Tanya began her wedding planning journey when her best friend asked her to be the maid of honor and THEN asked Tanya to plan her entire wedding for her. Tanya, who did not have a background in event planning decided to take a leap of faith and said YES. That yes changed her entire life. As a result TLE began planning weddings and other events not only in West MI but all over the United States. Our Team is a healthy split of analytical and creative. We work in both color wheels and spreadsheets . The TLE team has 27 years of experience in coordination and planning events such as; weddings, nonprofit, conferences, retreats and galas. With more than 100 weddings under our belt we refuse to create a static event. Bring on the challenge -we’ll give you something that goes above and beyond the basic. Everything you could ask for and more. Tanya has a very good understanding of our needs as a non traditional couple. She had thought through everything down to small details we wouldn’t have planned for. She is incredibly good at what she does. I would recommend her and we would use her again and again if we had any future need for event planning.

I had two friends use TLE for coordinating their weddings, and they were incredibly complimentary of Tanya and her team, so I got so lucky that I didn’t have to shop around for vendors. Tanya and the whole TLE team were insanely helpful and made the few crazy months leading up to the wedding so much easier! I was lucky enough to work with Tanya herself, and she is an amazing person and coordinator. If anything did actually go wrong during my wedding day, I had no clue because she flawlessly took care of everything. TLE is incredibly experienced and organized, and I LOVED working with them!!

Using Tanya Lynnette Events (and Paige as our day-of coordinator) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They worked flawlessly as a team and made our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it incredibly easy and as stress-free as wedding planning can be. No wedding is without its little hiccups, but having Tanya and her team with us helped us feel confident that everything would be great--and it was. If you're looking for a full planner or day-of coordination, I highly, HIGHLY recommend them. Also, if you're on the fence about whether you *need* a coordinator, the answer is YES. Even if you're amazing at project management, Tanya and Paige taught us a thing or two and the peace of mind was absolutely worth it.

Tanya and her team were so helpful in our very unusual wedding. I'm sure they're great for any type of wedding plan, but if you lean toward the offbeat or out of the box as we did, they were perfect. Everything from comfortable and easy. Every time we'd get stressed, we'd be stress-less after talking to Tanya. Onsite, she was super helpful and like I said, so flexible to help us create our dream event that was all being made up as we went!

More than 5 stars to Tanya! I was hired as a bartender for a wedding she coordinated and it was the most organized and well coordinated wedding I have ever worked. Tanya kept in great communication the months prior to the wedding and up until I walked out the door that evening. She went above and beyond for the couple! I would STRONGLY recommend hiring Tanya!

We hired Tanya a month before our wedding and she and her team were the perfect addition to our wedding. We had spent 2 years meticulously planning and driving ourselves crazy, so the day of we just wanted to be able to enjoy and have someone else execute. Tanya did it perfectly and did it all while being so calm and collected which was so helpful and reassuring. At the rehearsal she kept our crazy (but we love them) friends in check. She really is so wonderful to work with and she allowed our vision to come to life without the stress and the irritation of having to do it all by yourself on the day of. We were able to relax, take in the moments just like we had hoped. Had we known about Tanya’s services prior to [planing we would have WITHOUT A DOUBT worked with her from the beginning. Her personality fit so well with us and she was not a stuffy, all about the money vendor like some of these companies you encounter. She made the day about us and cared about every little detail. For example, the wrong song got played for my husband’s entry and he was going to shrug it off as we were already running behind. Tanya slowed him down and told him, “no this is important”{ what song is it supposed to be?” And went and took care of it! She cares about your big day and all the work you put in!! I can honestly say that, without having her as part of our wedding team, I am not sure the day would have been as amazing as it was! Thank you so much!!

Tanya was fantastic. She went above and beyond in making sure our wedding ran smoothly. She was always available to answer questions and offer guidance as we planned our wedding. On the day of the wedding, we could relax and enjoy our wedding because we knew that Tanya had everything taken care of.

Hire Tanya, you will not regret it. We were on the fence about hiring a full on wedding planner, but the fact that our wedding was going to be 3k miles from where we lived...we figured it was a sanity saving decision to bring Tanya onboard. And we are so glad we did. Tanya was like part therapist, part wedding planner extraordinaire, part bouncer, and our much needed rock during the planning and throughout the wedding weekend. Tanya handled everything from the design of the day, to the details that I could have never even thought about (soft seating?? SO cute!). Every single guest commented on how beautiful everything was, and I have to give the credit to Tanya and her vision. We had a pretty complicated flow to our day since we decided to have 2 different ceremonies, and Tanya worked the flow so well that everything felt natural. Tanya is a rare person that listens, understands, executes, and is worth every penny she charges. If I had the budget I would hire Tanya for every single event in my life (and I'm a pretty cheap person overall).

Tanya Lynette Events helped orchestrate our perfect wedding day this past August in Holland, MI! We worked directly with Tanya at first to coordinate what we needed with our services and budget, and eventually our planner, Paige, was assigned to help make our dreams a reality. From answering our burning questions pre-wedding, to facilitating our final details meeting, helping setup on our wedding day, keeping everything going on the day of our wedding, and providing support and assistance for all of our decor/guests/miscellaneous items, we couldn't have had a better planner! The peace of mind that Tanya and Paige brought to our wedding day was worth its weight in gold. Thank you both!

Tanya and Paige really did it all for our wedding - they tackled the craziness of having a wedding at a location that wasn't considered to be a venue with so much grace and joy. They worked tirelessly not only the weekend of the wedding, but the entire 9 months leading up to our wedding. Thinking you don't need a wedding planner? Think again - these two will take SO much stress out of your planning that you didn't even realize!

Due to COVID restrictions, we had to cancel our Chicago wedding and replan our Michigan wedding in less than 3 months. Needless to say, the pressure was on and I felt so relieved to have Tanya by my side as our wedding weekend coordinator. Her positive energy and go-getter personality was exactly what we needed to feel reassured that everything would fall perfectly into place. Tanya and Paige went above and beyond during our wedding weekend. The wedding ran smoothly and I was able to take my planning hat off for the wedding and enjoy every moment. As an lgbtq couple having a Jewish wedding it was important to us to have vendors who support an inclusive atmosphere. Both Tanya and Paige were beyond supportive. I highly recommend using their team for your wedding or event planning/coordination needs.

I am the MIL and want to stay that helping my daughter in law finalize the wedding with Tanya was amazing. She took all the stress from my DIL and focused all efforts on ensuring the wedding day was seamless. She connected with my son and DIL and listened to their desires and then made it happen. I would highly recommend her for anyone planning a wedding. Let someone else worry about the “little details” so the bride and groom can enjoy the day and take it all in!

Tanya Lynnette Events is my go-to for any and all event planning. I have seen this woman transform an airplane hangar into the most elegant celebration venue and an empty loft space into a scene right out of Bollywood. That's just to name a few! I've had the privilege of attending weddings, birthdays, graduations, funerals, and many other events that Tanya has planned. I don't know how to emphasize it enough—Tanya can and will make all of your event dreams come true. In fact, it will likely turn out even better than your favorite Pinterest boards. What's even better than the incredible events Tanya plans, is the opportunity to work with her. She is honest, authentic, hilarious, creative, helpful and a joy to work with. Not to mention, she is an incredibly hard worker with a servant's heart. She takes all of the stress off of you and the next thing you know, your much-anticipated event is happening and you just get to enjoy. Tanya takes care of every little detail and knows what to expect/look for/ask about before it even crosses my mind. After one planning meeting, it's easy to see that Tanya was made to do this work. You would be so lucky to have the chance to work with her!

Tanya was amazing! She came to my rescue after I thought I could handle everything on my own. It was such a relief in the days leading up to the wedding knowing that everything I had envisioned and worked hard for was in good hands. Tanya is professional, respectful, personable, and fun! She is able to take charge of a situation while still leaving you with as much control as you desire, and has a way of making the most stressful tasks look effortless. She went above and beyond, and everyone was incredibly impressed. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this hardworking woman, but I can assure you that she is a natural at what she does, and there is no one else I would rather have had in her position on my wedding day!

We worked with Tayna during 2020, a very challenging time for wedding planning. When I talked with her my stress level went down significantly! She was able to break the process down into manageable pieces and come up with amazing ideas, even in the midst of an ever changing environment. She listened to us and came up with a beautiful vision for our daughter's wedding. At the last minute, she had the idea to add some lovely colored glasses to the tables and they were my favorite finishing touch! She also managed the details of the rehearsal and wedding seamlessly. I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding- truly a gift!

The first thing that struck my interest was the experience! Which paid off in the long run for us due to all the connections that led us to acquire multiple items and help for our COVID wedding. We went from a venue that covered all of the nitty-gritty to having to do everything ourselves, which is why we hired TLE! Tanya & her team turned out backyard wedding, which was supposed to be at a lakefront venue, into something spectacular. They exceeded my expectations, especially under a deadline, by listening to our needs and making those needs come true! TLE was super easy to work with and very personable, especially when things needed to be taken seriously, they didn't beat around the bush. Our time was treated with the utmost respect. End of the day, they took my mess of wedding planning and gave us a stress-free/organized/"dream-come-true" wedding day!
