If you/your family likes the cold, then a winter wedding is perfect here! We were able to ski right after the wedding.

I found Tahoe Blue on Instagram when we had already been contracted with another venue, and shed a small tear because when I tell you this venue is perfect, breathtaking and the place you should have you intimate wedding; it checks every, single, box. When our first venue went out of business due to COVID, I RAN (like... emailed, called, DM'd, everything) to get this place booked!!! And every effort was worth it. We got to do our first walkthrough in August of 2020, and our second in August of 2021, and the dream came to life in November 2021!! While COVID and County ordinances forced us to make some big changes, Lindsay and the owners were VERY communicative, and delivered some very hard news in a professional and courteous way. Gave us so many options and were extremely supportive throughout theses changes. Lindsay was literally a text away and answered every question we had and made us feel very confident in our choice to book Tahoe Blue. We checked in on the Thursday prior to our Saturday wedding, and had our Bridal party stay with us. We booked the VRBO next door and had immediate family stay there. "WOW" and "THIS IS STUNNING" came out of everyone's mouth as we walked around the Estate... I just cannot get over how perfect this house is. Upon check-in Lindsay did a walkthrough with us and gave us some super helpful tips to make the weekend perfect. I really appreciated the Estates commitment to keeping everyone healthy and their extra cleaning process put in place due to COVID. Having a November wedding in Tahoe is risky... but we had the most perfect weather!! We used the backyard for our ceremony site. The Estate offers AWESOME rental packages that made it so easy to have everything we needed; tables, chairs, linens! And the house décor is already stunning, we did not need to do much to make our day perfect. We had the downstairs entertainment room set up as our dinner reception area, and used the upstairs living room for our bar and dance floor, and our caterer turned the kitchen into their own little shop and AHHH - it was just perfect. I would HIGHLY suggest booking vendors who have worked at this Estate before, as they really made the day stress-free and were flawless in their execution. VILD Photography, Music In Tahoe DJ, Blend Cratering, Celebration Party rentals, Status Salon all made our day one we'll never forget. Spending an extra night at the Estate was the ideal mini-moon for us, too. We enjoyed our fresh coffee each morning (that machine is TOO COOL), spent lots of time in the sauna room (do it) and loved relaxing with the breathtaking views. Tahoe Blue is the PERFECT (I cannot stress this enough) venue for your intimate wedding or your special celebration!! I cannot wait to find an excuse to come back.

The gorgeous backdrop of Tahoe, intimate feel of the home, and the incredible amenities were so special not only as a wedding venue but also a weekend getaway. By staying at the same location of our ceremony and reception, we had the time and flexibility to decorate, make the place our own, use different parts of the expansive home for our wedding day, and soak in the memories of our wedding day. The TBE team, Natasha and Dyani, was wonderful to work with. When we were surprised by some changes at the property, they were exceptionally responsive and communicative, making us feel at ease even when planning the wedding from out of town. We were so grateful for their help, and recommend TBE wholeheartedly. We hope we get to visit again someday!

his places where amazing. To see it in real life though doesn’t compare. Natasha was extremely responsive and helpful with booking plans. As you could imagine booking a venue 1 year in advance during COVID had us a little worried. She gave us that reassurance. Dyani (house manager), we first met her in September when we flew up to see the house. She showed us around, helped answer all our questions and too was very responsive to our emails when we had additional questions. We stayed at the home from Friday-Monday (April 2021) and had an intimate 16 person wedding. We could not have been happier with the way it turned out!!! The views are to die for and the amenities where amazing! We never wanted to leave! We appreciate the small personalized touches as they made us feel special on our stay. This home is a must for an intimate wedding, I could not have asked for more!!! Thank you Tahoe Blue Estate, I hope to return again!

know how sometimes when you get to a rental property you realize they used a really wide-angle lens and editing to make the place look better than in real life? That was NOT the case with the Tahoe Blue Estate! Their photos are beautiful and the place is even more beautiful in person. Plus, the view is even better in person too! I designated a bridesmaid to meet the property manager for the check-in walk-through and she did say the walk-through was a bit overwhelming and took 45 minutes, but it was all necessary because the house is super smart and in order to truly enjoy all the amenities, the property needs a proper showcasing and run-down of instructions. It was worth it as I easily operated the electric blinds in the morning to wake to a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe FROM MY BED. It was the perfect house for a weekend of celebration and an even more perfect wedding venue. Our small group of wedding guests joked that we need to have an annual vow-renewal ceremony just so that we have an excuse to go back year-after-year because we all loved it that much!

ere are many beautiful venues to choose from. If you are like me and don't want to go crazy on wedding decor, you don't have to here because the space is is gorgeous on its own. As far as booking and planning your stay here, management was so responsive and accommodating to every need I had along the way, they made my experience even better yet! We felt so welcomed upon check in and the home is immaculately clean and stocked with everything you need and more! Thank you Natasha and Dyani :) And honestly this place is listed by the knot as expensive but by the time you factor in that you get to stay in this AMAZING home and enjoy all it has to offer (jacuzzi with a lake view, pool table, cozy blankets, easy to use espresso machine), it turned out to comparable, if not less than what we were originally going to pay at a nearby hotel venue. The grounds are gorgeous and picture options are endless. Highly recommended!

eople to work with. They answered any question I had and were super personable throughout the entire process. The house is beautiful and it made it so easy to have our immediate family staying at the house with us for the weekend. One side of our family even rented the house next door and it was amazing because it allowed all the family to be together before/after the wedding . It also made it even easier to have more parking available! I would highly recommend having your wedding on a Friday so that you can do either a beach day or mountain day Saturday with everyone who came from out of town. Dyani gave me a great recommendation to go Round Hill Pines Beach and I would absolutely recommend it as well. You can reserve a canopy area for your party ahead of time so that everyone has a place to hang out all day! It was perfect for our families and friends. Besides it being a great wedding venue, it also has literally everything you need for the weekend! Ask ahead if you are unsure but chances are they have whatever it is you need at the house! If you’re on the fence just schedule time to see it and you won’t be able to say no.

it was due to their communication and the endless amenities at the Tahoe Blue Estate. We are already planning a future visit to celebrate our anniversary next year.

the house is so big and cozy. We were able to move around the furniture and we had about 70 guests and were able to fit everyone upstairs for the cocktail party and downstairs for all the dancing. Wendy even came by to see our decorations and was in love. Worth every penny spent and every mile driven (8.5 hours away)!
