Very poor experience. Jimmy cannot be trusted. He pushed very very hard on purchasing the dress when we walked in to take a look. He did not give us sufficient time to think either. The dress was much larger than my size and he assured that it would be altered perfectly. When I went back to pick up the dress, not only was it very poorly altered but he said things like "this is how these dresses look / this is normal etc" When I insisted on fixing it, his seamstress understood (who is great by the way) and agreed to fix it. I went back on the agreed date (after calling the previous evening to confirm if the seamstress would be around and I was told she would be). When we visited, Jimmy said she wasn't around (despite confirming the previous evening). While a lot of the issues were fixed, the dress was still not as it should fit (probably because it was such a big size to begin with). And he again said things like it is because I have lost weight etc. Travelling 2 hours to this store again was not an option for us and so we picked it up as is. Jimmy is just someone who sweet talks when he wants to sell. But is not trustworthy at all. Very very disappointing experience.
