I have always had a passion for planning and organization, as well as a love for the outdoors. With that being said, I am committed to highlighting the diverse landscapes of Arizona an Utah through the life changing moments that I create. When I say 'life changing moments,' I truly believe that weddings, bridal showers, anniversary parties, engagements parties, etc, are more than just events. They are days in our lives that change us forever. I would be honored to help facilitate these moments for you!

Sydney helped us coordinate a very logistics heavy wedding at The Little Daisy in Jerome Az. We had our ceremony outdoors with the cocktail hour indoors on the first floor and then...

had to move all chairs for the ceremony to the third floor and coordinate all the vendors including violinist, bar tender, and caterer to carry everything to the third floor for the remainder of the evening while always working through complex offsite parking logistics that complied with local fire regulations. In addition, we had to deal with severe wind that caused us to pivot plans at the last minute. Sydney was fantastic at handling all of these components always providing clear communication and helping make our special day truly amazing. If you’re looking for a kind, professional, and detail oriented coordinator or planner for your event we highly recommend Sydney! She will be sure to take the extra time to make your event everything you have pictured and help guide you through the complex event planning process.

enjoy the day..which I did. Sydney was very available during the wedding planning process. Especially the last week when it was predicted for 90 % rain for an outdoor site wedding. We all had a plan A. B, and C for weather. We were able to have ceremony outside with dinner and dance inside. There were some bumps with no fault to Sydney. She kept us informed and I felt comfortable how it was handled. Sydney also has rental items which were very convenient seeing thus was a destination wedding. Highly recommend her to help with your next celebration.

My day was just that - warm, inviting, and perfectly coordinated. Sydney is very organized, she thinks of every detail. I also rented hurricane candle vases from her, which I thought were priced fairly and looked beautiful for our candle lit reception dinner. The day ran so smoothly, and I just can't thank her enough! We are so impressed with Sydney. We gave her a fairly strict budget and she managed to give us everything we wanted while staying under budget through connections, favors, and DIY...

. She knows so much about weddings, vendors, florals, etc... She hand made her farm tables that she rents out as well as the alter we used. Needless to say she really is a wedding one stop shop. We rented tons of furniture from her, she did our florals, she connected us with a DJ in our budget, she came days before to our venue to begin decorating. She called us every couple of weeks to make sure we were completing the things we had to do on our end. Needless to say we we are over the moon with her services and would recommend 100%!
