About this vendor
A little bit about me:
Photographing weddings and elopements is a privilege that I do not take lightly. I treat each moment with as much care as if it were my own! I live in Upstate NY, but New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island have all been my home at some point in my life. I am always up for an adventure and roadtrips are my favorite! Especially if it means capturing love along the way! When I am not behind the camera, I am probably wrangling my two kiddos or pups, running through the Dunkin’ drive-thru or sneaking off for a solo Target trip. Our family loves camping in The Adirondack’s and soaking up the sun on Narragansett Beach.
While I am happy to take on weddings of any size, I specialize in intimate weddings or engagement sessions where I can embrace a documentary, candid approach. My favorite moments to capture are those quiet, unplanned interactions. The small details that really pull together the final gallery to tell the story of a wedding day beyond the formal portraits.
I adore the small details. The quiet hugs from family members. The moments that sometimes get overlooked but often times help tell the story of your wedding day the most.
I thrive with couples who aren’t afraid to be silly, let the wind blow your dress and your hair and I am all for it when they are down to roll around and get a little dirty. But most of all, just embrace the moments as they come as opposed to forcing it.

e we were friends from the minute we met. The self-assured way she directed us and took charge of the photos was reassuring and a relief! She made sure to get every photo I requested with my rather large family and I never felt rushed. When I received my album you could tell each photo was taken with the exact same care and commitment as the photo before it. I can not thank Sydney enough for capturing every moment of our wedding perfectly.

nning - true works of art that we will treasure forever. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our photos, and was an incredibly fun, professional, and relaxing presence to have with us on our wedding day. We have a lot of young kids in our family, and she was hilarious and so talented at wrangling everyone for the portraits and group pictures. When we received our gallery, we were so touched by the many little intimate moments we hadn't even realized she had captured. She perfectly balanced getting photos of every part of the day (and then some) without being intrusive in the slightest during the festivities. We had such a blast with her and are thrilled with our beautiful pictures. We feel so lucky to have found her and can't recommend her more highly!

ut. Instead of ignoring my message and/or telling me I was crazy, Sydney calmed my nerves and made me feel so much better about the entire process! She was incredibly kind and flexible and despite being jam packed with sessions, was totally down to accommodate me if needed. th her style. She was extremely communicative and personable right away! We booked an engagement session and she sent me all her package details for weddings as well. As the time for our engagement session came bad weather was predicted and she communicated that to me in the week leading up and provided so many options about how we could make it work. When we eventually had to reschedule she got us in right away and was so accommodating. She made both myself and my shy fiancé feel really comfortable and she is really such a sweet person to work with and her photos are absolutely beautiful I would recommend her and can't wait to work with her for our wedding next year.
