LOVED LOVED LOVVVVEEDD working with DJ Syk Turtle for my wedding in December of 2025!! I seriously can’t recommend him enough. It really matters to me how people I hired interacted with my family and other staff. Chris was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and hardworking. When my grandma who’s 90 years old was cold he brought in hand warmers from his car and handed them out to guests🥹 I still talk about having another event and booking him again with my siblings! Chris Ahmadi (DJ Syk Turtle) was professional and incredibly easy to work with. He was flexible, adaptable, and really read the room to keep the energy perfect all night. On top of that, he was personable and made everyone feel comfortable. We got married at The Cloisters which is not the easiest venue to navigate in terms of sound and space. Regardless of the challenge, Chris worked very hard to move from room to room to keep the guests informed and updated on the reception timeline of events. He kept us on schedule which I so appreciated since we did not have a wedding coordinator. He was very proactive with the space and so helpful!! Multiple people told me that they loved him that night and the weeks after the wedding. Additionally, so many people told me the dancing was the best dancing they’d experienced at any wedding. I think that is a true testament to Chris’ talent and his ability to have fun doing something he is passionate about! That type of gift is contagious and we definitely felt that energy dancing. On top of that, Chris was so fun as a DJ! His set-up was amazing and the lights and tools he brought worked perfectly even though it was a challenging space. Truly one of my favorite vendors I worked with! I’m thankful we booked Chris prior to all the fame that I’m sure is in his future. I Highly recommend working with DJ Syk Turtle!!!🐢
Syck Events Entertainment was the DJ for my May wedding. I was worried that it would be awkward having a DJ for such a small wedding (50 people) but it wasn’t at all. Chris knew how to read the room and offered a mixture of background music and dance music- seamlessly flowing between the two. He played a great mix of music and we received several compliments after our wedding from guests. If we have another event in need of a DJ we’ll certainly use Syck Events Entertainment again!

I go by DJ Syck Turtle, and for over 15 years, I've had the privilege of helping couples and families celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives. My approach is simple: Every crowd is different, and every event deserves its own vibe. I take pride in reading the room, mixing the right blend of genres to keep guests on their feet and the energy high all night long. As an Emcee, I make sure your event flows smoothly.
