Terrific Party Band, Take Five Band! We had the good fortune to learn of Take Five at a time we were planning a party at the Grand Marquis and wanted live music.
We heard them pl...
ay at an event and they were great! They played good dance music and had everyone up on the floor, Exactly what we wanted! So I reached out to the Band about hiring them for our party, and Michael responded back.
Unfortunately, our scheduled party was postponed due to the pandemic, but Michael worked with us through the scheduling and re-scheduling, which we really appreciated.
Finally the event happened, and Take Five was Awesome! They played a variety of music and were willing to perform songs not on their usual playlist. Numerous guests commented to us how good the Band was!
We cannot say enough what a great Band they are and how very pleased we were to have them at our big celebration! And if we have another big party, we would certainly hire Take Five again!
Thanks so much to Michael and Take Five for making our celebration a wonderful event!

The band itself was so engaging and so much fun! The vocals from Michael and his daughter were incredible. Our guests are still raving about them! I would recommend Take Five to anyone. They truly made our wedding spectacular!!
We worked with Take Five Band for our wedding in Cape May and we could not be happier with our decision. We are family friends with the band and know them as kind, hardworking and ...
fun but after attending several of their performances we saw just how talented they are. They made the process seamless for us and were also open to suggestions and changes. The day of the wedding the ensured everything went smoothly from important announcements to entrances and first dances they were wonderful MCs. They had everyone dancing and having a wonderful time all night and Meredith was outstanding and we received so many compliments on how amazingly talented she is! Thank you Take Five Band for making our wedding so fun and memorable!
We recently just had the Take Five Band perform at our wedding, and they were amazing! They had everyone up on the dance floor all night! Since the wedding, I have gotten so many...
compliments from our guests on how great the band was and how much fun they had! They were very talented, extremely reasonably priced, and an overall fantastic deal.
The band provided us with a set list beforehand on what they can play, and from there my wife and I were able to pick and choose what songs we wanted them to play which was great. We really enjoy oldies music which is a lot of their playlist, so that was perfect for us.
One constructive criticism I do have is that they seem to be very busy with lots of gigs. We had a special request for our first dance song and one other song, and it took awhile for them to let us know whether or not they would be able to do it. Besides that though, I could not recommend them enough!!
This band is incredible!!! They made our wedding so special. The music was the best thing about our wedding. Everyone kept asking where we found our band, and our families just ha...

I had take five band play at my wedding and i was blown away. They played our wedding song and father daughter / mother son song and created a special moment we will never forget. ...
This band was much more than just a cover band, all members were accomplished with their instruments and the young female vocalist was insanely talented, its a wonder she's not famous! The dance floor was packed all night from my grandma jiving to my young nephews strutting their inner Bruno Mars. Great stuff guys and thank you for a memory of a lifetime.
I recently had a 50th birthday party and had Take-Five Band play. At the end of the evening all my quests could not get over the music that was played. The dance floor was packed...
the entire evening. The compliments I received about the band was AMAZING. Their variety in song choices was over the top one after another. The female vocalist will take your breath away. The entire band was extremely pleasant to deal with, very professional. Just from party alone they received 3 bookings and people have called me for their # for their occasion. All I can say is "OH WHAT A NIGHT" Thank you Take Five for making my party a Huge Success.
Take Five played at our wedding this past Friday 9/16/16. They were absolutely amazing and made our wedding night everything we hoped it would be and more. I found Take Five on T...
he Knot wedding website. I was a bit nervous because music sets the entire tone for the evening and I had never heard them before. Since I was living in Colorado, the lead band member, Michael, suggested my mom go listen to them at a local gig at a bar. She had originally wanted me to get a DJ but once she saw them play, she was in love. She went on and on about they had everyone on the dance floor all night and were just amazing. So we moved ahead. I originally thought my wedding would be somewhere else so when I changed the location it was a bit of a hike for the band but they still accommodated. Michael was so communicative and responsive and kept me calm the whole way through. The night of the wedding, they were extremely professional. They played a playlist for us during the cocktail hour and started the live music right after. They introduced the bridal party, managed the first dance and father/daughter dance, announced the cake cutting, played music during their breaks, and handled all these various DJ duties as well. People were dancing from the second they started to play until the second they stopped. I seriously can't thank them enough and can't recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed - you will be the complete opposite - just overwhelmingly thrilled with these guys. I'm one lucky bride for finding them - Take Five: thank you, thank you, thank you!!! -Colleen & Paul Miles
