Tamara Freida

Based in Moab, UT, Tamara Freida is a wedding violinist passionate about creating the soundtrack for all of life's greatest moments. From soothing melodic music for wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours to upbeat genres for receptions and concerts, Tamara can provide music to enhance any celebration! Tamara's journey as a violinist began as a child when she picked up the instrument for the first time and started training at the Hochstein and Eastman Schools of Music in Rochester, NY. Her decision to pursue her craft further led her to Ithaca College and Arizona State University, where she received degrees in Violin Performance. Tamara's versatility as a musician is deeply inspired by her training and the musicians she has worked with throughout her career, from concert orchestras to bluegrass performers. Tamara can perform as a soloist or as part of a bluegrass or rock-string band, depending on a couple's vision for their special day. Her repertoire is diverse and ever-evolving, with special requests always welcome. She looks forward to helping couples in Moab and beyond celebrate love through music.
