But they did arrive, set up, and the food was amazing! I also heard from my coordinator that she had to get on to the young women hired to bus tables…to actually bus tables. When the pandemic hit, our total guest count was changing constantly due to changing regulations and our RSVPs. I probably emailed them a million times requesting changes to our quote and with questions about precautions we could take to keep everyone safe. Throughout the entire time they were extremely patient, responsive, easy to talk to and SUPER helpful!
The day of our wedding, their food and service was AWESOME. We got several compliments about the food from our guests, and the food truck was a hit! I can’t recommend Taco Oasis enough!
