Our wedding was for 210 people whereby they were supposed to bring down 6-8 people to help with the food...they only brought 3 which forced us to spend extra money with the hotel to help them with serving food. They needed so much help that even our wedding planner and hotel manager had to help them in the kitchen. Our wedding planner said "In the 10 years as a Wedding professional I have never had to put on gloves and actually plate food back of the house. Both myself and the hotel manager had to basically leave it to our teams to keep the event running while we were in the kitchen plating up the appetizers to even have it possible for Guests to have something to eat during cocktail hour. I spent about almost 1 hour just in the kitchen plating up food." They did not refill the shafers during our Sangeet to the point where people had to wait on food. Not all the items we were promised as part of our quote were served throughout each of our events. The plated reception dinner was beyond horrible even after we went over to their restaurant in Orlando and showed the chef (Saajan) at least 3-4 times on what we wanted for our reception entrees (see attached photo). That's not even the worst of it all...they were supposed to come down the day before the first event to get organized but they came only 1 HOUR before our first event started. Furthermore, 8-10 months prior to us verbally agreeing with them, we asked for a formal contract for us to sign countless times, but they never sent us one and kept on confirming verbally that they would be there. The day of our first event they sent an administrative person (who arrived separately before the chef) to demand payment for the entire event. Given our reluctance of how disorganized they were, we were willing to only give 50% of the balance until they finished the event (as what they have done historically). The owner, Nora Jain, then called my mother-in-law and had the audacity to threaten us to pay in full (without any prior communication from Table prior to this) or would pull out the entire catering service. It's most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered in my life. Horrible management, unorganized employees, and unprofessional. Do not ever go with them for your event...you'll regret it.
