Joe was also wonderful. We reserved his limo for just a get away car. He offered suggestions on where to stay the night-of when our plans changed a couple of times. When they did, he charged no fee for a change, or anything like that. His limo was clean, beautiful, and was the perfect spot for relaxing after a great, but long, night. Joe was so wonderful! Our wedding took place during the Texas snow and ice storm so I was a little worried some of our vendors were going to cancel. But Joe made sure to show up several hours ahead of time to account for icy conditions. Upon leaving the venue, we felt so safe with him! Joe drove us from Granbury to Grapevine at a very affordable rate. On the big day, Joe arrived at our venue with time to spare. He took care of loading our luggage and other belongings with a smile and was there to help with anything we needed. The inside of the limo was spotless, had cold beverages ready for us, and was playing music by our favorite artists. When we arrived at our hotel he gladly unloaded our luggage and helped us get everything into the lobby. Overall, Joe was professional, punctual, and did everything with a smile on his face. There is a reason Joe is 5 stars! Our original transportation had to cancel the week of the wedding, so we were in a panic to find another service. Joe came through and agreed to take care of us. He was very reasonable and went above and beyond for the Bride and Groom. Joe is a pleasure to work with. He promptly communicates and accommodated our ever changing schedule including the pickup time for the wedding couple following the reception. His personal touch is first rate. He helped load supplies in the limo for delivery to the venue and eagerly unloaded once there. He took special care of the bride’s dress and carrying into the bridal suite. We also had several trips the day and night of the wedding picking up family and Joe was on time every time. We were looking for a limo to make multiple trips from hotel (where we got ready) to the venue before the wedding and then multiple trips from venue back to hotel after the wedding.
