As a long time vendor of the wedding industry, I have to say Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort is one of my favorite wedding venues. Our company provided service yesterday for a couple renewing their vows on 2.13.20. The property is meticulously maintained and the back garden area with Gazebo and sprawling lawn looks awesome. Please consider this venue as a location for your wedding and getaway needs. There is something for everyone including many ways to relax, an excellent Bike Trail(Bob Jones) and is moments from one of California's most gorgeous beaches-Avila Beach. It is also minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo. The SMS special events contact, Nicole Dichirico is a talented and genuine person to work with to plan your event there. I have been part of many successful events at SMS with Nicole taking lead, she is a true professional.

My maid of honor planned a very relaxing weekend at sycamore mineral springs resort and we had an absolute blast..! Arrived early and they had our room ready to go, rented beach cruiser bikes and took a two mile ride on their private path directly to the shoreline where we ate lunch and then attended the wine tasting event going on that weekend... Ride our super comfy and fun bikes back to the resort, changed into our suits and went to our mineral springs hot tub and then onto our oober relaxing and amazing body massages and treatments...THE best spa ever. My husband is excited that I promised to take him this summer.

My maid of honor planned my bachelorette party and it could not have been more wonderful! She reserved a private hot tub, with fresh water so you don't smell for days. It was huge and had waterfalls going into it. It was sooo relaxing and so much fun! And it was pretty reasonalbe too! I believe it was only $12 a person, so not bad! Super relaxing and great way to get ready for the big day!

Sycamore Mineral Springs is a 100 year old hot natural hot springs resort in Avila Beach near Pismo Beach nestled in the oak lined canyons with large trees and beautiful gardens for outdoor ceremony. Plus great rooms for guests to stay. It was centrally located for all guests.;They are limited to daytime weddings only and will cut you off at exactly 5:00pm! no night time weddings.

Our reception was held in the banquet room above The Gardens of Avila restaurant. The room was more than adequate for all the tables and the dance floor. We also had a hosted bar. We had several packages to choose from and a wonderful onsite coordinator to take care of all the details. Our appetizers included shrimp cocktail, cheese and crackers and fresh fruit. The guest chose between filet mignon and chicken breast for entrees. The staff there is just wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend Sycamore for your reception as well as your wedding venue. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect.;If you want to book this venue, I would suggest that you do so six months to a year in advance to book your date. We started planning a year in advance and it made all the difference in the world.
