I contacted them to help with a couples shower I was throwing. Originally, it was great. George was responsive and sent a quote that was very reasonable. I asked for next steps regarding what I needed to do and he told me all that was left was to give my cc#. I requested that I give my cc# over the phone. Over the next two months I called and emailed in the hopes of giving my cc#. In one voicemail, I expressed my concern that they had me down for the event because they still had not called me back or answered the phone to get my cc information. George responded to let me know that "...sorry we didn't answer today. We are close[d] on Monday. I will give you a call tomorrow and chat about the event. No worries, we have you penciled in!!". No one called the next day and I continued to call and leave voicemails. One week before my event, Alisa emailed and told me that they booked someone else and did not have me down. I called and left voicemails again hoping for clarity and help. Alisa stated that she was 'sorry' and 'willing to help'... but when I asked for other companies she would suggest and left voicemails regarding the same... nothing. I assume they had me down, but then a bigger party called and they just erased me despite my calls and voicemails. I'll never know because they never responded. Weddings are stressful enough, you don't need a vendor that will tell you one thing and then another the week before an event.

Food was delicious!! Service was fabulous! My guests LOVED having Taco Taxi cater our wedding. We were so happy with how professional they handled everything. As a budget bride, they were prefect for us. However, even if you have a giant budget and you're serving a plated dinner, they would also be worth hiring for your cocktail hour. Absolutely amazing food. I especially loved the esquites and the shrimp was delicious. - Also, I barely had time to eat at the wedding, so my raving on and on about how good the food was is all based on the leftovers that they packaged up for us! I would absolutely recommend them to another bride or to anyone else who has a large event that needs catered. Who doesn't like tacos??
