when they did not arrive and my coordinator had to track them down, which is not something you want to hear about as a bride when you’re taking photos. But they did arrive, set up, and the food was amazing! I also heard from my coordinator that she had to get on to the young women hired to bus tables…to actually bus tables. My coordinator cleared a lot of tables when that wasn’t part of her job. 5 stars because the food was amazing, everyone absolutely loved it, but also I’m very thankful for my coordinator for being on top of everything.

When the pandemic hit, our total guest count was changing constantly due to changing regulations and our RSVPs. I probably emailed them a million times requesting changes to our quote and with questions about precautions we could take to keep everyone safe. Throughout the entire time they were extremely patient, responsive, easy to talk to and SUPER helpful!
The day of our wedding, their food and service was AWESOME. We got several compliments about the food from our guests, and the food truck was a hit! I can’t recommend Taco Oasis enough!
