The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Between the rolling landscape, the stunning barn, and the incredible attention to detail, every corner feels magical. It’s the perfect blend of elegance, charm, and timeless beauty.
One of our favorite parts was being able to stay on-site with our loved ones. Our wedding party stayed in the Noble House, while our family stayed in the Farmhouse and Cottage. Each home was beautifully decorated with antiques and so much character, creating the coziest, most welcoming atmosphere. It made our entire wedding weekend feel like a destination getaway where everyone could truly relax and celebrate together.
I worked closely with Lauren throughout the planning process, and she was absolutely incredible. She was responsive, accommodating, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together seamlessly. Having someone so thoughtful and organized made the planning process so much less stressful.
We truly could not have asked for a better wedding venue. If you’re looking for a place that’s not only breathtaking but also offers an unforgettable experience for you and your guests, this is it. We will cherish the memories we made here for the rest of our lives.

Nestled in a breathtaking setting, Taconic Ridge Farm is a true hidden gem with pastoral landscapes and stunning views. Centrally located between the Berkshires, Hudson Valley, and Catskill Mountains, and just minutes from Hudson, NY, and Great Barrington, MA, our venue offers a serene and unforgettable setting for your wedding.
Our 22-acre property features multiple ceremony sites, including an open field, a wooded forest setting, and a peaceful meadow surrounded by mature trees. In addition to hosting ceremonies, the meadow or field can also be used for al fresco, open-air, or tented dinners, where guests can enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and toast to golden hour over dinner. Dinner and/or receptions can also be hosted in our historic, preserved barn, uniquely designed with a panoramic sliding barn door and full-length south- and west-facing windows, creating an open, airy, and breezy feel. Warm bistro lights, a bold chandelier, and custom lighting add to the inviting ambiance, while tiki torches and the glow of a bonfire or the bridge by the creek bring a romantic, timeless touch to evening events. An adjacent pavilion with a bar and lounge area allows for flexible indoor-outdoor celebrations. Taconic Ridge Farm can accommodate up to 200 guests and is available for full weekend bookings—from Friday rehearsal dinners to Sunday brunches.
Wedding packages include overnight accommodations for up to 16 guests across our elegant, historic 1800s Main House and cozy cottage, both thoughtfully outfitted with stylish, high-end finishes. Additional lodging options are available off-site for larger parties. The flexibility of early check-in and late check-out allows guests to truly feel at home for an extended stay. Our sister property, Noble House, located just miles away, can host another 16 guests and features fireplaces and private bathrooms in nearly every room, in addition to several nearby lodging options in the area.
Taconic Ridge Farm provides tables, chairs, vintage furniture, and cocktail tables for your ceremony and reception, along with a curated list of recommended vendors. Staff is available to provide support and assistance, and flexible load-in and load-out windows are offered. Guests can explore the property’s scenic features, including a cliff ridge trail with sweeping overlook views, mowed walking paths through wildflower-filled fields, a deck perfect for lounging and taking in the scenery, and the tranquil Roe Jan Kill (creek) running through the grounds. The venue also offers WiFi and onsite parking for up to 55 cars, in addition to a golf cart and driver on the day of your wedding.

The staff was amazing, the grounds were stunning, and the entire weekend felt magical. TRF is such a special place, and Lauren and her amazing girl boss team is the heart of it all. We can’t recommend it enough!

reality. So much flexibility and options as to how you want your day. Lauren, Jim, and Pam are fantastic to work with and are so accommodating. I worked with them over the course of 2 years to plan our big day and they were always super responsive and even helped coordinate a butterfly 🦋 release during the ceremony! It was so special. how breathtaking it was—the rolling green fields, the barn that somehow feels both grand and intimate, and the pavilion with its chic couches and twinkling lights. But TRF is so much more than a gorgeous backdrop.
Staying in the beautiful on-site house with my closest friends is a memory I’ll cherish forever. Every moment of the weekend felt woven into the celebration, and the house was the perfect place to get ready on the morning of the wedding (its stylish interiors also made for amazing photos!).
Walking through the property on our wedding day was almost indescribable—I was awestruck by the way every corner radiated love, joy, and beauty. Several guests told me it felt like stepping into the happy ending of a romcom, and as the bride, I couldn’t agree more. The flow of the venue is flawless: everything is close enough to be convenient, yet each space feels distinct and fresh, giving every part of the day its own character and excitement.
The TRF team was equally extraordinary. They were kind, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Whether it was ensuring my guests with limited mobility were comfortably transported in their brand-new golf cart, or seamlessly coordinating every last detail alongside my incredible planner (whom they recommended, Unveiled by Louisa!), they made sure everything unfolded perfectly.
I cannot recommend Taconic Ridge Farm highly enough. They didn’t just host my wedding—they brought my dream to life.

The team at Taconic Ridge Farm is exceptional. Lauren, the general manager, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and flexibility made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and a BLAST. Also, having the farmhouse and cottage on-site for guests to stay in was an enormous perk and allowed us to have a seamless wedding weekend!

Our wedding was in mid September which was an amazing season for a wedding there as the scenery was stunning and the temperature was perfect for an outdoor wedding. We had 104 guests and it didn’t feel too small or too big. The property has several different unique spaces to create a tailored experience e.g., barn, field, fire pit, meadow, a raised deck area etc.,
We rented the farmhouse and cottage for the weekend. Both accommodations had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. Being able to stay on the property for the weekend with our friends created the opportunity for many additional special moments.
The team are fantastic and were very fun and easy to work with from day one all the way through to the end of the wedding. Our guests were treated so well and Lauren and her team worked tirelessly on the day to make sure everything ran like clock work.
The proximity to Hudson, NY is very convenient for guest accommodations.
We cannot recommend it highly enough!

that this was the perfect place for our special day. As we got closer, Lauren answered all our questions and was so supportive in helping us make the space our own. The day-before and day-of teams were so positive and helpful that we had no worries about anything. Everyone at the farm worked so well with our vendors that it felt like they were all on the same team. Since both families live out of state, the idea of spending our wedding weekend on the property together was a dream come true. From our first evening on the property, sharing stories around the fireplace, to enjoying the beautiful scenery during our first look, to the cozy and comfortable vibe of the barn, every inch of this venue is incredibly unique. We can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Every second we were there was pure magic, especially ending our wedding with a campfire with all our family and friends. Our guests were raving about how incredible the venue was. We could go on forever about how lucky we feel to have found Taconic Ridge Farm and how grateful we are for the perfect wedding weekend that was even better than we could have ever imagined.

ours was. TRF has a way of making the energy of a wedding feel wholesome while feeling classy while feeling backyard friendly vibes. It’s causal but elevated and somehow chic. Each and every PART of this venue is thoughtfully curated— from the incredible Airbnb on the property to the stunning barn. We BARELY had to decorate bc the entire venue itself was a sight to see.
We worked with Jim and Lauren and they were NOTHING short from fantastic the entire time. They were patient and kind and extremely understanding. They let our vision shine and allowed us to be OURSELVES. They done tie you down to a book load of rules and don’t make you feel confused throughout the process of getting your wedding in order. It was all seamless and perfect.
I’d say, personally, that anything more than 140 may be a tight squeeze, although very doable— we had 127 and it felt PERFECT. The dance floor was popping the entire time and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue, team and overall experience.

The detailed planning documents and comfortable timelines they provided were a huge help, giving us peace of mind during the planning process. TRF offers multiple ceremony spaces, each more beautiful than the last, and the barn was the perfect setting for our reception. The views in every direction are breathtaking, making for an unforgettable backdrop to our special day.
We also loved the house and cottage on the property, which were cozy, comfortable, and full of quirky, interesting details that made them feel homey. nt above and beyond to ensure the ease and enjoyment of our extended family and friends throughout our entire experience. We opted to arrive a few days early to take advantage of the gorgeous farm house and property, and our guests who stayed there were truly wowed by its charm and relaxed but high-quality spaces and vibe. The team was highly experienced with event oversight, providing a fantastic list of vendors to choose from for everything from flowers and cakes to event planners and bands. In fact, everyone we used were from their preferred vendor list, and each one delivered products and services that knocked our guests (and OUR) socks off! There are so many options for how to configure a wedding there, with multiple outdoor locations, plus a covered pavilion for a smaller covered service, or the big barn. From the moment I set foot in the barn, I knew that was where we would have our ceremony, and although it was unconventional (most choose outside), the TRF team couldn't have been more graciously supportive of my unique vision. With drinks and dinner outside, we had a scare for rain as we approached the wedding day, but we felt 100% prepared and calm, having planned ahead for our rain plan. In the end, the sun came out just in time, and the entire wedding was filled with a magical feeling that the skies over Taconic Ridge Farm had cleared for us all. That said, we would have had just as much fun there in the rain, because the barn, pavilion, and rolling fields are gorgeous in any weather, and there are multiple tent locations to choose from. The geography was also perfect for us -- SO convenient for friends and family, just a 2-hour drive from NYC and 2.5-hours from Boston, with train options close by, as well. We just can't say enough about this rustic, romantic oasis, where we were lucky enough to live out our dream wedding every step of the way. We've already reserved it for our 5th anniversary, we just have to go back :). My only caution is that they and other vendors in the area do book early. We booked 19 months ahead, so I recommend anyone considering them get in touch tout de suite. THANK YOU, TRF, WE LOVE YOU!!

ifferent ways to setup the property and make it your own. This really is a unique venue without an insane price tag like many others we saw. We had a 70 people here but I bet it'd still feel lovely and intimate at 100-120 here.
And it comes with so much!!! Let alone, Pam and Jim go above and beyond. They are an absolute delight to work with. We felt so comfortable with them the whole time. We really didn't want the process of getting married to get too stressful for us, and I think a major reason we were able to avoid that was Taconic Ridge Farm.
Icing on the cake, our close friends stayed with us at the house on site for 2 days before and we had a blasssst with the place to ourselves. Really extended the good vibes and made the whole thing that much better.

ever been in. From the moment we walked arrived, I could tell this would be an unforgettable experience for all of us.
The entire space was perfect for capturing the details of their special day. We were able to get amazing footage of every aspect, from lovely outdoor shots to unique decorations inside. Our couple was thrilled with how everything turned out, as were their guests.
The staff at Taconic Ridge Farm also made our experience fantastic. They were helpful and accommodating throughout every part of planning and set up process. It was such a pleasant surprise!

vilion, on-property housing, etc.) so we could tailor the space and guest experience just as we imagined it. The owners and staff are all extremely kind, helpful and easy to work with. Can't recommend this venue enough!
