Tag's Bakery was a great choice for our wedding cake. We were able to taste a couple of cakes of our choosing at no cost when we were trying to pick a bakery. And they were very he...
lpful in figuring out how much cake to order for our guest count. It would be nice if they could create an online portal for ordering, paying, and communication. Since I live far from their location, I ended up doing everything over the phone. Not ideal for an introverted millennial who often can't make calls during business hours.
But the cake makes up for all that because it was so delicious! We went for yellow cake with lemon curd filling and vanilla icing. The cake was light and moist, the filling was the perfect intensity of lemonyness, and the icing was not too thick or overly sweet. The best part is that Tag's offers a complimentary, freshly-baked cake that's the same as the top tier of your wedding cake for your first anniversary! We're looking forward to that.
