I cannot say enough positive things about Al Paulauski! Finding the right officiant was so important to my now husband and I. We come from Christian and Catholic backgrounds and wanted to find someone who was inclusive of both families. We interviewed several officiants, but I knew from our first few minutes talking to Al that he was the one! Al allows you to "create a ceremony" on his website and chose the specific verbiage for each element of the ceremony. We were able to add extra elements like reading our own vows, incorporating family involvement, and a unity candle ceremony. Al is professional, communicative, and timely. We got countless compliments on our wedding ceremony. We loved working with Al and highly recommend him!

Out of all of our vendors, Al was the best one. He was very professional and organized and made the ceremony flow perfectly due to well thought out planning. Out of all my vendors he always communicated everything to us and remembered everything related to our wedding and didn't constantly get us confused with other weddings they were involved in. Al is truly the best officiant I have ever encountered. My husband and I had our wedding 11.9.24 and a few weeks beforehand we were notified by our previous officiant that they could no longer come due to a severe injury. We came across Al’s website and all of his wonderful reviews and put our trust in him and we are so glad that we did. He was so professional and well-spoken and delivered such a beautiful ceremony. Al was amazing and very personal able through the entire wedding planning process. From the first call to the wedding day! He even took care of the rehearsal from beginning to end! He made us feel completely comfortable with how the ceremony went and I loved how he allowed us to create our own ceremony by truly making it ours. Not a lot of officiants will do that! Al was exceptional! He is a big part of the memories we have from our special day because he made it so seamless and was so enjoyable to work with. It was great working with Al! We liked how we were able to use the create a ceremony form to plan out our ceremony. We were able to meet with him, make edits, and add in a scripture reading. He ran rehearsal which was super helpful as we did not have a wedding planner. Overall everything went smoothly. All our guests were able to hear us during the ceremony and had a great time. When Alex and I got engaged we were still looking for a home church. This is a great option for Christian couples who may be getting married out of state, just moved, or are still looking for a church community. Al did a great job for us with our ceremony. His meetings beforehand were great and the way he handles the process keeps everything very clear and straight forward. We appreciated his system. Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of an officiant.

My husband and I are from Minnesota and we had a destination wedding in Florida. The weather had a mind of its own, and Al was WONDERFUL at rearranging to make our ceremony happen on such late notice. Would recommend 100 times over again!

Very professional. Very down to earth. When we were talking to Al, he really listened to what we wanted and took the time to get to know us and chat with us. It wasn’t just asking a bunch of questions. He was always kind, always on time, and helped us know exactly what to expect. Our rehearsal was double booked, and he handled that for us with so much grace. Couldn’t have had a better person for the job!

Al was an amazing officiant. We met with him twice before the wedding, one was online before we booked him, and the other time was in person one month before the wedding. He emailed us a multiple choice questionnaire asking us what we wanted him to say. He showed up at the rehearsal and worked well with our coordinator. He spoke very well and many people told us he did a great job. I had several people ask about him and his services. He was great and I recommend him for any wedding.

Finding a Officiant that my husband and I connected with was a top priority of ours. After our first meeting with Al we both looked at each other and agreed we wanted to work with him. We could tell immediately that he wanted to get to know us and our personalities and incorporate it into our day. He helped us every step of the way with customizing what we wanted to say at our ceremony, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. We did not have any worries after the ceremony, as we knew Al would send our signed marriage license for us. His "Create-A-Ceremony" form made for an easily personalized and seamless ceremony process!

I researched many officiants and was so grateful to have found Al. He communicates is a very timely manner and makes sure to answer any questions you have. His website makes it so easy to customize exactly what you want said during your ceremony. During our rehearsal, everything flowed with such ease and he guided the entire wedding party so everyone knew the order of walking in/out and where to sit/stand; he even reminded my MOH to fluff my dress and hold my bouquet. Al was absolutely AMAZING ! Since the first phone call to the ceremony, the experience with him was it was everything I could have a wanted and more. He really took his time getting to know us as a couple and truly showed that he cared for our wedding. During the planning process, he sent his a paper to fill out with multiple different sayings that he can say during the ceremony and at the end, we had a meeting recap and he sent me the final draft that I can approve. He was super adaptable and truly listened to us. Al is truly an amazing speaker. He was able to project his voice to the whole audience so that they were able to hear him. He speaks with confidence and gave us specific ques on when we should do specific things during our ceremony. I could not have asked for a better officiant and I want to truly thank him for making our day truly amazing!

Al is wonderful! He’s very kind and responsive to emails and text. He was very thorough with making sure we got exactly what we wanted out of our ceremony. He was very nice during rehearsal as well. If you’re a bride with a lot of nerves I’d suggest getting the full package with a rehearsal and the build your ceremony package. Having Al walk through the whole thing made me feel so much more comfortable the day of my wedding. We are very pleased and thanks to the help of Al we had a beautiful ceremony!

Al is the best!! Absolutely no hiccups what so ever from planning to execution, he’s very personable, thorough and delivered a beautiful ceremony. He even coordinated my rehearsal, everything went so smooth. I had really high expectations for all of my vendors and I’m pleased to say he exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a sign to book Al, here it is! Al was solid, organized and professional throughout the entire process. We cannot say enough good things about him! From the start, Al is organized which a type A bride like myself appreciated! He has examples of how your ceremony can run with a 1000 different combinations to choose from, all to your preference. He is also open to new things, as we did a unity ceremony which he had never done, yet performed it flawlessly. He not only officiated our wedding, but came to the venue and ran our rehearsal walk through. Every thing was so smooth and thought out. I have never been in a wedding, however several of my experienced bridesmaids and my wedding coordinator told me they had never been to such a smooth, organized wedding rehearsal. His rates are up front and fair. And he even takes care of mailing your license for you! As well as follows up after the nuptials! Again an outstanding person work with and really sets the bar high for others in his profession! We would rehire him 1000 times over

Al is an amazing and professional officiant. From our first meeting on Zoom, Al was organized, friendly, reassuring and extremely helpful. Al worked with us to personalize our wedding ceremony to include all of wishes. Al lead our rehearsal and explained each step in the ceremony to prepare us for the big day. After the wedding ceremony, he assisted getting our marriage license completed and mailed it the following Monday. My wife and I highly recommend Al for officiant services.

He is very detail oriented and spends a great deal of time getting to know you and what your preferences are. He has a planning template on his website that gives you options to choose from and guides you through the process of creating a ceremony tailored to you! It was a Godsend! Pastor Al was amazing! Our ceremony plans changed a few months before our wedding and we reached out to Pastor Al to see if he could marry us and I have been happy with our decision to do so! We contacted Al 3 weeks before our wedding, and he could not have been more accommodating. To add to it, we live in Hawaii so we had to do everything remotely in order to be ready for our wedding in Michigan. This review for Al is long over due - he’s now officiated for us twice! My husband and I were set to get married in June 2020. When COVID hit, we decided to move forward with getting legally married and push our “big wedding” to June 2021. Al was so understanding and helped us have the perfect small ceremony with just immediate family present in 2020. For our 2021 wedding, we wanted a ceremony that our extended family and close friends could witness. Al flawlessly transformed our original ceremony into a vow renewal with all the original components. When he emailed the draft copy of it to us based on a Zoom meeting, we were shocked at how it was everything we didn’t even know we wanted. Al is a great communicator and so easy to work with. He is a true professional and it shows throughout the planning process. We cannot recommend Al’s services enough.
