The customer service was impeccable and the speed of delivery was greatly appreciated! My Talaria Flats arrived in two days and I am happy to say that I avoided chaos during my last minute emergency (whew). The quality of the flats are higher than I expected and the zip up clutch will come in handy as I am making these a staple in my purse. Now my feet will be happy and so am I !

I purchased the bridal set for my upcoming wedding to give as gifts to my bridesmaids. You have the option of putting in your bridesmaids names for each size pair that you order. I...
put in both my girls' first and last names, not realizing that they print the name on the bag itself. Kasey proactively reached out to me to double check that I wanted both first and last name on the bag since this causes the font size to be much smaller and not look as aesthetically pleasing. I was impressed because most orders are just delivered as ordered and I've never had an online retailer proactively reach out to confirm. I received the flats and they're beautiful as well! Haven't worn them yet but looks comfortable and made to last! Thank you!

loved these shoes from the minute I saw them and knew I had to have them for my bridal party (because OBVIOUSLY they are going to want to dance the night away)! I placed my order ...
and within a few days received an email from someone verifying the spelling of one of the bridesmaid's name (Brittny; understandabley at first sight, it appears it may have been a typo). I emailed back stating that the spelling was correct and within a few more days the shoes were shipped! Some companies would have just printed the label the way it was typed in the original order but Talaria Flats went above and beyond to make sure the spelling was correct. Excellent customer service and beautiful shoes; will for sure be recommending these to any and all brides I encounter :)
