f the problems were because of how disorganized the staff were, they genuinely didn’t care, or that they (despite what they explicitly promised) double booked the venue. In any event, the real MVPs of the evening were all of our third-party vendors, who thankfully pushed back when the Talamore staff couldn’t fulfill the most basic parts of their job.   The staff was obviously aware that my wedding was in December. The bridal suite was freezing, and continued to be cold despite the staff telling us that they had taken care of the problem.  Part of the cocktail reception was on the outdoor patio area, and venue failed to light the heaters that were promised. Obviously, the venue’s handling of heating was a major concern when I was looking at venues; the Talamore didn’t deliver.   My husband was promised the use of the Talamore’s Bolero room as a where the groomsmen could hang out prior to the ceremony, since there were too many groomsmen to fit comfortably before the ceremony. The staff said that they couldn’t use the Bolero room because they didn’t want people “circulating” between the groom’s suite and that room, while another person said that they needed to use it for storage because of an “incident” they had that morning.   The event specialist was incredibly hands during my wedding day. They were difficult to get a hold of and I had to send my bridal party to the office multiple times to find the specialist when I needed assistance. I called my specialist and I kept getting sent to voicemail. It got to the point when I went down as well, as the bride, because I required help with some last-minute details. It made me feel like I was an afterthought and not a priority.    All in all, there was just a lack of care or attention to detail. The staff forgot to put the cake topper on top of the cake. I went in the next day to ask management for the topper and inquired why it was not placed on my wedding cake. All they gave me was my cake topper back, untouched, in the packing they received it in, and an apology which isn’t ok. The menu was changed without my consent the day of the wedding. I was promised seasoned potatoes with two of my four meal choices and got mashed potatoes instead. The Talamore’s seasoned potatoes are the most delectable potatoes I have ever had and I was looking forward to them on my wedding day.  The Talamore Country Club is also known for their sparkler send off. I was told I would have a sparkler sendoff once the reception was finished. The event specialist said that the Talamore provides the sparklers and we, as the customers, need to provider the lighters to light the sparkler. As time got closer to the completion of the reception, I asked my wedding attendant how we should start to prepare for the sparkler send off. The attendant told me that she wasn’t aware of a sparkler send off and that they didn’t have any sparklers; I needed to provide the sparklers. That information was NEVER conveyed to me throughout this process. Book this venue at your own risk. Again, I don’t know if the root cause of the disfunction was the double booking, staff apathy, or just a lack of overall care. My wedding was wonderful, but I would gone with another venue. 

sts raved about the appetizers and dinner, and the desserts were a huge hit. The cake was delicious, and the doughnuts were talked about all night! We also received so many compliments on the décor, and we appreciated being given the time and flexibility to add our own personal touches. A very special thank-you goes to one member of the waitstaff who stood out in the best way. She was kind, attentive, and an exceptional problem solver. From the moment we arrived, she was there to support us with anything we needed. While the entire staff was wonderful, her attentiveness made her truly memorable. We deeply appreciate the coordination, warmth, and effort that went into creating a seamless and beautiful celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had so many compliments from how beautiful the venue is to how amazing their food and service was during our big day! They come with so much when others do not so the price was absolutely worth it as well!!

coordinator, Karen, was absolutely incredible — so understanding, calm, and helpful throughout the entire process. We actually had two ceremonies in one day — a Hindu ceremony followed by a traditional American ceremony — and the venue couldn’t have been more accommodating. The entire Talamore team made sure everything went smoothly, from keeping us on schedule to guiding our guests between events. The staff’s attentiveness truly stood out. They took such great care of not only me and my husband but also every single one of our guests. Everyone raved about the amazing food, drinks, and exceptional service. We received endless compliments about how beautiful the venue and grounds were and how seamless the entire day felt. I genuinely cannot thank Karen and the entire Talamore staff enough for making our wedding day so magical and unforgettable. It was everything we dreamed of — and more

Karen, her team, and our wedding planner Jen, were prompt, professional, and punctual. They are a pleasure to work with. We and our guests were impressed and happy with our wedding celebration!

oor vibes with the outdoor being lush and green and the indoor being grand and exquisite. Karen Koch was the venue coordinator and the person that was with me from day one. She was so responsive via email and answered all my questions promptly no matter how silly they were. I also am very anxious and get stressed and she was able to keep me calm for a whole year. She let me tour the venue several times and was so flexible and accommodating. They were able to even make our signature drinks with lychee and mango, not super common flavors! Karen took detailed notes on everything i wanted and the event was absolutely seamless. Every single detail was taken care of and I truly have not a single negative thing to say. All the guests absolutely loved the venue and their experience and i have to give major props to Karen and the rest of the team at Talamore for giving me the most perfect wedding!!

efore the event was quick and very detailed. Not only did he work with our food requirements, he had us meet with the chef to discuss the various options. When there was a last minute change, he handled it patiently and quickly. The event hall and food were outstanding! A month later, people are still talking about the food, the decor, and the staff! The decor and room we used were beautifully, tastefully decorated. The staff was not only SO attentive and repeatedly asked if everything was going well. Plus they were great sports interacting with our guests and joining in on the fun of our silly games! It was just spectacular! We can't wait to have another event there sometime soon!

So many of our guests remarked how beautiful the building was and how it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. We were able to take picture on the grounds while it was still light out and the courtyard allowed for perfect pictures at night. The food and signature cocktails were also raved about by our guests. Would recommend!

Karen was extremely patient in answering all our questions and making us feel at ease. As the wedding got closer, Karen helped all of the overwhelming planning details become easy. Our tasting was amazing. Leading up to the wedding, she made sure we felt prepared and comfortable with all the details. Come wedding day, the staff was extraordinary. The servers were all so accommodating and professional. The banquet manager, Coni, was awesome. The bridal attendant, Roni, attended to every need and beyond. All of my decorations were setup to my exact vision and surpassed my expectations. Our guests absolutely LOVED the food. Some told us it was the best wedding food they ever had. Everything was perfect.

The staff had set everything up exactly as we had envision, and the attention to detail was incredible. We worked closely with Karen in the months leading up to the wedding. She was patient, responsive, and was able to provide assistance when needed. Roni, our bridal attendant, was perfect in every way. She was attentive with our needs and we could not have gotten through the day without the two of them. Our guests raved about the food, even days later. No one left hungry and we received many compliments from the appetizers to the dinner to the decadent dessert buffet. There was not a negative thing I could say about the Talamore Country Club. If you are looking for a stunning venue with impeccable service and delicious food, look no further!

the day of our wedding were fantastic. Ronni was so attentive and took great care of us on our wedding day as our day of wedding coordinator. She was so helpful in cleaning up afterwards and making sure we got all our belongings. She made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. We could not have asked for a more perfect day in every aspect. We had a wonderful experience holding our wedding here. Thank you, Talamore!

ceilings and grand staircase. The space is large and it fit our 138 guests quite comfortably. Karen was great to work with and answered my many questions via email and in person. The food was delicious as well and my guests could not stop talking about the cocktail hour! The mashed potato bar was a hit and I highly recommend choosing that as one of the stations. Can't recommend Talamore enough and I wish I could get married there all over again!

He was also very flexible and responsive with regards to scheduling venue visits and kept us informed of upcoming "due dates" for certain decisions to be made regarding layouts and decorations which really helped our day go smoothly! And of course nothing was set in stone.....last minute decisions or changes were not a problem and they wanted our day to be exactly how we wanted it and were willing to make anything we needed to happen, happen! The venue is beyond beautiful. All our guest raved about our stunning venue, the delicious food, and the kind and amazing staff! They are very accommodating and devoted to making your special day perfect. This place is a hidden treasure.
