hed ours. We knew we wanted to go with T&L. For a year I was in contact with Tom as he helped us craft our Menu and answer all our questions. As the wedding approached I talked to Pam who was very accommodating when it came to finalizing payment and details. They were so helpful, when I told them 48 hours prior about guests changing menu options or being unavailable, I was simply told all guests will be accommodated. But the cherry on top of working with T&L was our maitre d', Jaci. This woman is an absolute queen. She walked in and assisted us with final decor set up so we could focus more on getting ready. She would update us with photos and ask any questions to help capture our vision. She also helped to keep us on a schedule without being pushy and, most importantly, she made SURE we were able to have time to enjoy the entrees at our own wedding (which I've heard is a rare occurrence). From day 1, T&L knew what we wanted with our wedding and made sure to make it happen. They were integral in helping us to have a perfect wedding day and I can't sing their praises enough. Thank you!!

h. Starting from their office staff and management, Tom Tavalaro and Pam Tavalaro are a superb team to work with. Extremely responsive, easy to work with, organized, and know all the right questions to ask and ways to accommodate the couples they work with. For the day of the event: Jaci was such an amazing Maitre-d that stood by us throughout the night. She quickly integrated in with our other vendors and worked really well with our entertainment group, our DJ and Emcee, and even our families to help coordinate our activities throughout the evening. The staff team throughout the evening were all so helpful and seemed genuinely eager to make it a great night for us. Their head chef at the event did an amazing job and we are not exaggerating when we share that we received extensive glowing reviews on the food from all the guests at our wedding. This was one vendor we partnered with which we highly recommend and are extremely pleased to have made part of our special day. Not only do they deliver as promised, but they are also great, genuine and comforting people to work with.

en all of the many delicious options! The food on our wedding day was fantastic, everything from vegetable spring rolls to bacon-wrapped scallops to Asian style beef! However, the real star of the show was our matri’d Jaci. She made sure everything went off without a hitch and truly went out of her way for all of us, making each of us (not just the bride and groom) feel special and important. She even helped bustle my gown! We feel so lucky to have had T&L Catering, especially Jaci, as part of our day.

Tom works with you every step of the way, and has over 40 years of experience with event planning like this. On the day of, Stephanie was our Maitre D for our wedding, and was marvelous. She made sure we were fed, served us dinner so we didn’t have to get up, and made all of our guests feel welcome. The bartenders and all of the staff were awesome too. I couldn’t believe how everything came together so wonderfully. Hire T&L! They are very professional, nice, and amazing to work with for wonderful, quality events that are above and beyond. had asked for with edible glitter! During the party I spilled some food on my white dress, and T&L's chief of staff was so helpful in helping me get the stain out immediately! She was always asking if me or my family members needed anything. Everything was well coordinated timing out the appetizers, to entree, to dessert. Our guests enjoyed so much and were asking where the food was from after the party. They truly made my party memorable.

Jackie was our primary contact on the day of and she was simply amazing. She kindly made my husband and I plates and brought it to the bridal suite to make sure we got a few bites in before our first dance and all the commotion; and she consistently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we could need. The whole team day-of was spectacular and made sure that our guests had a great time and that my parents' kitchen and backyard were in beautiful shape at the end of the day. It was especially helpful that Tom contracted the tent vendor and the bartender as part of our total contract with T&L - having all three services under one umbrella made the management of the event so smooth. They also took all of my concerns about allergies and food intolerances seriously - we had guests coming with gluten intolerances, nut allergies, Passover restrictions, dairy sensitivities, you name it. Not only did Tom help us create a menu that made sure everyone could enjoy the brunch, he also made sure that everything was clearly labeled on the day. I cannot recommend T&L catering highly enough - they are a great local company, deliver amazing service, and provide simply spectacular catering. Thank you T&L!

ith the venue and someone that would be able to provide a large variety of food. I was also very worried about having enough food for a very large wedding! From our first emails, we knew we had found the right team. They helped us with every tiny detail, from napkin colors to accommodating severe gluten allergies to the color of the plates we wanted. Tom made helpful suggestions to help us meet our budget and helped us coordinate our cake as well through Palermo’s. Our guests RAVED about the food. They loved not only how good everything tasted, but the wide assortment that was offered through stations. As the couple getting married, their staff catered to us, making sure we ate, had full plates at cocktail hour and the reception, and even provided us with our own little ice cream cake we had requested. We loved the team so much that we had also decided to use them for our wedding breakfast the next day at the hotel, and that was perfectly arranged as well. The maître-d’, servers and bartenders were all lovely and so accommodating. We got so many comments on how great the bartenders were, and Georgeanne, our maître d’, was so helpful. She called us the day before the wedding to confirm any last-minute details, helped us throughout the night, and answered our call the next day when we couldn’t locate something at the venue. We plan on using T&L for all future events! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

just went above and beyond on the day of. Everyone was talking about how great the food was and we even had left overs for the next few days for our family. The penne vodka and vino blanc chicken were TOTAL hits. Jackie catered to me and my husbands every need on the day of and we didn't have to think about a thing. We were also never without a drink in hand or food if we were hungry. I highly recommend them. We think they offered incredible service at a great value!

The food was so delicious and our bar tender was down to earth and made us enjoy our night even more. My family has had birthday parties and baby showers with T&L and now our wedding! heir wedding packages. Tom even allowed us to come back for a 2nd tasting to try a few more items to round out our menu. They were fantastic to work with amidst us needing to postpone the event multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They were very communicative and understanding throughout the whole process, so when our big day finally happened on 10/23/21, the whole catering team provided great service and fantastic food. Our maitre'd was Georganne who was a wonderful leader for the whole catering team and a great point person for all of the day's catering needs. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was! We have especially gotten many compliments on their Asian stir fry station at cocktail hour. We unfortunately never got to try it because our photos ran long, but that's all the more reason to book T&L for a future event. Some other cocktail hour favorites were the prosciutto wrapped melon, pigs in a blanket, and cheese quesadillas. And for dinner buffet favorites, the guests complimented the flounder francaise and penne a la vodka. We are so happy the guests enjoyed all our selections. Thank you to Tom, Pam, and the whole T&L team for such a pleasant catering experience throughout these almost two years of challenges and uncertainty! You always remained supportive and dedicated to making sure we still had the best day, and for that we will be forever grateful!
