n the middle of a divorce. Each time we went over there, she complained about her Ex. The biggest problem we encountered was with their album. My daughter selected the minimum number of pics so there wouldn't be any additional fees other than what she paid for to include it in her package. When the proof came, she had made the pics small and several times she put them directly into the crease. She added lots of quotes on the pages too. My daughter told her that she was not happy, but to correct these things would cost her per item. My daughter was distraught and said she would call back because she followed all her rules and now was left with this unattractive book. When she called back her assistant took a message.stating that the book was unsatisfactory. Tracy printed the book anyway and is holding it as ransom against my daughter until she gets paid for the changes.

she one of the nicest, funniest and thoughtful people we've ever met, she is an amazing photographer! She listens to exactly what you want, and she has lots of great ideas!! Not only just for your pictures but for your wedding as a whole! She has been doing this for a long time and knows exactly what she's doing!! We are so happy we met Tracy... we couldn't have asked for anyone better.. she was perfect!

ble about wedding photography and had many good ideas to share with us. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your photos, and is great about personalizing the photos to match the type of wedding you are having. She even included an engagement photo session as part of our photography package. On our wedding day, Tracy and her assistant Gina were extremely helpful and organized, and kept our day stress free! We hired a photographer that we knew nothing about prior, and came away from our wedding day with a wonderful friend that we will continue to keep in touch with whenever photography needs arise in the future. T. Kratzer Photography is the best! Laura and John Jones

She provided over 300 proofs of my wedding photographs and I cannot wait to have her create my photobook!
