st 20 years for my mom, so we knew they would be fantastic for my wedding. Prior to the wedding I did a trial run with Natalie in the salon. We knew my hair does not hold curl – like at all. Natalie was prepared and tried rollers and pin curls. We decided that on the day of the wedding Natalie would curl my hair, pin it, and let it sit for a while to let me do other things. Fast forward to the morning of the wedding, Natalie, Billy Jean, Vicki, and Kelsey traveled to our venue, the Star Barn. It was rainy and Natalie made the game time decision to go with rollers for my hair which she brought just in case. She put the rollers in and I ran around for an hour or two setting up and getting my make up done. In that time Natalie, Billy Jean, and Vicki had almost all of the girls’ hair done (5 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, and 2 moms). All of which looked fantastic. Most of the bridesmaids had a half up half down style and both moms went for full updos. Natalie also did my mom’s make up and she looked gorgeous. Kelsey kept our whole group organized; everything ran efficiently and so smooth! Once I was ready to sit down Natalie pulled the rollers out and styled my hair. She achieved these beautiful Hollywood curls that were better than I could have imagined. Everyone’s hair styles held the whole night, with rain, dancing, and crying. I cannot recommend Tangles and their team enough especially for wedding styling!

I had my hair and makeup done and my maid of honor had her makeup done. I showed Natalie a picture off Pinterest of the hairstyle I wanted, which looked quite different from the examples on the Tangles website, and she nailed it! It stayed together perfectly all night and my scalp didn't hurt at all.
We forget the makeup artist's name but she did an amazing job as well. I only knew that I wanted a "natural" look and she pulled together what I wanted. I felt very comfortable telling her when I wanted something changed. She also nailed my MOH's makeup. We hadn't seen any examples of makeup on black clients but she did a great job!

ch less stressful. Everyones hair looked unique but equally gorgeous. Jessica (MUA) was so nice and really listened to what I wanted my bridal makeup to look like. She was even patient enough to add on a few lashes at the last minute. I truly felt gorgeous on my wedding day thanks to these ladies. They really worked to accentuate everyones natural beauty and make all of the ladies feel pretty and confident. I would highly recommend them.

eds. I had 6 bridesmaids plus a few extra girls get their hair done there and every single one of them was 100% happy with how their hair turned out! We got so many people asking us who did our hair at the wedding! All of the stylists at Tangles were so friendly and you could definitely tell they were all experienced in doing bridal hair. They had a spread of bagels, muffins, orange juice and fruit waiting for us when we arrived! We brought some champagne and enjoyed mimosas while getting our hair done, it was so much fun!! We also went the day before for manicures and pedicures. I was so impressed with how quick they were and again, the girls and I were so happy with how everything turned out. My mom, two sisters and I also had our make-up done by Natalie and she did an amazing job. I told her I wanted a "natural" look but still wanted to look elegant and that's exactly what she did! I cannot thank Tangles enough for such a wonderful experience! I know how hard it is to please so many women but honestly, every woman that was involved in my wedding that went to Tangles could not have been more ecstatic about how they looked...absolutely gorgeous. idesmaids who hadn't planned on coming, but we never felt unwelcome. In fact Natalie, the owner, must have said several times "no worries; we have your back." Then the hair...which was the next day. I was the last one there, and late for my appointment, but I was treated like gold. And my hair looked beautiful. The bride and the bridesmaids were all pleased with their hair. The styles fit each individual personality, and they were absolutely stunning. They all received numerous compliments from guests at the wedding. I would highly recommend Tangles in Carlisle, PA.

myself. They allowed us to bring in food and drinks to have and had a special area for us to set it all up. The nail lady was super awesome and made my nails so special and something I will never forget. The hairstylist also and my hair lasted all day, never fell down or out of place. I would reccommend them to anyone as they are top notch in style and service!!
