We hired Synchronicity Strings back in 2019 when our wedding was supposed to be in May 2020, and Rachel was super helpful getting us all booked. I really wanted to have a piano/keyboard involved in the music as well as strings, and she suggested the best combination of instruments for a trio including a pianist. When we had to postpone a few times because of COVID, Rachel was kind and understanding and we were able to easily book again for our new date. The repertoire of songs they have is so extensive, my husband and I had so much fun going through all the songs they offered on their website and choosing which ones we would like to have. We finally got to have our wedding last weekend, and the music was beautiful! It was so nice and calming to hear the processional music while I was waiting with my dad to walk down the aisle, and I'm so grateful to the wonderful musicians who brought the songs to life and made our wedding so special!

It was a wonderful experience to work with Synchronicity Strings for our special day! My husband and I had our wedding ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, and we just knew that we wanted to have a string duet perform music during the event. Synchronicity Strings is a pre-approved vendor through SF City Hall, and it was amazing to see the range and diversity of music they can perform! We booked a string duet for our ceremony (a violinist and cellist), and it was the best decision we made! We had special song requests for the duet to play during the procession, wedding party march, bridal march, and recessional, and they absolutely delivered! Our guests also loved the music, and it sounded phenomenal with the acoustics of the City Hall building. The musicians were professional, kind, generous, and extremely talented! We are so glad that we booked Synchronicity Strings, and we would absolutely work with them again!

We were one of those COVID couples that had to change their wedding date 3 times along with the structure of our entire wedding. Synchronicity Strings was incredibly kind, flexible and very responsive. More than this, we had several special request songs like our first dance and our exit as a couple. They executed them with perfection. We emailed back and forth making sure that the song was exactly what we wanted. I can't even begin to understand how hard it is to play for 6 hours straight but the Synchronicity Strings trio did it with ease. We requested they play pop music and everyone LOVED them. They made the wedding pure magic. We opted to just have them instead of a DJ and it was the best decision ever. It is bittersweet that our wedding is over because it was a true pleasure to get to work with Synchronicity Strings!

Fantastic! They are even better in person than in their videos and recordings, really special. We even asked them to learn our favorite Dispatch song for the ceremony and it turned out perfectly! At one point they were playing my sister's favorite song and she was in the bathroom and they even re-played it for her. They are a dream to work with and extremely talented.

We scheduled a trio for our 'planned elopement' in Sonoma. The musicians were wonderful. They played the music we requested and more that fit in with our tastes (from Bruno Mars to Michael Jackson, Coldplay to The Beatles) . We received so many compliments that the style was unique and fun. No cheesy vibes you can get from a DJ and a bit softer than a band would be. It was the perfect mood setter for our location. Even when there was a snafu with another vendor they were flexible and kept the mood happy and upbeat. Communication was easy and the pricing was very fair. I wish I lived closer to hire them for all or our parties!

I found synchronicity strings on wedding wire. After checking out their website and watching a few of the performance online, I knew that they would be perfect for our wedding. I sent Rachel an email and she got back to me right away - this is something that I really appreciated. On the application, we were asked to provide what songs that we would like played and Rachel ensured that they would be play...and of course they were - just beautifully by the way! My cousin also sang during the wedding. I asked Rachel if she could sing with the quartet and Rachel provided her with a recording in advance, so she was prepared. When I started to walk down the aisle with my parents and heard them play "Over the rainbow" my face lit up with a huge smile - and of course, seeing my husband up there also made me smile!! The music brought many of the guests to happy tears - the quartet's memorable music went perfect with the ceremony space on the observation deck over looking the lush vineyard! We will remember and cherish this day for the rest of our lives - thank you Synchronicity Strings for making our wedding perfect!

Loved them! They played so beautifully, even my wedding guests loved them. Although there was a tiny mix-up in the ceremony music, they managed to save it and no one even noticed. I would definitely recommend them.

We used synchronicity strings for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner music. Not only do they have the most extensive repertoire, but Rachel was so reliable and helpful to us in choosing our music! They were on time, their sound was beautiful, they were extremely professional, and they played exactly the kinds of songs we asked for during cocktails and dinner. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of having Synchronicity Strings play at our wedding. The string quartet arrived on schedule, set up quickly and played a wide variety of songs prior to, during and at the dinner after our wedding. The music was perfect in the background allowing for conversations while still providing a very classy background for our guests. Synchronicity Strings played a wide variety of music including classical string music, Beatle and modern day music with a classy flare. Many folks commented to us how special the music was and how it added to the evening. Our wedding and dinner took place in the winery caves which presented an acoustics challenge that was handled perfectly by Rachel and Synchronicity Strings. We want to thank Rachel and Synchronicity Strings for making our wedding so special and we will look for opportunities to use them in the future.

Positives: 1) On-time 2) Dressed well 3) Pleasant emails 4) Reasonably affordable Negatives 1) Not great at helping me decide what music to pick, but that's ok, not really their job 2) I am also a musician, and I could be wrong, but I thought they sounded out of tune at one point.
