get or wouldn't accommodate our smaller guest list of about 50 people. The moment we walked into Talamore, I got goosebumps...I knew it was the place! It was timeless, romantic, and elegant, and somehow still affordable. Mark was incredible to work with and made every customization we asked for happen, including creating a menu that felt personal to us. They even let us use the larger ceremony space since it was available, which made our ceremony even more special. The real MVP of the day, though, was our bridal attendant, T. We had no idea we'd even have an attendant, but she was an absolute blessing. She anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask, took amazing care of us and our families, and somehow remembered everyone's names. The moment that meant the most to me was when she noticed my 94-year-old great uncle wasn't with us for family photos and brought him over without anyone asking. We had completely forgotten in the chaos, and those are now some of my favorite pictures from the day. We talked about T all week after the wedding, she is truly one of a kind🤍 If you're looking for a venue that is beautiful, reasonably priced, flexible, and genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable, choose Talamore. They didn't just host our wedding, they gave us the wedding we'd dreamed about for years.

ere pristine and made for absolutely gorgeous photos. The entire staff was helpful and made everything work smooth without any problems. Our coordinator Mark was amazing from our first meeting all the way to the last dance of the night. I cannot recommend this venue more highly for your special day. 

Stunning location. Indoor and outdoor ceremony locations are beautiful. The staircase in the reception room makes for a fairytale entrance. No other venue we looked at had an indoor ceremony space even half as beautiful. We cannot rave about this enough. - Flexibility. Staff were very comfortable changing things and adapting to our desires. We had a couple of very last minute guest changes that we felt awful about, but staff reassured us and smoothly made those changes. There were a couple of issues with submitting payments and staff was accommodating and patient. There was no intense deadline pressure at any point, which we greatly appreciated. Allergies and substitutions were managed with no problems. - Accommodations. The Bride and Groom suites were both lovely and we were able to book them for the entire day so we could do all our prep in one place. - Food. Delicious food. Multiple people told us later that the steak was among the best they’d ever had. The donuts were great—rivaling the wedding cake—and disappeared within five minutes. We got the French fry bar add-on, and the fries were hot and crispy. Excellent. Between cocktail hour, the reception, and dessert, there was a ton of food, so you get quality and quantity. - Staff. Staff was great. Our attendant was helpful, sweet, and funny. Several of our guests came up to us to compliment their waiters. The staff know what they’re doing and seem to have fun doing it. Cons: - Unclear communication. We frequently had to repeat questions over email as they simply went unanswered. Other times, answers were confused and we had to ask clarifying questions. Three times before the wedding, I asked if the entrée grid we had provided would suffice for a seating chart and was told it would. On the day of, the coordinator asked us for the seating chart he had told me less than a week prior I did not need to provide. The guests had to be seated individually, leading to a huge and unnecessary holdup. - Lack of attention to detail. The PDF fliers cut the word “cocktail” in an uncomfortable spot. We requested crab stuffed shrimp for an entrée and the entrée grid we were sent replaced it with crab cakes (an error we did not catch, sadly). On a different dish, I asked what accommodations could be made for guests with a seafood allergy and one of the suggestions was salmon. For a seafood allergy. - Lack of exclusivity. The Talamore will charge you thousands of dollars to guarantee you’re the only event that night, which sucks. On the other hand, there was another event the night of our wedding and it did not seem to disrupt service at all, so this doesn’t have to be a dealbreaker. Ultimately, we had a great time and a beautiful wedding. We recommend it. But be ready to ask lots of follow-up questions. You will have to sweat the details, because they may not.

f the problems were because of how disorganized the staff were, they genuinely didn’t care, or that they (despite what they explicitly promised) double booked the venue. In any event, the real MVPs of the evening were all of our third-party vendors, who thankfully pushed back when the Talamore staff couldn’t fulfill the most basic parts of their job.   The staff was obviously aware that my wedding was in December. The bridal suite was freezing, and continued to be cold despite the staff telling us that they had taken care of the problem.  Part of the cocktail reception was on the outdoor patio area, and venue failed to light the heaters that were promised. Obviously, the venue’s handling of heating was a major concern when I was looking at venues; the Talamore didn’t deliver.   My husband was promised the use of the Talamore’s Bolero room as a where the groomsmen could hang out prior to the ceremony, since there were too many groomsmen to fit comfortably before the ceremony. The staff said that they couldn’t use the Bolero room because they didn’t want people “circulating” between the groom’s suite and that room, while another person said that they needed to use it for storage because of an “incident” they had that morning.   The event specialist was incredibly hands during my wedding day. They were difficult to get a hold of and I had to send my bridal party to the office multiple times to find the specialist when I needed assistance. I called my specialist and I kept getting sent to voicemail. It got to the point when I went down as well, as the bride, because I required help with some last-minute details. It made me feel like I was an afterthought and not a priority.    All in all, there was just a lack of care or attention to detail. The staff forgot to put the cake topper on top of the cake. I went in the next day to ask management for the topper and inquired why it was not placed on my wedding cake. All they gave me was my cake topper back, untouched, in the packing they received it in, and an apology which isn’t ok. The menu was changed without my consent the day of the wedding. I was promised seasoned potatoes with two of my four meal choices and got mashed potatoes instead. The Talamore’s seasoned potatoes are the most delectable potatoes I have ever had and I was looking forward to them on my wedding day.  The Talamore Country Club is also known for their sparkler send off. I was told I would have a sparkler sendoff once the reception was finished. The event specialist said that the Talamore provides the sparklers and we, as the customers, need to provider the lighters to light the sparkler. As time got closer to the completion of the reception, I asked my wedding attendant how we should start to prepare for the sparkler send off. The attendant told me that she wasn’t aware of a sparkler send off and that they didn’t have any sparklers; I needed to provide the sparklers. That information was NEVER conveyed to me throughout this process. Book this venue at your own risk. Again, I don’t know if the root cause of the disfunction was the double booking, staff apathy, or just a lack of overall care. My wedding was wonderful, but I would gone with another venue.

Their attention to detail and passion for great food were obvious in everything they did. They oversaw the dining experience flawlessly and made sure every dish was served perfectly. Their expertise helped make our wedding dinner one of the most memorable parts of the night. 🌟 Lora, our bridal attendant — Lora was an absolute angel. She anticipated every need before we even realized we had one. From fluffing my dress to making sure we always had a drink, a bite to eat, or a moment to breathe, she took such genuine care of us. We actually had two ceremonies in one day — a Hindu ceremony followed by a traditional American ceremony — and the venue couldn’t have been more accommodating. The entire Talamore team made sure everything went smoothly, from keeping us on schedule to guiding our guests between events. The staff’s attentiveness truly stood out. They took such great care of not only me and my husband but also every single one of our guests. Everyone raved about the amazing food, drinks, and exceptional service. She was so responsive via email and answered all my questions promptly no matter how silly they were. I also am very anxious and get stressed and she was able to keep me calm for a whole year. She let me tour the venue several times and was so flexible and accommodating. They were able to even make our signature drinks with lychee and mango, not super common flavors! Karen took detailed notes on everything i wanted and the event was absolutely seamless. Every single detail was taken care of and I truly have not a single negative thing to say. All the guests absolutely loved the venue and their experience and i have to give major props to Karen and the rest of the team at Talamore for giving me the most perfect wedding!!

efore the event was quick and very detailed. Not only did he work with our food requirements, he had us meet with the chef to discuss the various options. When there was a last minute change, he handled it patiently and quickly. The event hall and food were outstanding! A month later, people are still talking about the food, the decor, and the staff! The decor and room we used were beautifully, tastefully decorated. The staff was not only SO attentive and repeatedly asked if everything was going well. Plus they were great sports interacting with our guests and joining in on the fun of our silly games! It was just spectacular! We can't wait to have another event there sometime soon!

Karen was extremely patient in answering all our questions and making us feel at ease. As the wedding got closer, Karen helped all of the overwhelming planning details become easy. Our tasting was amazing. Leading up to the wedding, she made sure we felt prepared and comfortable with all the details. Come wedding day, the staff was extraordinary. The servers were all so accommodating and professional. The banquet manager, Coni, was awesome. The bridal attendant, Roni, attended to every need and beyond. All of my decorations were setup to my exact vision and surpassed my expectations. Our guests absolutely LOVED the food. Some told us it was the best wedding food they ever had. Everything was perfect.
