nexperienced colonist ruined my hair. The color was horrible. The SALON policy was that they come back and they fix it and the fix was worse than the original problem she caused . My hair was literally two different colors and highlights on either side of my part line. I was so grateful to the salon Lemondrop across the street that was able to somewhat fix the problem caused by the stylist Tangerine
Tangerine Long change policies and offer refunds if one of their colors is not skilled enough to do a basic roof touchup.
I'll be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This was not OK. What happened?
Kaila did my hair just how I was visioning it. My bridesmaids were also pleased with their hair. (Unfortuately there fine hair didn't resist the wind as well as my thick hair did)....
I'd rate the value higher if we had gotten a free trial when booking 5 hair styles.
