ridal Concierge" team is not very good. They were the one stressful thing about my wedding. I had to constantly reach out to get a reply (if I got one). I was never responded to when I asked in January to schedule my hair trail. I reached out in March for a timeline to make sure we would be done on time and I did not get a reply until 3 weeks before my wedding and everything was incorrect. The times were well after I said we had to be done, they added makeup which was not marked on the form, and did not have the right styles with the right person. I tried to speak with a manager and she pushed me off saying I had to deal with the bridal team even after sharing my frustration about them. I would NOT recommend using them for a wedding. It's unfortunate since I use to like the salon but they have gone down hill with customer service. Day of the lady at the front desk was annoyed I was not paying for everyone and that she had to refund me for some of my deposit. She kept saying I could pay for someone and they pay me back even after I said no.
I did love my stylist and she did a amazing job but the frustration of everything outweighs the day of service.

I was especially impressed with Rebekah, my makeup artist. I was very nervous about getting my makeup done, as I had never had that service before. During my trial, Rebekah was very patient with me as we tried different shades and looks, as I didn't have a firm picture of what I wanted yet. I am so glad we did the trial so that she could emulate that on the day of without stressing about what colors to pick. My makeup looked great that day - like me, but better! And it lasted all day and night. I'd recommend Taj Salon & Spa to others looking for wedding stylist services.

reasonable compared to other salons, especially for on-site services. Our wedding day schedule required us to start hair and makeup by 7am, and Vanessa and Courtny arrived promptly and were ready to start on time. They worked quickly, but did not rush, and actually finished our servuces ahead of schedule, giving us time to relax for a bit before the photographer arrived! We looked amazing and our updos made it through the long day without any trouble at all.

They had little muffins and mimosas for the group to have during our appointment. Everyone at this salon is so wonderfully talented I am never nervous about going to a different stylist within the salon. I actually am living out in California right now, and when I come back home to visit I always make sure I schedule a hair cut with Taj. It's hard to find a great stylist, and I've found many at Taj. You will not regret going here. The cost is a little pricey, but it's worth the money for the quality and service you receive.
