We highly recommend hiring Natasha—especially for those who may initially be skeptical as to whether a planner is worth it. My wife and I had never used a planner and truly thought...
it was only for people who had a $50,000 wedding budget or were planning a big wedding. Like many of you, we thought it’d be easier just to save the money and go it alone.
But that couldn’t be further from the truth. Natasha (and her colleague Bianca) were truly jacks of all trades. Their calming presence and flexibility helped our wedding day run so smoothly. We can’t emphasize enough how valuable Natasha and Bianca were to us and how personable, kind, and professional they are.
We had last-minute runs to Trader Joe’s for flowers, desperate bobby pin emergencies, and first dance interruptions. Natasha and Bianca handled it all without missing a beat. And unlike many other vendors they went the extra mile every chance they had—adding additional planning calls, additional hours, additional responsibilities without hesitation.
The short of it is this: you should hire Tailored Memories, and you’ll be grateful you did.
Natasha at Tailored Memories arranged the most perfect celebration we could ask for. We had already found our venue for our 50-guest wedding, but needed help pulling together all t...
he details. Fortunately Natasha was available and set us up with the appropriate package. Over the next six months, her thoughtful and thorough questions helped us figure out what we wanted from our day. Then she nailed every organizational detail – from vendors to execution. On the day of the wedding, Natasha and her assistant unobtrusively led the show, leaving my groom and I free to smile and enjoy the happiest moments of our lives yet.
Natasha and her team were amazing. We were operating on a tight budget and Natasha helped me navigate what was necessary based on our preferences. She recommended a great caterer a...
nd she and her team made our special day even more special. We knew she had it all covered so we could just enjoy ourselves.
Natasha worked with Bianca for our wedding this past October, and let me just say this up front to any bride/groom: you may THINK you are type A and can handle any and every small ...
detail in your wedding. You may THINK "how many decisions could I possibly need help with if I already have all of my vendors selected and every event for the weekend is in the same place? EASY." Welp, let me tell you folks--it is decidedly *not*. We had our wedding at the Intercontinental on the Wharf: all 3 wedding events throughout the weekend. I hired Natasha as some decisions were becoming mildly overwhelming and her prices were *chefs kiss*. When I say she and Bianca saved the day MULTIPLE times during our weekend, I am not overstating. She made every vendor organizational correspondence and handled all last minute questions they had--it was the best decision I made about the wedding (minus the groom, he's #1 ;)).
Do yourself a favor as the price is MORE than absolutely worth the help and bliss Natasha will deliver you--BOOK.HER.IMMEDIATELY. She also already has working relationships with numerous vendors and locations in the city, which was astoundingly helpful. Seriously. Just book her and truly enjoy your wedding planning process!

r, Natasha from Tailored Memories. Her professionalism, courteousness, prompt communications, and overall quality of service added more value to our wedding than we ever thought was possible from a single individual. Her eye for detail and insightful aesthetic opinions ensured that my wife and I enjoyed our chosen venue to its fullest extent, while her keen mind and experience in planning and logistics guaranteed that every single objective for the day was reached. Not only did she provide a smooth transition from one perfectly executed task to the next, but she did so in a way that wowed the guests and maintained their smiles from start to finish. She was also able to apply her same skillset when preparing the vendors for our wedding day, and handled any concerns we had with them promptly and tactfully. Natasha made sure every one of them arrived on time and with all their necessary equipment in order to bring our special day to complete fruition. We cannot recommend Natasha and her team from Tailored Memories enough, as she was instrumental in making one of the happiest days of our lives a reality. She was hands-down the best decision we made when planning our wedding.
My daughter got married in Arlington while we live 500 miles away. Our biggest concern was how to find vendors and how to coordinate everyone from a distance. Natasha at Tailored...
Memories came to the rescue. She helped us locate the vendors, all of whom were wonderful, she helped create a perfect day for us. She had great questions and practical solutions. Everyone showed up on time and as expected through her coordination. Her team helped us, eased our day and made us laugh. We loved their professionalism and grace.

ccable taste. She was very organized and kept us on track in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She helped us coordinate across all of our vendors seamlessly, and was helpful in reaching out to everyone so that we wouldn't have to. She was also patient with us when we were busy and very flexible with our schedules (as my husband and I both work full time as well). I was so thrilled to have Natasha by my side on the day of my wedding. Everyone loved working with her and my family loved having her as a person to go to with questions! She made the day a breeze so that I could enjoy it, and she took everything I said I wanted in the day and made it a reality. She also went above and beyond, doing more than I had even asked for and expected, from the details of helping decorate tables to providing emergency essentials for the day of. I will forever be grateful to Natasha and Tailored Memories for her service! I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
My wife and I used Natasha's services as a day of coordinator earlier this year. We could not be any happier with the results!

From start to finish, Natasha was professional, organized, and incredibly helpful in making sure that our big day went off without a hitch.
Overall, we highly recommend Natasha as a day of coordinator to anyone planning their own wedding. She did a fantastic job!

se) and it is only with Natasha's help that we could have had the wonderful day that we shared. Throughout the entire process, Natasha gave wonderful recommendations that incorporated our own styles into our day. It was really so special. I even received feedback from our vendors about how thorough and kind Natasha was with them. She was very prompt with communication, yet gentle with her reminders when we let an email slip (even those with imminent deadlines!). Natasha's prices are very reasonable and she made our entire planning process so smooth, from start to finish. We feel so lucky to have worked with Natasha for our wedding!!
Wonderful!!! Natasha came to our rescue starting about three months before our wedding. We had done a lot of the initial planning, but what we didn't realize was that the closer ...
we got to our wedding date, the more (less fun) nitty gritty stuff to deal with came up. There were several loose ends to tie up with vendors and things like to the dreadful timelines to complete, but the best part was that she was there to tie them up for us--amazing! Additionally, we hadn't decided on transportation just yet, and she quickly got us several quotes and even negotiated pricing for us. There were things that I hadn't even thought about, that she jumped in and handled for us or with her guidance I was able to get together. She was a big reason why our special day was even more magical and less stressful. Her approach was very professional and her communication, unmatched!
