d my husband and I through absolutely every part of our planning. From vendor recommendations, to creating schedules for all parties involved, to managing and coordinating the wedding day magic–she made planning our wedding a much happier and less stressful process. She was our day of coordinator, but she met with us many times in the months before our wedding day to help guide us through the planning process and to provide her experienced insight on the details that kept me up at night. She even came to our rehearsal dinner to make sure it ran smoothly and that everyone was comfortable with their parts! On the day of our wedding, Alexis was on top of every detail–it was like there were two of her! She was with the ladies getting ready (making sure I was on track and calm), while making sure the groomsmen, vendors, and other family members were on schedule. While the wedding party went to get photos, she went to our venue to ensure everything was perfect and all the small details–that our vendors were not responsible for–were ready to go! She was super organized and kept the night rolling right on schedule. She even made sure our gifts and my bouquet were delivered to our hotel room after the reception. If there any surprises, Alexis was right there dealing with it! I can say with all honesty; our wedding day was so smooth and successful because Alexis had our backs! THANK YOU!!!!!

Family member getting a little annoying? We basically didn't know because Alexis took care of it. Ask dad if he's ready for his toast? Alexis already did, he's ready, and she'll give him the mic already turned on. Didn't know you needed a glass of water? Don't worry - Alexis already anticipated it! Towards the end of the wedding reception, we were taking a little breather outside, and Alexis popped out to ask us a quick question. I could imagine with any other coordinator wishing to just have some space and not wanting this (relative) stranger to bother us. But instead, I was immediately soothed by her coming to check in with us. She had our back all day and helped to ensure a truly stress-free day. And I'm NOT a stress-free person, so that's saying A LOT. THANK YOU ALEXIS!!!
