Had the pleasure of working with Laura Mahoney who took a couple of ideas and preferences and turned them into the most stunning designs we could have asked for our wedding reception. She captured the feeling and the color palette of our southwest hacienda event, with an elegance that was not showy, but truly rich. Plus, she stayed in communication leading up to the big day and was punctual for the set-up. Friends and family asked to take home the centerpieces and raved about how long they lasted, too. Highly recommend!

So happy our wedding coordinator recommended Table Tops. We had a small intimate, outdoor wedding. Didn’t want a lot of flowers because I wanted the PNW backdrop to standout. Also did not want a lot of florals in our reception venue since I wanted the romantic candle and fairy light vibe. Got turned down by a couple other vendors because our order would be too small for them. Met with Mary at Table Tops and she had a lot of great ideas. Described my vision to her and they really got everything spot on. She gave us sone ideas which worked out perfectly. I loved my bouquet and all of the floral pieces they made.

Table Tops Etc. by far exceeded my wildest dreams! During my first meeting with Melissa, she really took the time to see what it was I was envisioning and showed me, complete with visual aids, how it would come together. I told her I was specifically looking for saguaro skeletons and had been unsuccessful find them with any rental company. That's when Melissa took me to her back room and showed me the HUGE twin skeletons she already had. At that moment I was sold. Melissa worked with me to think out of the box (greenery for days, cotton, rosemary, succulents and cacti in my pieces) and put together a STUNNING custom ceiling piece that was installed over the dance floor. I could not recommend Melissa & Table Tops Etc. enough!

Easy process from start to finish. We got married at the Hermosa Inn in Scottsdale and Melissa did a great job with the ceremony + reception decor. It was a sophisticated winter wonderland. Highly recommend.

Melissa and crew were amazing!! They put together the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements. Our guests thought the flowers were so pretty. Our DJ was thrilled when we gave him some to take home to his girlfriend, and said it was the best gift he'd received.

My flowers were my FAVORITE design detail of our entire wedding! So many people that attended our wedding or who see our pictures comment on our beautiful our flowers were. I had originally gone with another florist for our wedding and had a terrible experience. 2 months before our wedding, our original contracted florist quit on me and I was in full panic looking for a new florist on a popular wedding weekend in October. Melissa came in and saved our day! I can't help but be beyond thankful that everything happened the way it did and the flowers turned out to be more than I had dreamt of. Melissa knew exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I had this dream of an acrylic wedding arch with gorgeous flowers on top of it and Melissa and her team made my dream happen! Table Tops Etc designed my bouquet, my husband's boutonniere, mom corsages, and decorated our ceremony backdrop for our wedding. Melissa made the process very simple, even with my back and forth indecisiveness. We decided to do our own floral designs for our dinner tables due to our budget and Melissa was very accommodating with continually revising our invoices and flower choices so that we could get exactly what we wanted within our budget. In general, they are very easy to work with, more than capable to execute a vision within a budget, and have so many options for floral and decor that you cannot go wrong with Table Tops Etc!

I met Melissa at Tabletops awhile ago when she did centerpieces for a charity event where we won “best table”. I told her she had to do my wedding one day and finally let the dream come true. Tabletops did such a fantastic job that my family is still talking about how beautiful it was. The elegance displayed in the florals with the “bling” I wanted was unmatched with anything I have ever seen. Can’t wait for our celebration party with a new theme Tabletops is designing. Working with Table Tops was incredible! I was very lost in where to even begin with my wedding flowers and Melissa and team guided me in the right direction. She knew the exact vibe I was going for and the beautiful flowers reflected that. The best testament to the work they do is we decided to order an arch 3 weeks before the wedding day - we had no idea what it would look like or how sturdy the material would be. Melissa was incredible and created my exact vision! I had been recommended to her by another vendor and she had also done amazing floral for my cousins wedding a few years ago. I came to her at the last minute, desperate with little excitement left in me. Based on my mess of ideas, she knew exactly what I wanted and created my vision! She also helped make sure everyone in the wedding party was covered. She is totally professional and makes your dreams come true.

Table Tops was amazing. Melissa was incredibly creative in helping us transform our dude ranch setting into a stunning and glamorous wedding site. She created a stunning bougainvillea-covered chuppah; gorgeous boutonierres, corsages, and bouquets; multiple types of centerpieces; and more. Our guests were stunned -- as were we, even though we'd seen some of the smaller items mocked up beforehand. Melissa was fantastic to work with as well -- easy going, collaborative, and happy to go the extra mile to make sure we had the look we wanted while sticking to our budget. Our only regret was that we had a destination wedding, so there wasn't anyone to take some of Melissa's amazing creations home with them after the wedding!

Working with TT was great. I was planning a wedding cross-country and Melissa was super accommodating whenever I was in town. She helped me narrow down my color schemes and flowers I was looking at. She was naming flowers I had never heard of and I could tell she was visioning something great from the little input and few photos I gave her. Working with her was fun and easy. I was in love with my bouquet and received a ton of compliments during the wedding. Melissa will take the time to hear your input and regardless of what look you are trying to achieve I can assure you it will be GORGEOUS!

Melissa was a lifesaver! I wanted a very simple wedding design style and I didn't want to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on flowers! I met with her and she did a mock up of my centerpieces, which were potted succulents with spray rose accents in light pink, she also had this genius idea to add a taller element with a succulent on a tall monet glass vase, she was familiar with my venue and said it would be good for the space. She did a gorgeous blush pink peony bouquet, prettier than all the ones Chuck Bass ever gave Blair on Gossip girl- it was perfect not too big, which is what I wanted to avoid but I wish I could upload a photo it was beautiful! Where Melissa really won me over was here, let me back up. I was going to have a Mexican themed table during cocktail hour, and during my initial meeting I asked her if I could possibly rent some cylinder vases in assorted sizes to put some Mexican decor eggs in there for this Mexican table. She was like "bring the eggs we can put them together here," a couple weeks later I took the eggs and she let me borrow the vases on good faith I would bring them back after the wedding- she didn't even mark them on our invoice, which I was expecting her to do a rental charge for the cylinders or something! It was so nice! Because we went on our honeymoon right after the wedding, she picked up the centerpiece vases from my venue the next day. Just a few days ago, I went to return the cylinders I borrowed, she greeted me and she had the centerpieces set up on her counter top and told me to take one home!! Now I have a great element from our wedding right in our kitchen! Melissa and her team were phenomenal, everything turned out amazing, simple and classic but stunning all at once! My out of towners loved the cactus and succulent combination- had to have some piece of the desert! I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Phoenix- went above and beyond!

My flowers were gorgeous! Melissa was amazing to work with, she knew more about my venue than I did which really came in handy. I only met with her twice because she knew what I wanted and I trusted her to make our wedding look great and she did just that. It was really worth the research I put in to finding the best florist because she just made everything so easy for me. They had a great selection of containers, vases, candlesticks, etc. anything you could possibly want to put flowers in or on they had it! And if for some reason she didn't have it in stock she knew exactly where to find it. All the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I'm so glad I chose Table Tops Etc. and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to a friend. Thank you so much Melissa for being so amazing at what you do!

My husband & I had to bump our wedding date up due to moving across the country with only 2 months to plan & have the wedding. Needless to say, a tough to throw a large wedding. I had a great wedding, but there were SO many complications that arose with having so little time. After we came home from our honeymoon I realized a handful items I owned & used at the wedding venue were missing. I had payed for various staff of my vendors to help clean up after the wedding, as well as some immediate family & members of the wedding party. My family & friends assured me that they had seen the items at one point, but they never made it back to my home. When it came to asking my venue, monOrchid, they brushed me off multiple times saying “it wasn’t their responsibilty” (along with MANY other issues), when I had hired to to make it their responsibility. Table Tops Etc., however, were the only ones to make an attempt to solve my problems or understand my frustration… & after a while had gone by, I was extremely upset. I sent photos to everyone who may have had my items & no one could find them. So Table Tops Etc. purchased items that were similar to the ones that went missing! Where everyone else gave me an, “It wasn’t me!!!”, Table Tops actually did something. Though getting items & money stolen is a bummer & a stress, the thing that got to me was that I felt like the people who were supposed to be helping me throw the most special day of my life were untrustworthy & trying to take advantage of me. I felt very sad. Having Table Tops replace the items that went missing really said to me that they care about their brides. The memories of a wedding day begins when you make the first plans for your wedding & ends once you unpack your bags from your honeymoon. Planing a wedding takes a LOT of time, organizing, money, & overall PEOPLE! Working with someone who is doing your flowers, decorations, & all of those other little details is going to be around quite a bit for your wedding planning. You want it to be with people who you can enjoy & trust, & if there is a mistake they care enough to help you fix it. Other than being problem solvers & genuinely good people, Table Tops Etc. has many other awesome qualities too! They are located in the best part of Downtown Phoenix, have a HUGE variety of really great decor to choose from, make incredible -and unique- floral arrangements, & the creative minds they have working for them come up with some really amazing & cool ideas. Veronica, the girl who I worked with made the table arrangements & all of flowers for the whole wedding look amazing, it was magical! Soon yeah, that’s my article on Table Tops Etc. haha. If I could recommend them for one reason only: - Problems are bound to happen on your wedding day, that’s just how it goes. Have a team behind you who is willing you help solve those problems.

table tops came highly recommended to us and we really enjoyed working with veronica - we met with several florists and got the best vibe from her. she really understood what we wanted and worked with us on our budget. I highly recommend table tops, and would LOVE an excuse to have a party just so I could use them again. ... just a quick word of caution - we got an email the week of our wedding that we owed more $ than we were told. we squashed it pretty quickly, but make sure you add up the line-item costs and that it matches the total. our's didn't.

When I chose Table Tops, I had been in contact with several other florists. One sat me down and gave me a quote for flowers SHE thought I should have and when I left, I had no idea what I just received a quote for. Another turned me away for not hitting their "minimum requirement", and another forgot all about me. When I came to Table Tops, I was weary of florists based on my previous experiences. I met with Diana and she was funny, kind and thoughtful. She sat with me for over an hour to hear about what I wanted and to just talk! She was a breath of fresh air! Over time, I began to work with Melissa, who is just as wonderful as Diana. She was responsive, creative, thoughtful and very kind. She bent over backwards to help us find ways to stay within our budget and to help us have the wedding of our dreams. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase things or do things their way. They just wanted to see me happy and satisfied! Melissa met with me several times and each time was so exciting, because she has so many wonderful ideas! Right before the wedding I was still looking for an item and she had one in her PERSONAL collection, and she let me borrow it. She saved the wedding design, and she did it out of the kindness of her heart! I am so thankful! On my wedding day, I was amazed at the beauty of my flowers. My bouquet was everything I ever dreamed of! The colors were stunning the shape was exactly what I described. When I stepped into my reception, I had tears in my eyes. The centerpieces were breathtaking and they set the tables up exactly like I had imagined. They made the ambiance everything I ever hoped and dreamed of. My fiance who is also picky, was amazed at the beauty of the evening! They made my wedding the elegant and romantic evening that I always wanted! People were raving about the centerpieces all evening! If I ever have another party or event to plan for, I would most certainly use Table Tops again!

Table Tops really worked with me to figure out what I wanted because I really had no idea. I did have to change things on the proposal many, many times though. I worked mostly with Veronica and she was very flexible and offered solutions of how to stay within my budget. The flowers were what I wanted; not too extravagant but very pretty. The one thing that stood out a bit was that about 1 week before my May wedding I was told that hydrangeas don't do well in the heat...which doesn't really work for late Spring in AZ. So, I would recommend Table Tops if you are on a budget and don't need to spend a bunch on flowers; but go in with a good idea of what you want and some background information.

Oh Table Tops, how I love thee. If I could write a love note to Table Tops I would. They are my favorite wedding vendor of all times. You know the saying, you pay for what you get? Well, Table Tops was worth every penny and probably more. I am truly going to miss working with them on the wedding planning! First, I will start with the dear owner, Melissa. Melissa is a life-saver. She knows how to deal with confused brides, opinionated Moms and everything in between. She knows flowers like the back of her hand and she can pick out a type of flower from a scattered description (umm. I think they are white, and tiny and typically very bridal looking?" Yes, Melissa knew the flower based on that description.) She is incredibly knowledgeable, fun and truly makes a wedding into a beautiful day. Table Tops knows quality, they know service and they know execution. They are like little flower fairies on the day of the wedding. They come in, create a fairytale wonderland with their floral and decor (if you hire them for decor), and then they leave before you even realize they were there in the first place. The quality of their flowers are impeccable and they truly create an atmosphere. I had some detailed ideas for my bouquet and Melissa created exactly what I wanted! I wanted my bouquet to look vintage chic, with my antique family buttons placed throughout it. I wanted my wedding dress lace to hold the stem together and I wanted rosary beads hanging from the bouquet. She did it! By golly, she did it and it looks beautiful! The saddest part about beautiful wedding flowers is that they only last a day, so make sure you take a lot of pictures of Table Tops' work. On another note, I would like to share one more story about Table Tops genuine and kind nature. On the day of the wedding, I showed up to the church and there was a little bit of drama with the management there. While trying to get it worked out, I was standing alone in the prep room and no one was there to help me with my veil or very long train. At that moment one of the Table Top staff who had been in charge of setting up the church flowers, introduced herself to me. I was a little nervous and flustered and mentioned my concern about my veil and train. Without another word, she so very kindly fixed both and then stood there and held them for me until I walked down the aisle. For that I will be forever grateful to Table Top. Not only are their services and talent impeccable but the staff itself is incredibly kind and heartfelt.

Veronica at Table Tops designed the prettiest bouquets I've ever seen for my wedding! We talked extensively about my flower and color preferences throughout the planning process, and she was very flexible as I finalized my choices and budget. Since I live across the country, all of my consultations occurred over the phone, but the arrangements she created were better than anything I could have imagined. Our centerpieces (large bowls with floating candles and large flowers) were elegant and perfectly fit our setting. We received many compliments on how beautiful our flowers were -- they were very bright and colorful, and featured a variety of flowers that were unique to our wedding location. I'm so impressed with everything Table Tops did for us, and I can't recommend them more highly!
