Roger and his team were amazing, I can't believe I never left a review for him here. He catered my wedding October 2023 and he was incredible. The food was amazing and there was so much of the food. I also really appreciated this lady that was coordinating on the day of, she made everything so easy. The day of she just showed up on time (actually early if I recall) she immediately found my day of wedding coordinator and just set everything up on the tables with table cloths, silverware, serving stuff you name it she did it. The set up was really beautiful and worked so well for our barn-style venue. Everyone was served on time and very quickly, the time to people getting their food was really short it was all very efficient. The best part was at the end of the night she packed up all the extra food (and there was a fair amount of food left) as leftovers and we ate that over another week. Also don't be fooled by the amount of food leftover, everyone loved the food (my favorite was to mix the pulled pork with the mac and cheese and drizzle their bbq sauce on top) it was so so good. I still get compliments on the catering. The value was amazing, it was such a good deal. To this day we still go to Taeza's Bottomline BBQ for small catering things, they even do Thanksgiving Day meal specials. Cannot say enough good things

We had our wedding catered by Taeza's Bottomline BBQ, and the food was amazing! The set up was perfect. He was on time and was super professional! Everything was perfect. Our day of coordinator was happy to work with them a second time as well. His homemade bbq rub is phenomenal! We had food plated for us as the bride and groom, which doesn't always happen! His communication was great, Roger gave us a great deal. We will definitely be getting food from him again in the future. I will try to update with photos if I get any from our photographer. The Smoked Brisket & Smoked Chicken was delicious.

I had Taeza’s crew out this past weekend for our wedding and the food was nothing less than DELICIOUS. All of our guest kept asking who they were and how they could get ahold of them! The crew was so kind and professional. They had business cards on site with them (smart!) Roger- the owner is so nice and understanding him and I have been going back and forth for months and months. He’s so informative and on top of everything. All the food was fresh, warm and once again, delicious!! Will recommend for years and years to come. Thank you Roger and crew for helping out with our day!!!
