Tampa Event Group

x between old classics and New Age music was for the entire wedding to enjoy dancing and singing along all night. 10/10 recommend for any venue!

n took a phone call while he was traveling. For our actual wedding, all my guests commented on the great energy throughout the night. Many many guests stayed on the dancefloor until they had to get kicked out. Most importantly, we had an issue with our venue not communicating to us until last minute (day before) that a concert was happening the same time as our ceremony. Rich did a fantastic job communicating with my sister who was the officiant to ensure OUR music was heard by our guests. Strongly recommend Rich. 10/10

t the crowd engaged, the transitions were flawless, and they truly knew how to read the room and keep the party going. As a planner, I greatly appreciated how easy they were to work with and how smoothly everything flowed. I’m already excited to work with this team again and highly recommend them to any couple looking for an unforgettable celebration!

roup!

a great job creating a great party atmosphere at our reception. I would 100% recommend him for your wedding.

ll night, his mixes were spot on and he played exactly what we wanted while reading the crowd perfectly. They truly brought out all the stops - fog, cold sparks, our names projected on the wall, and a beautiful DJ booth setup. We used Tampa Event Group for DJ, MC, lighting, photo, video, and photo booth, and they delivered on every single detail. Our planner recommended them, and they did not disappoint. The value for what you get is incredible, high-end experience that’s still reasonably priced. A special shoutout to Richard Mercado, who is a true stand-up guy. A few months before the wedding, I had a small billing issue (totally my fault), I’d signed up for payments, then paid in full, and one extra payment accidentally came out while I was out wedding-dress shopping. Without missing a beat, Richard immediately refunded it and made sure everything was corrected within an hour. That kind of honesty and responsiveness says everything about the kind of vendor he is. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Tampa Event Group made our night unforgettable, stress-free, and so much fun. Highly, highly recommend!

pecial day with us!!

nder control throughout our special day and helped make our day go smoothly! He also included a photo booth for our event which was a huge hit! Monica was amazing and really helped to keep everyone entertained (adults and children)! Thank you guys for helping make our day special!

ongs that had everyone on the dance floor. They were also super accommodating with our song requests and made sure the timing of everything was spot on. Our guests are still talking about how great the music was! Highly recommend for anyone looking to make their wedding celebration unforgettable!

but also with our friends and family! Music was on pointe! I will recommend Tampa Event Group for every event! We were so happy with everything! Fusion Creates Meals, Eladia and her crew were AMAZING and the food was absolutely delicious!!!! Thank you for making our day special and fun! It was beautiful and it was a pleasure working with you!!

he cared deeply about making a couple’s day the most memorable experience possible. So, when choosing a DJ for our Happily Ever After, it was a no-brainer to ask Rich to play at our happy hour. Since Rick and I were taking a non-traditional approach with our wedding day, I was thrilled that Rich agreed to help with our outside-the-box event. After all, he is known to go the extra mile for his couples. From our last-minute additions of introductions and dances to the unexpected rain, Rich did whatever it took to keep everyone dancing, even lugging speakers to the second floor of the pavilion when the party had to be moved due to the rain. When you hire Rich, you are hiring someone who is deeply passionate about his events and the couples he plays for. He’s talented, charismatic, and truly genuine. I highly recommend Rich and Tampa Event Group for DJ services, up lights, and anything that he offers…because he will surely go the extra mile!

uldn’t recommend this vendor enough!!

th. The day of event, he kept things in order and had eveyone on the dance floor when it came time to party! His set up was great! And his team members were very friendly! I highly recommend him!!

st. Everyone was up and dancing until the venue was turning the lights back up and setting up to close down. He was interactive and fun. I definitely would recommend his services to anyone looking for a DJ. The photo booth was exceptional too! Everyone loved grabbing some props and taking tons of pictures throughout the party.

with precision and care, but you were also a pro at taking impromptu songs. Everyone had a great time at my daughter’s Quiceanero!

l of our guests up and dancing the whole night! Everyone said our reception was such a blast. We got the package with extra light effects and a photo booth, and I am so glad we did! Rich and his photo booth attendant also took some extra photos and videos for us that they sent afterward. It was so fun to watch those and re-live the night. I’d hire Rich and his team for any event or party! Thank you so much, Rich!

with the photobooth (which our guests loved), the marquee signs which were a great touch, and the "dancing on the clouds" & sparklers made for some even better moments and pictures. We had music from recent hip-hop, r&b, reggae, soca, even threw in some 90s stuff and the party never stopped. He absolutely killed it!! Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. Rich is kind and professional, and wants to ensure you and your guests have a great. Can't thank him enough.

ast minute about a month before our wedding took place. A family friend recommended Tampa Event Group so we contacted DJ Rich Kenny immediately. He linked us up with DJ Fabian and it turned out to be a perfect fit. Both DJ Rich and DJ Fabian listened attentively to our wants and needs by regularly communicating via phone calls, texts, and their website platform for planning. We had a mix of age ranges at our wedding and wanted to incorporate lots of genres while embedding our love for EDM music. DJ Rich made sure we were fully accommodated, DJ Fabian showed up extra early to get set up and check in, then the MC/assistant Mo helped keep the energy up all night long. I would highly recommend Tampa Event Groups, specifically DJ Fabian, to anyone wanting a "just right" feel for their music needs and overall guest enjoyment. Including their DJ services was truly a highlight of the whole reception and we are more than pleased with how awesome everything turned out. And by turned out, what we really mean is TURNED UP!!! 11/10 would recommend using this as music/entertainment for your wedding night!!!

ill have family and friends that are talking about how great the entertainment was. Thank you so much for making our Wedding day extra special.

ad from all of our guests. You guys really did an amazing job! In addition, your professionalism, attitude and sense of loving your job really showed. Many, many thanks to DJ Fabian & DJ Bengey for making her night one to remember!!!!!

😂 DJ Rich Kenny kept me on the dance floor so long that my skin fell off. I don’t know if there is a better endorsement than that. My husband and I are huge music buffs and Rich knew exactly how to balance our eclectic taste with crowd pleasers that kept the party going all night. We couldn’t imagine a better experience with a DJ and are so happy that we chose Tampa Event DJ’s for our wedding. They were a crucial part of what ended up being a perfect day for us.

est time on the dance floor and hyping the guests up to keep the energy going throughout the entire night. DJ Rich Kenny, DJ Bengey, and everyone else involved in this group came out and gave us the reception of year. Everyone throughout the night had only the best things to say!

playing our Spotify picks and mixing multiple genres together!

ecommend him.

A lot of our guests were older and there was a wide range of ages between everyone - we wanted a DJ who could carefully craft a great playlist that everybody would enjoy. He listened to us better than any other DJ we talked to and assured us he would keep the wedding fun, but not “trashy” at all - it was supposed to be elegant, like our whole theme for the wedding itself. DJ Rich Kenny more than delivered; he wasn’t one of those DJ’s that did excessive talking and ruined the mood, and the whole entire wedding and reception was flawless. He is such a nice, down-to-earth guy that you can relate to so well, and he absolutely is someone I would recommend time and time again. From the fog machines that made us look like we were dancing on clouds during our first dance, to the photobooth that added extra entertainment, to the music choices and overall awesome vibes the entire night, DJ Rich Kenny was amazing!!!!!!

ption made sure to tell me how much they loved our DJ! Rich was great at reading the room and knowing exactly when the room needed a break or a pump up. We had a blast and could not have had a better DJ for our celebration! Thank you so much!

ated to all levels of music, Latin music, old and new, made sure not to play the songs we really didn’t want and we had MULTIPLE people come up to us and say it was the best wedding they had been to in a while and that was thanks to Rich. He made the process so smooth with the questionnaires and the calls, he really made us feel at ease and just his personality is sweet, caring, and kind, we couldn’t recommend him more. You won’t regret hiring him. So incredibly grateful to you Rich! Thanks again 🫶🏽

as perfect and our guests danced literally nonstop until the ceremony was over and then kept asking for more. I cannot recommend them enough, if you’re thinking of hiring them, don’t look any further and just DO IT! I also used them for the uplighting and the dance on the clouds and it made the night truly magical. Thank you again!

cative. As a DJ, he made our party! The music was perfect and the lighting was beautiful. He was so quick about answering questions, and very willing to help us figure out the technical configurations for all of our requests. The price was fair and truly the experience was worth soooo much more. Get this bang for your buck and make your next party happen with Rich!

ristmas wedding). In addition, he recommended a PHENOMENAL photographer!

nts the best of the best for DJ’s. Personally, this was the most crucial vender for my wedding. I wanted my wedding to be fun and not awkward. They were absolutely amazing at starting the party and kept it going all night long. No one wanted to leave!

ur venue he was incredibly patient and reassuring that our event would not be jeopardized. We had an amazing day and received countless compliments on the atmosphere and entertainment from all of our family and friends, of all ages and types. Of all of our wonderful vendors, I could not recommend this group more highly.

ugh out the whole process and made sure to assist us in every need or desire we wanted. He kept checking in periodically providing assistance and making sure every detail was perfect for our big day! The day of the wedding he was amazing in making sure all the guests were entertained and ready to party! Fusion creates which is apart of the Tampa event group catered and it was amazing!!! Before the wedding eladia went above and beyond and made examples of everything she’s able to cater and when I told her I wanted authentic Latin food she did not fail to disappoint. Her food was a hit , after the wedding everyone was asking me what restaurant.l catered. Eladia makes the best pernil. If I was to go through the whole process again I would choose Tampa event group all over because they made my wedding planning process so easy and stress free and recommended me only the best for my day.

ng people and told Dj Rich Kenny that we just wanted him to do what he does best and keep the party going. He did exactly that! All night people were dancing up to the last song. Very professional but also friendly, I would strongly recommend him and his company to anyone. Thank you again!

one. Simply put, Rich was the absolute best. My husband and I put a lot of value on the music at our wedding, to us it was of the utmost importance to set the tone and the vibe of the different aspects of the day. Rich was highly collaborative, having multiple calls with us to iron out the details, brainstorm, and really took the time to learn what we were looking for and determine how he could bring that to life. Rich also leaned into every (even seemingly crazy) idea we had and brought his own wonderful ideas to the table as well. He is CLEARLY an expert in his craft and loves what he does. During our wedding day everything went flawlessly. The sound during the ceremony was crystal clear - all of our guests could hear us easily. The speeches went perfectly as well, and not one technical error happened throughout the entire day/evening. In terms of the actual music, there was not a single time when our guests weren't head bobbing, grooving, or even shazaming a song because they loved the music so much. When it came time for the reception, words cannot describe how Rich just absolutely lit the dance floor on fire. Everyone was up and dancing their hearts out. His mixes and renditions of songs were unparalleled to anything I've heard before, much less at a wedding. If you're looking for a true partner for your event, incredible music, and someone who is just a pleasure to be around, look no further and hire Rich.

fessional, punctual and incredibly fun to work with! Rich has a great personality and made the entire night so much fun. He was spot on with all the timing from ceremony music cues, grand entrance and every announcement. Played great music and was able to read the crowd well! Nobody stayed in their seats and we partied all night! I would hire them again without hesitation! Thank you Rich for such an amazing night!

he vibes, his assistants, it made our night amazing. He was also so good at helping us lead the crowd through each part of our wedding day. Carlos and I are so so thankful for him and his hard work. He made sure we were happy and really listened to us and took everything we said into account. We couldn’t have made a more perfect decision in having him as our DJ. Thank you so so much from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to continue to use you in the future and recommend you to others!

with the end result.
