Tangorra Wedding Planning

bubbly personality help ease this brides stress. She had us so organized from start to finish. I really couldn't have had the day I planned without her. It was perfect!

et up calls when needed. She was able to refer me to some great vendors who did excellent work. Her strong organizational skills helped keep everything on track. On the day of the wedding, she had everything under control and was in constant communication with limo drivers, managing the bridal party, etc etc - everything went incredibly smoothly and from my perspective as the bride, was seamless - she took care of everything and checked in with me frequently. She anticipated needs I hadn't even thought of yet (like putting more comfortable shoes under my table for me to change into at the reception). My wedding day was perfect and I was very grateful for all her help. 10/10 would work with her again!

tions that really fit us and the wedding ceremony and reception we wanted. She was hands on and helped us navigate anything that came our way. Truly took a lot of stress off our plate and in the end we had a great wedding and our guests had a wonderful time!

lanners who talked of “perfection” and “elegance” on the “the best day of our lives”—their vibes were too intense and it was way too much pressure! We were so relieved when we met Amanda. She was down-to-earth and we loved that about her. She stepped in three months before to connect with our vendors, look over and fine-tune our schedule, coordinate with the venue, make sure we were on track with everything that needed to be done, and advise us on a few details we needed help with. She made sure that all of the hard work we put into planning was executed as we had envisioned. I’m a pretty type-A and highly strung person, but I felt so relaxed in the weeks leading up to the day and on the day because of Amanda’s leadership. She made sure that me, my husband, and our families had everything that we needed, checked in with us throughout the night with a big smile on her face, and also was at our rehearsal the night before. She felt like a friend. I highly suggest hiring her so that you can relax and be fully present on your wedding day.

ny planners, as soon as we had the introductory call with Linnea we knew she was perfect, yet she still managed to exceed all of our high hopes & expectations! We could write pages about how wonderful Linnea is. To put it simply, she is energetic, organised, professional, well-connected, a master of her craft, and above all else, an absolute delight of a person. She made Our wedding day not just perfect and also FUN for all our guests. Throughout the planning process, Linnea was always responsive, helpful and detailed, and the periodic check-in calls were a consistently invaluable use of time to alleviate our stress and make us comfortable that we were on track. Initially, Linnea provided a number of potential vendors in each category, and most vendors we decided to hire were recommended by her, all of which did an excellent job. As the wedding day approached, during the ceremony rehearsal and on the wedding day itself, Linnea created and fine-tuned a detailed and perfect schedule, while flawlessly coordinating all vendors as well as the members of the wedding party. Despite the potential for so many things to go wrong at a wedding, Linnea used her extensive experience to proactively avert potential issues before they even began to materialize. She was a constant source of of calm despite her role being to simultaneously manage countless things / people. In every wedding, some issues will inevitably arise, and Linnea handled the amazingly small number without anyone else even becoming aware of them. Overall, we can confidently say you will NEVER find a better wedding planner than Linnea. When we initially got engaged we even considered not having a planner. In the end, we could not have imagined the past 3 years without Linnea. Make your wedding day the best and most fun day of your lives by working with Linnea!

dding gathering, transportation, multiple vendors and locations, there is no way a bride and her family can handle it alone. Linnea process and organizational skills provided us with the reassurance and confidence we needed to have the wedding my daughter dream of. After several pre-planning meeting and calls, she knew everything that was important to us. As the wedding weekend approached, it was like having a trusted confidant and best friend at your side. She knew what needed to be done without any hesitation or questions asked. She has the prefect combination of a top notch professional organizer wrapped with grace, kindness and lots of humor which you need on such an important day. My daughter’s wedding weekend was magical thanks to Linnea. She gave me the best gift a MOB could ask for, the freedom to enjoy my daughter’s beautiful day. A million thanks to Linnea and her staff.

ists, venue--in other words, everything! She gave our daughter a number of great highly recommended vendors to chose from and they each contributed to one of the most magical nights ever. We are still receiving raves from our guests!! Besides having wonderful resources in her back pocket, Linnea has the best attitude and ability to keep a very calm demeanor through all the planning. She also gave incredibly good advice and kept all of the details expertly organized. Linnea's true expertise came out a few weeks/days before the event--keeping everyone up-to speed on expectations (wedding families and vendors alike) and had very detailed schedules set up for all of us. It made the day go incredibly smoothly thanks to Linnea. The day of the wedding, Linnea was an absolute angel and shining star for us. The wedding went off without a hitch and her management of the event was seamless perfection. I never knew this the day of my daughter's wedding, but shortly after the dancing started, my daughter's gown bustle somehow ripped and I saw a picture of Linnea on her knees actually sewing the bustle back together again!!! No task to small or large. We are forever grateful to Linnea and would recommend her to anyone wanting a beautiful event!!

g day was executed perfectly!

If you are looking for a planner stop here - and hurry up and book her!

g, and Linnea was the only one I talked to where I felt like we clicked. She had me when she guaranteed that on a shoestring budget, or a budget of $200k, she could make a beautiful wedding. I had been worried about budget, but she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of, and she totally delivered! She answered every email I ever sent her (and I have sent her millions since October 2018), connected me with the most wonderful vendors, facilitated every meeting and connection I would need in the planning process, showed up early to each meeting, took copious notes, and never skipped a beat. She was truly a joy to work with, made me feel incredibly special and I could tell was equally excited for everything as I was. On the day of, she was an absolute pro, moving things along gracefully, dealing with all potential drama with a wink and a smile, always ahead of timeline, staying out of the way but helping at any moment's notice, I felt 1000% taken care of. I honestly can't thank her enough for everything. She really has become a friend during the last year, and a true professional. You can really tell she loves what she does, and she's been in the business for so long, she has such a length list of trusted connections and vendors built into her network. I would highly recommend her to literally everyone.

personality and exceptional communication abilities. Tangorra wasn't the first planner we hired in the 2 year planning process. I knew from the first phone conversation I had with her that this was going to be a productive relationship. She instantly took away the panic and emotional strain I had been experiencing. Any element or idea we wanted she made happen. My daughters wedding was a large event on private property so there were many wheels in motion. Linnea and her team communicated with each vendor, organized the entire wedding weekend with a written timeline down to the minute. The day of was flawless. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

ginning of the month and having her by my side (Myself being the contact for the venue) made the night easy and perfect. I witnessed the genuine connection she makes with her couples and it was truly inspiring. She went above and beyond the entire day and night to make the couples day absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend her company for wedding planning and have added her to our venues preferred vendor list!

ontract negotiations. On the day of the wedding she was such a warm, inviting and calm energy for myself, my family and my friends. I cannot thank Linnea enough for her hard work and dedication (and humor!) through this entire process! I am forever grateful!

ng planning process, helping us find wonderful vendors, and giving us seasoned advice. And on the actual wedding day, she was delightful, keeping us relaxed and on schedule so we could enjoy the big day. My daughter adored her! My friends have complained to me about their own experiences planning their kids' weddings, so I was ready to suffer through the process, but it ended up being fun and stress-free because we had Linnea on our team. I highly recommend hiring her -- you'll be so happy that you did!

d about us, and leveraged her great vendor relationships from years of experience to help us. Her vendor recommendations were spot on and they treated us wonderfully. She was fun, hilarious, and excited for us, which really helped us avoid stress. On the day of the wedding she was extremely present and also behind the scenes making sure everything went perfectly- it absolutely did. We could not be happier with how our day turned out! We highly recommend Linnea as a wedding planner with a wealth of experience in the business and who still has a genuine love of weddings!

with the wedding, we said “let’s ask Linnea,” and her advice was always just what we needed. We were planning a wedding in our home town from out of state, and she was invaluable in recommending vendors, working with local folks, and making everything run smoothly. On the day-of she really did yeo(wo)man’s work wrangling family, moving things to and from the venue and keeping everyone happy. I don’t know what we would have done without her! I really can’t recommend her highly enough.

gorra. She helped us with every detail. She went above and beyond to make their day special. She helped us find wonderful venues and the best band. She also worked well with our caterer and florist. She coordinated our buses, and even carried our daughter's luggage down 26 flights of stairs when the fire alarm went off. The wedding and reception could not have been better. Thank you so much to the best wedding planner and friend. Julia and Jimmy Autrey

ss plan for our wedding day. Our wedding had many pieces and many locations as well as complicated transportation. Linnea brought on equally wonderful staff members to be in the places that she could not be to make sure the day was flawless. Our guests constantly commented on how welcomed and happy they felt during the wedding day. I credit that to Linnea and her team.

ole process. She knows (and is loved by!) every vendor in the industry and she really took the time to listen and understand what my vision was. Her vendor recommendations were perfect for my style and my budget. I can not thank her enough. I will miss talking to you all the time, Linnea!

that we would have never been able to navigate through if it wasn't for their help. There are probably so many issues that I don't even know about! Linnea and Amanda kept us calm, excited and happy through the months leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day. I highly recommend them!!

organized, knowledgeable and a blast to have around. My wedding day was flawless because of her. I can’t thank her enough!

do it all! With her infectious positivity and bubbly demeanor, it is impossible not to have a good time when you are drowning in guest lists, seat assignments and a million other decisions. Linnea is someone that you can truly trust to make your wedding planning process stress-free and the event absolutely PERFECT! I live in New York, but got married in Boston. Linnea made sure that long-distance planning was smooth and enjoyable. I was the type of bride-to-be that needed a “nudge” to really get things done. Linnea made all of my appointments and ensured we met all of our deadlines to make the day perfect. There were also many times my mom and I differed on decisions and Linnea was instrumental in helping us come to a mutual agreement while still ensuring it would be my dream wedding. Linnea knows all of the best vendors on the East Coast; from invitations to flowers, photography/videography to officiates, and will help you find the ones that meet your personal needs and style. Every vendor Linnea suggested was professional, on time and worked together flawlessly on the day of the wedding. To say I was a nervous bride is an understatement but Linnea and her team could not have put me more at ease. Now that the wedding is over and the dust has settled, I miss my time spent with Linnea, which is a true testament to her approach to wedding planning!

y my personal expectations as well as my wife's' expectations. She is very prompt when responding to emails, and Linnea is very detail orientated. She has a big network of friends and companies that she has worked with in the past and was able to make everything easy for us along the way. About a month away from our wedding, we unexpectedly had to change make up and hair companies. We simply reached out to Linnea I believe on a Sunday, and she promptly helped us with finding a last minute company for hair and make up who did fantastic. She made our wedding day memorable. She made it very easy on my wife. There was no stress on our wedding day, and this was because we hired the absolute best at her profession. Linnea, thanks again for making our wedding day so special. My wife and I would recommend your services and assistance to anyone!!

good vendor recommendations and is incredibly organized. Linnea has a warm and bubbly personality, which makes planning with her so much fun. She was also able to help me stick to a strict budget, but still somehow managed to get me everything I wanted! The day of ran so smoothly - if anything went wrong, I definitely did not know about it! Trust me, you need her!!!

perience. Our vendors were on a first name basis with Linnea, and they all said we had the best! Linnea has a calm, bubbly, easy- going personality; nothing bothers her and she works behind the scenes as details/issues arise which really helps alleviate wedding day stress. She is super organized, detail oriented and genuinely cares for her bride. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who loves what they do and does it exceptionally. Our wedding weekend ran flawlessly because Linnea was in charge. She is amazing!

. Linnea is an incredibly talented wedding planner and coordinator. She made a very stressful project run with ease and grace. My wedding was complicated as I transformed Concord Country Club into a Napa Vineyard wedding venue. I rented farm tables, chairs, glassware, china, and wine barrels. Linnea made sure that all the vendors delivered and executed on time. I never had to do a thing! She coordinated the band, photographer, makeup artist, hairdresser, florist, officiant and string trio at the church. She even ran my rehearsal because the officiant couldn't make it. When I walked into the club I gasped. It was absolutely gorgeous! From that moment on I was walking on air. Linnea made everything flow seamlessly. If there were any problems, she headed them off. We also had guests staying at various Inns in Lexington and Concord. She organized transportation for all guests to and from the wedding. As a bride, I did nothing on my wedding day except relax with my sisters. Linnea took care of every detail including setting a schedule to the minute for each member of the wedding party. Linnea's attention to detail while protecting the bride from all the stress is so impressive. She is such a lovely person and has such wonderful ability to keep people calm and collected. She is funny and engaging while always being the consummate professional. I also respect her advice and counsel. She never steered me wrong. She actually saved me from one wedding disaster. I recommend her and her team without reservation. Trust me that you need to place your trust in Linnea on your wedding day. She is fantastic and I am so glad I hired her. I am happy to speak with folks in person if you want additional details. Tara

irst spoke with Linnea, she completely put me at ease. She is so enthusiastic, supportive, organized and professional. She knew the ins and outs of our venue and was able to provide so much great advice on how to make sure the day ran smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a success, and was such a pleasure to have with us the day of the wedding. She is able to find the perfect balance of being organized and in control, without being bossy and aggressive. I think that's a hard combination to find in a wedding planner! I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for someone to guide you through your big day!

at staying on top of it all, she knows every vendor in the area. EVERY VENDOR. She knew who my vendor contacts were before I even told her their names--because she's been doing this for so long. In fact, a vendor told me during a meeting that "word on the street is that you have to 'get in good' with Linnea...because she knows everyone." If you're second-guessing whether or not you should go with her, stop second-guessing. You need Linnea. You'll thank me.

er referrals along the way were all outstanding. The vendors were complimentary of Linnea as well, because she is super organized and presents them with a schedule, so everyone is on the same page. The day of the wedding was flawless, at least from my perspective, because Linnea was at the helm juggling all of the last minute details. We were able to enjoy the excitement and joy of the wedding without bearing the burden of orchestrating all of it's moving parts. Linnea has crafted the wedding planning business down to a science, and she is a consummate professional. I would highly recommend her services.

knew I was in good hands when I met with Linnea for the first time to go over the preliminary timeline for the wedding day -- I came in with a lot of questions and half baked ideas, but Linnea has such great experience and had everything so well organized that by the end of our meeting I was checking things off my to do list that I hadn't even known I needed! Linnea was so much fun to work with over the next few months. Not only is she super friendly and bubbly, but she is also very patient and calming. Great qualities to have when wedding planning can get stressful! Linnea will respond to your emails immediately, provide very helpful opinions and recommendations, and always has a contact if you're looking for a new vendor. There are so many little details that can be stressful to plan, and Linnea was on top of every single one. Knowing how organized and thorough she is really reduced my overall stress level in the weeks leading up to the big day. One example of this... I learned 2 weeks before the wedding that you need a sound system for the ceremony (I thought this came with the band -- nope!). When I called the "sound guy", I was told that everything had already been taken care of weeks ago -- by Linnea! Most importantly, on the weekend of the wedding, Linnea made sure that everything was flawless. She helped run our ceremony rehearsal, coordinated all our vendors, got the wedding party organized on the day of, and was even running around the venue itself making sure that every detail and every table was just right! Her attention is detail is amazing, and so so appreciated! She ensured that the logistics and details were the last thing on my mind on my wedding day -- she took care of it all. Having Linnea on our "team" as we planned our wedding was hands down one of the best decisions we made. I would recommend her to anyone that asks!! She will ensure that you have the wedding day of your dreams.

her and only wish we had had her with us from the beginning! Linnea was a total delight to work with in every respect. She was so incredibly organized and on top of everything. Of all of the terrific vendors with whom we worked, she was the BEST and the most responsive - getting back to us often in a matter of minutes after a call or email to her. No detail was too small and nothing was missed thanks to Linnea's attention to detail. She offered sage advice that was direct and to the point, while still taking into consideration the wedding we wanted for our daughter. She even weighed in, at our request, on helping us to figure out some of the more delicate family "political" issues that seem to arise in most weddings. She was indefatigable and hard-working and most of all so much FUN to work with from the months before the wedding, to the day of - leaving nothing to chance. She went above an beyond - and took on tasks that most likely others would have declined to do or would have passed on to someone else. The wedding was beyond our fondest dreams and greatest desires in terms of wonderful and Linnea helped to make it so!!
