Szotski's does an awesome job!! We had their pistachio cheesecake at a Pensacola Gallery night about a year ago and saved his card just in case! Glad I did because instead of a groom's cake, we ordered Szotski's cheesecake. They offer cute litt...le 2'' x 2'' cakes so they are a beautiful display and is perfect for a guest to grab one individual cheesecake at a time. The owner was awesome to work with and even gave me a few dollar discount when I went to pick up my order. Is a little bit of a drive to get to it but very worth it. My husband normally does not like cheesecake and he loves these! They also have many different flavors.
