We did the Big Production package and were very pleased with the amount of support we received from Jackie, our planner. Jackie is experienced, reliable, organized and overall great at what she does! We had a tight planning timeline (less than 6 months from engagement to wedding). Jackie handled our scrunched timeline with ease and contracted our key vendors in a matter of a couple weeks. The vendor that stands out the most is the fabulous florist/decor vendor although I really like our photographer too. It was evident to me in all my (brief) vendor interactions the vendors were seasoned and liked working with Jackie. Jackie has a very helpful planning spreadsheet to breakdown the tasks, costs and timeline leading into the big day. Jackie was a true resource and respected our budget. Jackie was always responsive to my texts and emails. She is a strong texter if you need her to be too which I appreciated. The day of the wedding we had no wrinkles in the day or issues with vendors not performing. Jackie had us covered every step of the way! Jackie was professional and pleasant throughout the process. She supervised all of our vendor set up and clean up. She does not appear to stress and handled my stressful moments very kindly, I can admit I was not the perfect bride. I only wish I upgraded our package to Hollywood Soiree as our reception was so large and there are so many details/ responsibilities I was unaware I had to take the lead on. The Big Production package for me really shined when it came to day of coordination, boots on the ground 10/10 service and attention. THANK YOU, JACKIE!! You really made my and Will's day unforgettable and easy in so many ways. We could not have done it without you!

I had THE best experience with Table 6 Productions! Shannon helped create my DREAM wedding and everything was planned perfectly. I felt completely at ease day of (I thought I would have way more nerves!) as she had everything coordinated and organized perfectly so my wedding party and I didn't have to do or think about anything except get ready and enjoy each other. We were referred to Jackie at Table 6 by our venue (the Vinoy) for a 300 person three-day Indian wedding. Right away, we were so impressed by Jackie's easy communication style, knowledge/industry contacts and her calm but confident "you can do this!" attitude. Throughout the process, Jackie made herself available at all hours (we live on the west coast so we’re on different time zones) and helped us to navigate decisions with many involved family members. She was always up to help us with special requests (i.e., where can we find a pedicab for the groom to enter on) and gave us her honest/blunt take when we needed to hear it. It was clear from our other vendors that Jackie is a force to be reckoned with in the Tampa Bay wedding industry and will always go to bat for her clients. She helped keep me, my fiancé and my mom calm throughout and was a critical part of our wedding planning team. Our big fat Indian wedding went off without a hitch and we have Jackie to thank for it. Jackie was great! She was always happy to meet and kept me and my mom calm through the whole process! My wedding was amazing and she made sure of that! With my daughters wedding on Marco Island and the Bride and Groom living in NY, I knew I needed help. I hired Shannon with 4 1/2 months to go and nothing done but the venue and dress. She managed to pull everything together perfectly, guiding me to all the right decisions and selections, enlisting the music, flowers and other vendors. Being employed full time there was no way I would have been able to do this alone. The beach ceremony, the magnificent table settings, the room was a transformation not to be believed. Shannon is full of wonderful ideas, and she worked with us to create a one-of-a-kind event that reflects our personalities. Some of our vendors were not the easiest to work with, but Shannon worked tirelessly to bring them all together even though she is in the Tampa Bay area and we are in the Panhandle. I worked with Jackie from the start of my planning process. She made the whole wedding planning experience so much fun and really helped keep me on track with everything. We actually knocked so much out early I was able to relax for a few months and not stress about anything. She is such a pleasure to work with it was like working with a friend the whole time. I highly recommend Shannon Crona Wilson and Table 6 Productions! Soon after my fiancé proposed to me, I reached out to Shannon to discuss hiring her to be our wedding planner. I’ll admit that planning a wedding is out of my league. Additionally, I work part-time and I’m studying to be a psychiatrist. My husband is a biological scientist and conservation planner, which requires him to frequently travel. Not only did we not have any idea where or how to begin planning a wedding, but we also both have very little free time. From our first interaction with Shannon, we were extremely impressed. In fact, our first interaction with Shannon was on a Friday night since that was the only time that our schedules allowed us to talk with her. Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us – including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. We have no idea if Shannon was working with other couples during the time that she was planning our wedding, as she never mentioned it. Shannon gave my husband and I VIP treatment, making us both feel like royalty. Since wedding planning is about your big day, why wouldn’t you want to feel like you are the most important couple in the world? Three months prior to our wedding date, Shannon made a trip to Tallahassee, FL to meet with all of our vendors, my husband, and myself. Several of our vendors mentioned to us that they were impressed that Shannon came to meet with them in person, as that is rare for other wedding planners that they’ve worked with – including ones who live in our area. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon’s knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. There is no possible way that our wedding would have come to fruition without Shannon’s help. Over the course of planning our wedding with Shannon, we became so close that we consider her more than our wedding planner – she is valued as a member of our family. We utilized Shannon and Table 6 Productions for full-service wedding planning, which was the best decision we’ve ever made. On the day of our wedding, we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our friends and family. The only thing that we had to do on our wedding day was show up to our venue and marry one another. Shannon coordinated every aspect of setting up for our wedding with our vendors, as well as the clean-up that took place afterwards. Several of our friends and family members who attended our wedding later mentioned to us that they wish Shannon was their wedding planner when they were married. I seriously could not have imagined a better wedding planner. Shannon goes above and beyond to orchestrate a flawless wedding day. JACKIE JACKIE JACKIE. After our wedding, Ive contemplated how I can hire Jackie to manage and plan my life. After sending around 20 inquiries with the highest rated and filtering to the most expensive-listed wedding planners Jackie was the FIRST to respond around 1am the same night as I am generally stuck working late. The Monday was a holiday and I didn't receive anything further from the other 19 until they lazily rolled in throughout the week which represented all I needed to know. If you cannot promptly jump at the opportunity for my money how could I trust anyone but Jackie planning my wedding? We spent about an hour on Skype with Jackie shortly thereafter later at night as she worked around our busy schedule and actually DOWN-SOLD us saying we didn't need such a large package for the small wedding we had. For the next months I felt as If I talked to Jackie almost daily via Text, email - call. She was there 14 hours a day and 7 days a week. Most of it was just talking through what was happening and bouncing ideas around. I never had to worry if things were getting done or handled. Everything was literally on a golden platter and served to me. Jackie is probably the first person ive come across in longer than I can remember who I didn't have to micromanage as I do all of my employees. Having her helped me keep my sanity and providing pictures of anything my now wife wanted became a reality. Somehow we ended up with 12 foot custom orchid trees from Hawaii but they sure as hell looked identical to the inspiration picture as did our wedding! Its worth mentioning I feel as if Jackie went above and beyond to perfect and handle things that were probably outside of her technical job description. We were coming from out of state and I had ZERO concerns or worry about our wedding timeline and ceremony decor etc. If I had to summarize her level of service i'd say "BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY" Jackie will most assuredly get anything and everything done so you can sit back and relax.

Jackie Ross is an amazing wedding coordinator. I might be one of the most controlling brides and thought I had to have my hands in everything until I met Jackie. As a result of the life event we experienced, we are now long life friends. Kenny and I got married in May... almost 5 months now, some may say a lifetime ago, or not :) and for all that time I have been drafting my review on my wedding planner, Table 6 Productions... but none of the drafts seem to capture what I really wanted to say... what Shannon did for us... how she created my perfect day... how she became part of my family... I just couldn't seem to capture the magnitude of what Table 6 did and how amazing they were, and very special they are to both Kenny and myself. From our first meeting, with Shannon Wilson, it was like love at first sight (I didn't have that with Kenny haha)- but she seemed to automatically understand what I was seeing in my head and I couldn't translate in words... but she got it, she spoke my language and became my interpreter to the outside world. Jackie was amazing! The year before our wedding consisted of us moving to a new city and job changes. Please take all of Jackie's advice!!! She understood the crazy details I wanted and spoke to my husband most of the time because of my crazy work hours. When all of South Tampa was flooding I knew our backup plan was going to be beautiful. I could not stop smiling the whole night. Shannon Wilson was our wedding planner for our April 5, 2014 wedding and it was the best vendor decision I made! She was so helpful and guided me through the whole process from start to the very last minute. I was clueless and I literally could not have done it without her guidance. She helped me find vendors that were within my budget but who fit the concept I was looking for. She gave me a plan and made sure everything was executed. All of my friends asked how I was so calm leading up to the wedding and on the day of, and it was simply because I knew Shannon had everything under control. She developed a relationship with the venue we used and made sure that she was involved in every step of the way so that she made sure we had the best outcome possible. Shannon is the best! :)

When I first got engaged I knew that I was a bride who needed help. I found Table 6 Productions on Pinterest of all places. They had coordinated a wedding at the Sandpearl Resort, which was my dream venue, so I started to do my research. Table 6 Productions has excellent reviews and a strong social media presence. I also reviewed their blog on a weekly basis to see all the different weddings they coordinated. I chose Jackie Ross to be our wedding coordinator because she was a fellow Florida State Alumni. I knew my future husband would like that! Jackie was great. She was very helpful with vendors and negotiating rates. I recommended her to my friend, who also worked with her. Jackie coordinated everything! I did not have to worry about one thing. If anyone had a question I could direct them to Jackie and she would handle it. She made my wedding stress free, which is what every bride dreams of. No matter how difficult the situation, Jackie kept her composure and was very professional. Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It was the best day of my life and I have Jackie and all the amazing vendors she recommended to thank for that. Thank you Jackie!!!

Stephanie Crona was our "day-of" planner for our recent wedding, but she went well beyond that role!! She kept us organized and on track in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and on the big day she was a life saver!! I worked with Stephanie Crona in St. Petersburg, FL on my wedding and it was the truly the best decision I made. I’m an out of town bride and she worked with me for a full year planning every single detail, budget concern, and vendor issue to make sure the day was perfect. Stephanie Crona is the absolute best wedding planner! She is so thorough and quick to respond to all of my e-mails, which is important since I planned our wedding from a different state. She had solutions to everything we encountered along the way and was an absolute LIFESAVER during the wedding when we had troubles with our caterer. When I first got engaged, my mom and I decided to find a planner. I emailed over 15 planners in the area, but Stephanie Crona responded right away, which to me, was a HUGE PLUS. We met with her and signed up immediately. She literally helped us every step of the way, from vendor selections, making that decision when there were just too many options on the plate, and calming me on those stressful situations. A true talent for the job, Stephanie deserves all the praise in the world. My now *husband* and I could have not had the wedding of our dreams without her by our side. She's personable and friendly, but remains 100% professional and will not allow anyone to walk over HER BRIDE. She knows what classy, elegance and beauty is - and is not afraid to tell you that your idea is "eh maybe not the best selection for the overall look"... which to be honest is what you'll NEED while planning a wedding. She's truthful and pleasant. She responds to all emails and correspondence promptly. She texts, calls, and emails so you're sure to have all the bases covered. Probably the BEST investment that we made in terms of our wedding.

We used Table 6 and Stephanie Crona was our wedding planner. She was wonderful! She was only a phone call away and so easy to get in touch with. Her ideas, help, and suggestions were exactly what we needed. Although we only purchased her day of plan, she was so much more involved than that. I can't imagine our day without her. We had the great pleasure of working with Jackie Ross, one of the wedding planners with Table 6. She was truly such a joy to work with. She was able to get a sense of how involved or uninvolved I wanted to be with certain aspects of the process. I let her know my availability and the availability of my groom. She always made it work out whether it was a meeting for just us or with a vendor. We never felt inconvenienced in any way. Another thing I really appreciated about working with her is that she always knew what questions to ask for the big picture. And she always took on the role of asking the questions so that the relationships I had with my vendors were always good. She had a great sense of our style and we were absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. During the process, I referred her to my friend who had just gotten engaged. I worked with Shannon Wilson at Table 6 on my recent wedding and she was a godsend!!! I met with a couple planners in advance of my wedding to figure out who I wanted to work with. From the minute I met Shannon we totally clicked and I knew that she was going to be an amazing planner (and fun friend and wine buddy!) so I told her I wanted to work with her on the spot. From day one she worked hard on the wedding. She unfortunately had to work even harder six months into planning when we decided to move venues. The change could have been stressful to some but Shannon never missed a beat and made the transition easy (even though our design totally changed). Throughout the year she helped me with all of the little and big decisions I had to make. It helps that she has great style and can help you find what works for you or will just help you make your ideas come to life. Brooke Wright with Table6Productions was hired by my wife and daughter, I just hand them my checkbook, to engineer the engagement shots , the rehearsal dinner, day of wedding, and after wedding brunch next day. Amazing astonishing and mucho breath-taking performance from Brooke!!! First class with a spit-fire Florida Girl(home-grown) attitude with an eye for beauty and purity and elegant simplicity for our daughter's three special days. My daughter wanted very unique and quite a different flare each day, and boy did Brooke come through. Every day it was bigger and better than previous day. All I can say to all Daddies out there....hire this gal. Your life will be heaven with strawberries on top!! I will say we will be hiring her her for our other daughter, only difference is we are hiring to do everything, my wife will not do anymore because of the amazing amazing job Brooke did. We also will hire her for our son's wedding to do the rehearsal dinner and the day after breakfast/lunch. Also what is cool lets say I have a best friend who lives out of state or somewhere put of country or just across the state....you want this gal....you got her. My husband and I have three children; Two adult girls and one boy. All three are "of age" to now enter the "getting married stage" in life. With that said, we have not yet identified and began formulating ideas, thoughts, and dreams (of many years) for the first wedding of one of our girl's to truly become "the wedding in which her wishes come true!" First, we want to continue our thanksgiving to Brooke Wright with Table6productions, as she was the sole reason behind all of the successes of the outstanding character, flare, and beauty that each of the vendor's brought to "the scene". From the first face to face meet with Brooke, myself, my husband and my daughter and her fiance we all felt peace within our hearts that she was "THE ONE" that will address all needs/wants that my daughter wanted done, and constructively compose each of these to the formulation and etiquette that we needed. Brooke's personality is one where "no matter what", the job will be done, and it will be done above "par!" Her work truly is above 150%! She edited, directed, engineered, formulated and gathered the many "scraps of note paper" that my daughter scribbled on in the wee hours of many mornings. She hired only THE TOP NOTCH vendors, her list was impeccabile! The reviews on each vendor was critically analyzed by my daughter and her fiance, with Brooke's expertise and knowledge, they choose who they felt "not only does/did outstanding work," but would portray their wedding as "over the top!!" Brooke has a way with her vendors of negotaiting with each of them on behalf of her clients to make sure that the pricing was honest, and within budge range always, and that if there were any changes that needed to happen, than it would happen and Brooke would deliver the feedback to her client. She studied and revised many items on behalf of client. Her inspection of the work that was being done via month by month (for the wedding), went quite smoothly. Brooke operated out of a spirit of class and dignitiy. In many succefessful businesess one will have a RI (return of investment); with truly trusting Brooke, and meeting the vendors that were chosen for my daughter's wedding, we DEFINITELY got that and so much MORE!!! Our budget began at 80K, and than we did some rearranging and reevaluating of some items that would be done for the night of the rehearsal dinner and the day of wedding. Brooke truly computed the numbers every week and we always always stayed within our buget. Brooke truly operates her business with grace and much needed honesty with a slice or two of hospitalitiy!

I can't say enough about Stephanie &amp; her services. A true professional, working for and with the bride. Not only is she friendly and fabulous but she really gets the job done! I had some vendor challenges and she helped work out those situations and my wedding day was flawless. I couldn't have done it without her! I absolutely recommend her!
