My husband and I got married on April 6th, and Melody from Symphony Weddings was our Day of Coordinator. I cannot say enough great things about her. Throughout being engaged, I’ve enjoyed wedding planning, however, I started to get very overwhelmed and scatterbrained towards the end of February. I had my first planning call with Melody on March 1st, and I started to enjoy the process again! She helped me organize everything, and she created an amazing production schedule / timeline for our wedding day. I had a ton of last minute changes, and she was so patient with me and made sure that our wedding day was everything that we’ve dreamt of. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. Melody is so incredibly kind and friendly. I loved spending time with her on the wedding day! She made sure that our reception venue was decorated exactly how we wanted it. It truly brought tears to my eyes when I saw it for the first time! Melody made sure that every detail was perfect and that we were having the best day of our lives! At the end of the night, she helped clean up and bring everything back up to our suite. Melody and the Symphony Wed team are truly amazing! I cannot imagine what our wedding day would have been without them. I highly recommend this Company, and I am so glad they were part of our big day!!

Brittany and her whole team at Symphony Weddings were great. She had lots of local knowledge of venues, vendors, etc. for the Vegas area, and her recommendations for each step of the planning process made planning our wedding a cinch. The week before the wedding was basically stress-free … and that’s a huge testament to Brittany! There were some times earlier in the process where I wish she could have been faster at responding to us, but in the end everything came together seamlessly. She also did a great job taking on the last-minute questions and changes that crop up on the day of the event.

The Planning - My now husband and I got engaged in November 2020 and began looking for a full service wedding planner in January 2021 for our destination wedding in Las Vegas. Brittany was the first one we spoke with and we felt in our guts after that first virtual meeting that she was the one for us. Her enthusiasm was infectious and we could feel her energy through the Zoom call. My husband and I agreed that at the end of the day, if you've done your research, whoever you pick will likely plan a beautiful wedding, so we prioritized picking someone we felt a connection to and for us, that was Brittany. She truly cares about planning and executing your dream wedding and will go above and beyond. Brittany was very pleasant to work with while also being straightforward with her opinions when we needed guidance. She will not hesitate to tell you what she thinks is or is not a good investment, which we so appreciated. We had delayed communication with our venue (not Brittany's fault) and she did her best to make sure we were compensated. We didn't have a detailed vision of what we wanted but Brittany was able to take our vague ideas and messy Pinterest boards and execute a gorgeous wedding. The Wedding Weekend - Since it was a destination wedding and a lot of our guests were coming in from out of town, we wanted it to be a weekend experience. Brittany handled planning the whole weekend for us, from rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and welcome cocktails on Friday evening to the wedding and the after-party at the nightclub on Saturday to the farewell brunch on Sunday. Day of the wedding, she and her team of professionals handled every single detail so I truly only had to worry about myself. Her full planning wedding service comes with a dedicated bridal assistant who was by my side all day and helped me with anything I needed (thank you, Abbie!!). In conclusion - The best investment we made for our wedding weekend was choosing Brittany as our planner. She set the tone of the 20 months of planning with her vibrant personality from our first call. She recommended vendors based on our budget and what we were looking for and gave honest feedback about vendor pricing & what to expect if we went with a specific vendor. We are so happy with the vendors she recommended that we chose. She's very detailed and knowledgeable. She knows when to provide her opinions and when to let us make a decision without us being influenced. Brittany truly cares about her couples and making sure we get our dream wedding. I am not exaggerating when I say she goes above and beyond for her couples. For example, I realized after the reception before the after-party that I needed my bouquet as I needed to take it to the bouquet preservation shop the next morning so I called Brittany. She confirmed she had my bouquet but knew I was rushing to make it to the after-party where I had 40+ guests waiting for me and offered to take it to the shop instead (something I totally would never have expected her to offer but so, so appreciated!!!). We also know she cares about her couples even after the wedding because it's been 6 months since our wedding and she sent a sympathy card after learning of our cat's passing, which was also appreciated. Brittany truly gave us our dream wedding weekend and we cannot thank her & her team enough.

I could not recommend Alexis from Symphony Weddings enough. She not only is a wonderful person but made our day absolutely seamless. She coordinated with all of our vendors, executed our vision PERFECTLY, and truly was just a joy to work with. If you’re on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, or someone to help with the wedding, I would absolutely recommend choosing Alexis. I have already told several of my friends about her and will recommend her to everyone. I am SO glad we got the honor of working with her for our big day. She is so good at her job and wants to make sure the night is the best it can be. I could go on and on about how much she did to make our day stress free and just beautiful.

HIGHYL recommend. I was hesitant about adding this option to our venue contract to have a Day-of-Coordinator since you're already spending so much on a wedding but.... it was WORTH IT. Sara did such a fantastic job. She kept up with all our details, made sure the other vendors didn't bother us with all those details on our big day, and kept us liquored up after our ceremony! I was even concerned with getting any of our cocktail hour food, but she made sure we were fed too. Sara was a huge relief of stress off my shoulders that I was able to have fun and dance the night away with my husband, family, and friends. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Sara was amazing! She took care of every detail including keeping my teenagers happy and in line. We cannot thank you enough!

We had a great experience with Sara from Symphony Weddings. Sara was our day-of coordinator and was fantastic. She went over every detail a few weeks before the wedding and was in contact with all the vendors which significantly reduced my stress levels! The day of the wedding couldn't have gone any smoother. Sara was flexible and proactive with windy weather and a couple last minute changes with guests. She was also super fun and brought the energy levels up pre-wedding. Several of our wedding guests mentioned that this was the smoothest and most efficient wedding they have attended. I am very happy we were able to work with Sara from Symphony Weddings. She definitely made the day feel like a whole production!

When we hired Brittany, we saw right off the bat that she was super enthusiastic, highly skilled, and would be so fun to work with. Now, a week after our wedding, we realize how lucky we were to have found Brittany. She not only turned the process of planning a wedding into a loving and enjoyable experience, but she crafted a day that was better than any we could've dreamed of when we first set out on this journey. It is very clear that Brittany has been doing this for a long time. She has a very organized process that lets you do everything that needs to be done in a logical and paced manner, so you're never overwhelmed and there's never any stress. She structures everything so that nothing is missed, and even when you think you're forgetting something, there's a relief in knowing that she has everything handled in the background. Our wedding day came and went without a single hitch (or at least one that made it to us!). Brittany seemingly knows everything about the wedding industry in Las Vegas and was able to get the best vendors for the best prices. She was always honest with us about what to expect with different vendors and different price tiers, so that nothing came as a surprise leading up to the wedding. She was super flexible when we wanted to make fairly drastic changes to our plans and managed to incorporate everything we wanted, even as the date came closer and closer. She came to the rescue when we had an issue come up a week before the wedding, and found us a quick solution even though it was completely unrelated to our wedding day. These are just a few examples of the million little things she did along the way for us. It's not an exaggeration to say that we feel like we were working with an amazing friend during this whole process, and we couldn't imagine having done it without her. She became an integral part of what made our wedding day so magical, and we're forever grateful. We may consider having another wedding in a few years just to work with her again. We can't more highly recommend Brittany and Symphony Weddings & Events for your wedding.

Brittany is simply amazing. My husband and I live in California. He had proposed to me in Las Vegas, and we just knew we had to get married there. Not only were we one of many couples who decided to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic, we also decided that it must be a destination wedding. My husband and I work an insane amount of hours during the week, and I just knew there was no way possible I would be able to plan a wedding by myself. I knew that I needed a dream team, and that dream team started with Brittany. We did interview other wedding planners, and shortly after simply speaking with Brittany, we knew she was the one. WE SAID YES TO THE WEDDING PLANNER! LOL! I’ve had friends who planned a destination wedding, and we are so fortunate that our experience was seamless. This is Brittany’s realm, and I trusted her expertise. I definitely had my moments of spiraling, just like any other bride would, but Brittany was great in reeling me back in, to say the least. Now that I am able to reflect back, I am so blessed that my husband and I were able to just enjoy being engaged. Before we knew it, a year had gone by, and our wedding was here! Brittany had sent us our production schedule, we knew where to be, when each event or activity was happening. On the day of the wedding, I was waited on hand and foot by my lady in waiting. Which I must say, no other wedding planner we had interviewed had this special service. I didn’t need to stress about getting my things when I needed it, or stress if my husband and his groomsmen were kept on schedule. It was definitely something that made me feel like a Queen. Brittany and her team coordinated everything from start to finish and even if there was a problem, I didn’t need to know about it, because Brittany and her team took care of it. Our wedding was everything that we had envisioned it to be. We were so blown away on how everything turned out. We was able to enjoy our wedding day with all our loved ones and friends. Each and everyone of my family and guests had mentioned how professional, efficient, and poise Brittany and her team was all throughout our wedding. We honestly can not say enough. If you are a bride who is contemplating wether or not to hire a wedding planner, I would say DO IT. If you want your dream wedding to be everything you dreamed it to be and more, I would say Brittany is the one to do it.

More than two months later and we're still on cloud nine after our wedding with Brittany and Symphony Weddings + Events. I could tell from my experience working in the events industry that we were in safe hands with Symphony Weddings. Brittany never missed a beat, despite every challenge presented in the time since we started planning. Because of her, we were able to see all of our ideas come to life in the most beautiful and fun celebration for our loved ones. We would not have been able to pull off the wedding of our dreams without Brittany and Symphony Wedding & Events. We had to cancel and postpone our original wedding due to Covid, and we were struggling to find an alternative location and date. When we met Brittany and chose our new location we finally felt at ease and excited to begin the journey. With Brittany there with us every step of the way, we were able to enjoy the process and know we were in the best hands. She was amazing throughout the planning process. She listened to exactly what we wanted and made everything come to life. She is also the sweetest person and that made it so enjoyable to work with her! Brittany is fantastic. The perfect description of Brittany is "Fairy God Mother". She literally just makes things happen - like magic. If you cannot find the right words to describe how you want a certain thing, she finds the right words and communicates it perfectly to your vendor. She does things in such a way where you are not rushing and gives you an organized timeline of your planning process. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process vs regretting having a wedding. No planning is perfect and my husband and I had hiccups along the way. From rescheduling due to my FIL being diagnosed with cancer, to my husband literally getting COVID 3 days prior to the already scheduled wedding date. Let me tell you... Brittany has so much poise and class. She continued to be a ray of positivity throughout these difficult times and skillfully orchestrated a beautiful symphony to the very end. Our wedding turned out absolutely perfect and so much more. I have never met anyone so kind, reassuring, and professional as Brittany. She is an absolute godsend, amazing, extraordinary. Wedding planning can be so stressful, especially planning during COVID and all the uncertainty that comes with it. Add to the fact that I live in Florida and planned my Vegas wedding via phone calls, emails, and texts. We decided to hire Brittany as our day-of coordinator for our January 2021 wedding to help relieve some of the day-of stress and honestly, my wedding day would not be the same if not for her. I wish I could hire her for every event!! She is everything I ever wanted in a coordinator and more! She is seriously one of the kindest and sweetest people I have met on top of being so professional, detail-oriented and organized. She always kept an open line of communication leading up to the big day & we even met the day before the wedding to run through the day-of timeline together one last time. She was there from start to finish and she even catered to us the entire evening, making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Honestly, words are not enough to describe how thankful we are to have found Brittany and would recommend her services in a heartbeat; I promise you will not regret booking with her. Hiring Brittany was the best decision that we made when we decided to plan a wedding in two months that was 2000 miles away from our home. From our first phone call I could tell that she was at the top of her game and had such passion for helping couples plan their dream days. We had originally planned on going the strip hotel route and within a few days I knew that was going to be a nightmare to try to coordinate myself and that is when I found Brittany & Symphony Weddings! Where do we start. My partner Adam and I started working with Brittany and her Symphony team late last year (pre-Covid) for a 10/02/20 wedding. As things unfolded she was with us every step of the way. Not only was she understanding, but she was accommodating and went above and beyond (including a lost reception space 30 days prior to the wedding--her solution was better than we could have ever imagined). We pushed forward and we had a SPECTACULAR wedding. Beautiful, memorable, and SAFE. It was perfect. We cannot recommend Symphony Weddings and Events enough!!

We chose Symphony Weddings for our day-of coordination, and I would say our wedding turned out much better than expected! Weddings can be stressful, even more so during this time of uncertainty. However, Brittany and Kendra took all the stress away and made sure that we were free to just enjoy our special day. They have been so understanding of changes we had to make due to the pandemic. From the beginning, they laid out the expectations we should have before, during, and after the wedding. They drafted a detailed production schedule, contacted all our vendors, and answered all our questions. They brought up aspects of the wedding day that we didn’t even think about! When it came to the wedding day, I felt like we just had to show up, have a good time, then leave without worrying about a thing. Brittany and Kendra are simply wonderful people. Wow, I do not know where to start. So I will start from the beginning! The moment we spoke on the phone, for the first time, I knew she was my girl. Her heart, professionalism, etiquette, and personality shined through. I felt that she would be my guiding angel through it all and she was. Through the whole planning process; brainstorming, deciding, preferences, "don't no's", she helped as if she were planning her own. Every attention to detail never went untouched or noticed. We wanted our wedding in the woods and needed a permit. Brittany took care of EVERYTHING, not to mention, she had already contacted the florist I had chose, the photographer etc. Fast forward to the day of, and my goodness gracious, she was MY ANGEL! I had a very stressful morning and the moment I saw her, my world calmed. Everything was ok and everything was going to be perfect. She made sure of that. If you are looking for a wedding planner that encompasses everything on your list of "must haves", Brittany is it. I cannot stress how wonderful it was to have her through the whole wedding process. Look no further, Brittany is the one!

Brittany is a phenomenal person and unbelievable at what she does. I had things come up in my life and we went from planning a wedding a year out to in two months. She was so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. The venue ended up being a nightmare and she meet me the day of check in, she helped clean and coordinate with the property manager to have as much fixed to have everything wedding ready. While the property manager didn’t follow through Brittany, her team and the other vendors all pulled it together and made the day of wedding so beautiful, stress free and everything my husband and I could’ve ever wanted. There are no words to describe how thankful we were to have her. Hiring Symphony Weddings was the best decision we made and worth every penny for the quality of service that was provided.

Our wedding story is a tale full of chaos and frustration and potential heartbreak...and so much luck...starting with when we decided to hire Brittany with Symphony Weddings. Our journey to marital bliss started out just like everyone else’s..nothing special to report. We had asked our venue about day of coordinators (because my husband cannot let things go so if I didn’t hire someone to step in he would have ran the whole day and I may have had to say the “I Do’s” alone while he coordinated guest seating :) ) and that’s how we met Brittney. The very first meeting put us at ease immediately. She was full of knowledge and enthusiasm and, most important to me, she was respectfully (but brutally) honest. She visualized with us and then told us exactly how to get what we want with the least amount of trouble. We were sold right then and there. Now, this is where our cheesy cookie cutter style wedding planning goes from a TLC how to show to a ridiculous RomCom full of unforeseen twists and turns. We had unknowingly planned our perfect wedding in what would be the middle of a pandemic and things were about to get....intense. In summary, we lost money, vendors, guests, and sanity but through it all there was Brittney. She never bailed on us. She never once allowed her own feelings about the intensity of the world get in the way of supporting us. She was available through it all with that same enthusiasm and we could not be more thankful. Our wedding turned out nothing like we had planned but because of her it was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel, if only for just a moment, that the world was paradise and that love could make it all just a little better. Nothing went wrong that day and if it did...I was none the wiser. I had zero clean up at the end of it all so the next day we could just float on the feelings from the day before. In short...she works magic and I highly recommend her and her awesome team.

Nothing but the greatest accolades for Brittany! She was the first coordinator we met and we immediately cancelled every other interview. She held our hands through the entire process; we never felt unprepared or out of control. Brittany gave my husband and I the most perfect wedding on 3/14/2020 in Las Vegas. Brittany & her team were wonderful. I live in Texas and wanted more of an elopement style wedding in Vegas. I thank God everyday that I found Brittany. She helped organize and create to make our dream wedding come true. She went above and beyond and took on more than anything I could have handled myself. I found her, after my MOH and I handled some larger items and vendors with LOTS of stress and frustration. However, once I had Brittany on my team, wedding planning actually became fun. Brittany was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I lived in Tampa and San Antonio but wanted to get married in Las Vegas since that's where we met. I knew that there was no way I wanted to plan a destination wedding without a wedding planner. I contacted several wedding planners on the Knot. Brittany was extremely quick with her response and scheduling the consultation. Once I spoke to Brittany over the phone, I knew she was the one who I wanted to plan our wedding. During the planning, Brittany was extremely responsive and always blocked off her entire weekend each time I made a trip to Vegas. She is extremely thoughtful and is extremely detail-oriented. Brittany was the best wedding coordinator! Unfortunately, we had 2 coordinators before Brittany who abruptly left our venue . When Brittany came in, she immediately took over and did a wonderful job. She was always responsive via email and text (many emails from us!) which we really appreciated. On the wedding day, she was there to make sure our venue looked absolutely wonderful. We live in Boston and when we got engaged, we decided we wanted our wedding in Las Vegas! It can be nerve wracking to try to plan a wedding from so far away, which is why having an amazing wedding coordinator is so important. She always responded to me promptly! (And I bugged her A LOT!) We were able to choose a venue and add on special decor/small touches to truly customize our day.
