Extremely overpriced. I realize my hair may be long but they failed to tell me it was going to cost $275 to balayage. Nobody told me when I called to make the appointment, the remi...nder call or when I arrived. I went in thinking it was going to cost the same as my previous visit $180, afterwards when I spoke to the owner she said there was nothing they could do because I was charged incorrectly on the first round. Sad part about it is that, although, a little blonder, it is not what I asked for. I asked for the exact same from the first visit and not only was charged way more but was not pleased with the final results. Not the best customer service and I will no longer return.
