For dinner we did strawberry spinach salad, parmesan crusted chicken, pork loin, mashed potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, and rolls. Not a single guest had a bad thing to say - everything was great. We had 200 guest and had it buffet style and even the last tables to be served had food that was steaming. Hot, quick, and delicious. He even had me double check to make sure I had enough plates so we didn’t run out. Kirk dropped off and set up our food. He was very friendly. The table looked fantastic when he was done setting up and I was basically drooling from the smell. Baked parmesan chicken, green beans, banana pudding, and the BEST mac & cheese I have ever had, left us and our guests so satisfied. We will definitely use Take Out Thyme for our next catered event.
