The vendor that stands out the most is the fabulous florist/decor vendor although I really like our photographer too. It was evident to me in all my (brief) vendor interactions the vendors were seasoned and liked working with Jackie. Jackie has a very helpful planning spreadsheet to breakdown the tasks, costs and timeline leading into the big day. Jackie was a true resource and respected our budget. Jackie was always responsive to my texts and emails. She is a strong texter if you need her to be too which I appreciated. The day of the wedding we had no wrinkles in the day or issues with vendors not performing. Jackie had us covered every step of the way! Jackie was professional and pleasant throughout the process. She supervised all of our vendor set up and clean up. She does not appear to stress and handled my stressful moments very kindly, I can admit I was not the perfect bride. I only wish I upgraded our package to Hollywood Soiree as our reception was so large and there are so many details/ responsibilities I was unaware I had to take the lead on. The Big Production package for me really shined when it came to day of coordination, boots on the ground 10/10 service and attention. THANK YOU, JACKIE!! You really made my and Will's day unforgettable and easy in so many ways. We could not have done it without you!

In fact, our first interaction with Shannon was on a Friday night since that was the only time that our schedules allowed us to talk with her. Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us – including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. We have no idea if Shannon was working with other couples during the time that she was planning our wedding, as she never mentioned it. Shannon gave my husband and I VIP treatment, making us both feel like royalty. Since wedding planning is about your big day, why wouldn’t you want to feel like you are the most important couple in the world? Three months prior to our wedding date, Shannon made a trip to Tallahassee, FL to meet with all of our vendors, my husband, and myself. Several of our vendors mentioned to us that they were impressed that Shannon came to meet with them in person, as that is rare for other wedding planners that they’ve worked with – including ones who live in our area. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon’s knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. There is no possible way that our wedding would have come to fruition without Shannon’s help. Over the course of planning our wedding with Shannon, we became so close that we consider her more than our wedding planner – she is valued as a member of our family. o the most expensive-listed wedding planners Jackie was the FIRST to respond around 1am the same night as I am generally stuck working late. The Monday was a holiday and I didn't receive anything further from the other 19 until they lazily rolled in throughout the week which represented all I needed to know. If you cannot promptly jump at the opportunity for my money how could I trust anyone but Jackie planning my wedding? We spent about an hour on Skype with Jackie shortly thereafter later at night as she worked around our busy schedule and actually DOWN-SOLD us saying we didn't need such a large package for the small wedding we had. For the next months I felt as If I talked to Jackie almost daily via Text, email - call. She was there 14 hours a day and 7 days a week. Most of it was just talking through what was happening and bouncing ideas around. I never had to worry if things were getting done or handled. Everything was literally on a golden platter and served to me. Jackie is probably the first person ive come across in longer than I can remember who I didn't have to micromanage as I do all of my employees. Having her helped me keep my sanity and providing pictures of anything my now wife wanted became a reality. Somehow we ended up with 12 foot custom orchid trees from Hawaii but they sure as hell looked identical to the inspiration picture as did our wedding! Its worth mentioning I feel as if Jackie went above and beyond to perfect and handle things that were probably outside of her technical job description. We were coming from out of state and I had ZERO concerns or worry about our wedding timeline and ceremony decor etc. If I had to summarize her level of service i'd say "BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY" Jackie will most assuredly get anything and everything done so you can sit back and relax.
