Everything was absolutely delicious as always and the design of the top cake and cupcake tiers was gorgeous. Our guests loved the cupcakes, and my husband and I loved how our top cake turned out! I would recommend Tamara's to anyone that wants both delicious cake/cupcakes and someone to make their cake what you hoped for. They only thing that would make me happier is if all our guests didn't take the Lick the Bowl cupcakes and leave none for me! :)

ur wedding. We were then able to pick from their never ending list of cupcake flavors to try at our own private tasting. We had 4 different flavored cupcakes and a small two tiered cake at our wedding. We had some many compliments on how amazing the cupcakes were at the wedding. The best part was that we got the Mini Lux cupcakes which allowed out guests (and ourselves) to try multiple different flavors. My husband and I shared one of each flavor at our wedding. I would highly recommend Tamara's. We will definitely be return customers!

ss. From the first tasting to the big day they were communicative but not pushy and so wonderful. We gave them a very vague idea of what we wanted the cake to look like and had no clue how it would turn out but were so pleased with the result. We received so many compliments on the cupcakes and on the cake. We'll definitely go to them first for our next big event.

All my guests kept telling me how great the cupcakes tasted and they were all very impressed with the size. During the planning stages of our wedding all the staff was very helpful with setting everything up. I would highly recommend The Cake Guru to anyone.

ct, my design would be as I wanted it, and the delivery details. In the end the the design cake design looked nice but had minor flaws, which is disappointing when you spend the time and money to have it exactly as you want. I would not recommend as a wedding cake vendor.

s cupcakes for the same price per person as a slice of wedding cake at other places (1"x1.5"). We went to go try out the cupcakes, and we were stunned. You are able to try 3 cupcake flavors, but the cupcakes are so big my husband and I were only able to make it through 2. Then, we were given a list of about 300 different flavors to pick from. Tamara definitely has any flavor you can dream up. I never actually got to meet Tamara, but here assistant was so helpful every single time we went it. We got exactly what we wanted, and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the cupcakes. I agree with a few other posts that Tamara does not always return e-mails immediately, but if I ever needed something done right away, I would just call and it would be taken care of within the hour so I did not find that to be a problem. The only thing to be aware of is that you need to return the cleaned cake/cupcake stands within a few days, but the store is closed on Mondays, which it when I would consider to be the best time to return supplies. This may not be an issue if you live nearby, but my husband and I lived pretty far away, so that was really the only trouble we ran into. The cupcakes and cake were totally worth everything we spent on them, and my guests couldn't get enough! We didn't have almost any to take home, because our guests all took extra home with them.

She was also very easy to work with, so when I changed my mind on designs I could email her, and she was always friendly and accommodating. Plus, it was very affordable!

Also, they were not accommodating when I requested an earlier delivery time than what they "usually" do. I wanted it there earlier to make sure the flowers were properly placed.. Since they wouldn't accommodate that, I didn't get to see the cake until our grand march and the flowers were not right. We made the best choice given the location of our wedding but if you go with this vendor be advised regarding the service.

We did not have a chance to meet with them prior to our wedding (we live in Canada), and therefore our request kind of fell off the map. They were not the best at responding to emails, but once the event got closer - they were on the ball.
