She made sure that me, my husband, and our families had everything that we needed, checked in with us throughout the night with a big smile on her face, and also was at our rehearsal the night before. In every wedding, some issues will inevitably arise, and Linnea handled the amazingly small number without anyone else even becoming aware of them. Overall, we can confidently say you will NEVER find a better wedding planner than Linnea. When we initially got engaged we even considered not having a planner. . Linnea is an incredibly talented wedding planner and coordinator. She made a very stressful project run with ease and grace. My wedding was complicated as I transformed Concord Country Club into a Napa Vineyard wedding venue. I rented farm tables, chairs, glassware, china, and wine barrels. Linnea made sure that all the vendors delivered and executed on time. I never had to do a thing! She coordinated the band, photographer, makeup artist, hairdresser, florist, officiant and string trio at the church. She even ran my rehearsal because the officiant couldn't make it. When I walked into the club I gasped. It was absolutely gorgeous! From that moment on I was walking on air. Linnea made everything flow seamlessly. If there were any problems, she headed them off. We also had guests staying at various Inns in Lexington and Concord. She organized transportation for all guests to and from the wedding. As a bride, I did nothing on my wedding day except relax with my sisters. Linnea took care of every detail including setting a schedule to the minute for each member of the wedding party. Linnea's attention to detail while protecting the bride from all the stress is so impressive. She is such a lovely person and has such wonderful ability to keep people calm and collected. She is funny and engaging while always being the consummate professional. I also respect her advice and counsel. She never steered me wrong. She actually saved me from one wedding disaster. I learned 2 weeks before the wedding that you need a sound system for the ceremony (I thought this came with the band -- nope!). When I called the "sound guy", I was told that everything had already been taken care of weeks ago -- by Linnea! She helped run our ceremony rehearsal, coordinated all our vendors, got the wedding party organized on the day of, and was even running around the venue itself making sure that every detail and every table was just right!
