TAD Photos

I found TAD Photos online when searching for local photographers. A lot of brides are going for the super bright washed-out style with their wedding photos but I just didn't feel that style captured the emotion and depth of detail a wedding has. TAD Photos does a more “dark” style which I found to be more dramatic and emotional. It makes the details pop like the lace in your dress, the texture of the flowers. I fell in love with their style. When I spoke to Tela on the phone I was impressed by how upbeat, organized, and motivated she was. She worked with us on scheduling a bridal shoot and I should mention, traveled three hours to the middle of nowhere to shoot it! When you meet Tela you'll understand, she has got it figured out. This woman runs a photo shoot! I felt comfortable, beautiful, and confident. Don’t know how to pose? Not sure what to do with your hands? She does, and she helps you look and feel like a natural. After the bridal shoot and about a week or two before the wedding, Tela even worked with us adding their videographer totally last minute, I just could not pass up filming the special moments of our big day. Once the wedding came, Tela and her team were ready to go. She had everything planned out. They got all the shots I wanted and more. I felt like I didn't even see them getting some of the shots they got, it was magic. Their team worked well together in a professional yet friendly funny way. They kept us laughing, smiling, and moving along sticking to our planner’s timeline. We got our photos back much sooner than I had expected. There are creative, artistic shots, fun shots, emotional shots, candid's I mean they got it all. TAD Photos showed me just how beautiful my husband and I are, together. I wish we could do this all over again. TAD Photos made our dreams come true and perfectly captured the most beautiful day of our life. Thank you, Tela and the team!

Thankfully I had @ TAD Photos as my photography. They both were extremely helpful and amazing to work with. My pictures were absolutely amazing and turned out even better than what I expected. I also recommend using their videographer because I’ve watched my video over 20 times and they really do capture every moment of your wedding.

Tela is the absolute best!! Her fiancé and whole team are incredible too. My husband and I did our engagement photos and one other couple session with her, I did boudoirs, and they did our wedding photography and videography. Everything went amazing. They’re so easy to work with (even for two very camera shy people) and we absolutely could not recommend TAD photos more

TELA IS AMAZING! She flew all the way up to Maine from North Carolina in February for my Leap Day wedding. She was patient and was able to control the day in a composed, professional manner. I received so many compliments on how amazing she did! 11/10 would recommend

If I could give 100 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I have known Tela for a few years now and watched her business and talent grow far beyond the years she has been doing this. When I got engaged, she was our first thought on photography for our beach wedding. One, because she is local to NC and two, she is INCREDIBLE. She has created a team of professional, personable, and talented photographers and videographers that will take your special day and make it perfect. The day of our wedding she came into the CHAOS of the bridal house and made everyone feel at ease. She made us laugh, cry and never made us feel awkward while taking thousands of pictures. Every picture I had on my “must have” list she made a point to create. The grooms house, while more chill, had a female who took charge (because we all know men need a little more direction) while making every picture look easy and carefree. While on our honeymoon, we got a few sneak peeks and about fell out because of how amazing the pictures turned out. I could not recommend Tela and her team more.

Tela with Tad Photos is the best! She’s so fun to work with, eager to please and of course does phenomenal work! She makes you feel SO comfortable. I’d recommend her over and over!

Tela was very flexible meeting before the wedding and detailed in regards to making sure she had a clear vision of what my husband and I wanted to capture on our big day. She did our engagement photos as well. Her personality is great! She's easy to work with and very attentive. After seeing how amazing the photos turned out we knew we wanted her to do our wedding as well. Tela and her team were very punctual the day of and they made my husband and I feel so special. We were a bit worried about not having good pictures since it rained during the ceremony but we were so surprised that not a single moment was missed and the picture quality was excellent!

Tad photos is INCREDIBLE! She was so kind and attentive. I made a Pinterest board of photos that I would like and she made them happen. She captured our magical day perfectly we are thankful! 10 out of 10 would recommend! You won’t regret it.
