There truly are not enough words to describe how incredible Syd is. She is so much more than just your wedding photographer—she is someone who is there for you every step of the way, doing everything she can to make your life easier and your entire wedding experience that much more special.
From the planning process to the wedding day itself, Syd was always there to answer questions, offer advice, help wherever she could, and make us feel completely comfortable and taken care of. As a bride, having someone like her in your corner is absolutely invaluable. She has such a calming, fun presence and somehow manages to make everything feel effortless, even in the middle of the craziness of a wedding day.
And then there are the PHOTOS. We are completely in love with them. She captured our day so beautifully and authentically, from the big moments to all of the little ones we didn’t even realize were happening. Looking through our photos allows us to relive the emotions, the laughter, and all of our favorite memories over and over again. They are something we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
But one of the greatest gifts Syd gave us through this entire experience was her friendship. We are beyond thankful that wedding planning brought her into our lives, and she will always hold such a special place in our hearts.

A particularly meaningful moment in her career was in capturing the wedding of her high school teacher's son in 2025, an emotional full-circle experience. Your Special Day
Sydney Jai Photography offers services in a range of packages to meet your needs. Depending on your selections, Sydney will cover six hours to all day, provide an engagement session, and call on the services of a second photographer. She also offers night-before coverage and film photography.

I photograph weddings throughout Sonoma County, Napa Valley, Marin, and destinations beyond for couples who value connection, presence, and imagery that feels honest to who they are.
My approach is rooted in creating a calm and comfortable experience while documenting your day as it naturally unfolds. I’ll guide you when needed, but I never want your wedding to feel like a production or constant photoshoot. The moments that matter most are usually the ones you never planned for — the quiet in-between moments, the laughter, the feeling of being fully there with the people you love most.
The couples I work with often tell me they want photos that feel timeless, emotional, and natural without feeling overly posed. More than anything, I want you to feel fully present on your wedding day and trust that every meaningful moment is being preserved with care.
