ver survived dance lessons without fights, however a few lessons in this class with Simone gave us hope. So, we decided to take private lessons with her to continue what we had started. We had such an incredible time, the personal lessons really allowed us to understand the dance and the 3 of us together had so much fun. We didn't have a lot of time before our wedding, but she was so flexible to adapt her teaching to fit our limited time constraints so that we could get the most of out the sessions we were able to have. She ended up choreographing our dance to work with our song and our space, and made it look amazing, even at our very-beginner skill level. I can't even emphasize enough the looks of amazement on the faces of our guests, who never would have guessed amateur dancers like ourselves would do the TANGO on wedding day! What fun we had!
There was never any judgment about our terrible dancing skills and slow learning, but only fun and that created the desire in both of us to continue learning as much as we could. We still keep in touch and occasionally dance with her again, she has been such an inspiration.
If you are looking for a way to maximize your limited time and learn a lot, with no judgement and lots of fun, Simone can meet you at whatever skill lever you have and help you take it where you want to go. Most other dance instructors we have tried before have a set plan, and they stick to that plan no matter what your needs are. Simone will let you decide your needs and make the plan fit. I can't recommend enough and we are ever grateful for having met Simone and how she brought us to have fun dancing!
