone better, had everyone's names ready to go to call out for photos, and very politely but firmly got the shots she needed! It was AMAZING. She helped us think through all the shots we wanted and didn't want and how to organize the day from a photography perspective, which helped everything run so smoothly. I wish I could post photos that she took here because they were so beautiful! It was truly wonderful working with her and I would HIGHLY recommend hiring her for your wedding!
