We had a late start to organizing, and Tanya immediately jumped in, giving us useful suggestions. Overall, the day went wonderfully, and could not have done without Tanya's help. We thank her and Bayli for all their help.

Tanya has been so fun to work with since the beginning. She helped us with so many details and gave so much good advice to make the wedding day a fairy tale! And that it was....we wouldn't have been able to do it without her!

Tanya helped with our parent's 65th wedding anniversary party and did a fabulous job! She is very responsive, organized and super helpful. She also met with us ahead of time to go over the details and make sure everything was thought out and ready to go. I could not recommend her enough. I was planning a wedding in Grand Rapids, while living in West Virginia. Tanya is the only reason I even was able to have the amazing Wedding that we did! She communicates clearly and consistently checks in to make sure you are on track. She personally found all of my vendors and assured me they were of value. My wedding day was an all around perfect day, and I owe so much of that to Tanya!! When I first started planning my wedding, I knew I would want extra help for the day of, so I booked Tanya. Not until it got close did I realize just how many little details go into the big day, and how much of a huge help Tanya would be. She was amazing! She was so efficient and we were always on time or ahead of schedule. She thought of all the small details, asking so many helpful questions and doing things that I would not have even thought of. I had so much comfort knowing that if a problem arose, Tanya would be there to solve it. There were very minimal hiccups that came up day of, and Tanya notified me and fixed the issues so quickly. She was always very kind, great with communication, and got along with the rest of my vendors very well! I would 100% recommend Tanya to anyone!

Tanya was absolutely amazing from start to finish! As parents of the bride, my husband and I literally showed up to the reception with guests and everything was taken care of. We had a truly amazing experience working with Tanya to coordinate our wedding! At our first meeting she helped us figure out exactly how much guidance we wanted from her vs what sorts of decisions we wanted to make ourselves. She then supplied us with lists of amazing vendors to choose from and guided us to help make the right decision for our wedding. These vendors turned out to be absolutely amazing all around! She was incredibly prompt in response to our questions, and helped us keep on top of the things that needed to be done at different times. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she helped coordinate the timeline and other details with all the different vendors to make the day seamless. On the day of the wedding itself she took care of essentially everything and helped make the day so stress free - this let us enjoy the day to its full extent and enjoy every single moment! She was so attentive to detail, kind, and helped us figure out what we wanted to make the day our dream come true. We cannot recommend her highly enough!!

Tanya is worth every penny! We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she helped answer any questions that came up prior to the event and FAST! And reached out after the wedding too! I had really specific ideas on how I wanted things to be, and despite my less than great communication skills, she nailed every detail! She knew when it was important to ask us what we wanted and when to handle it herself which made the night go so smooth. We have some strong personalities in our family and she handled all of them with such professionalism! 10/10 would recommend!

Working with Tanya made my son's wedding worry free! She was fully engaged in the success of the day from the moment we began planning. Her communication, organization, creativity, knowledge of "all things wedding" and all around kindness made us so glad we had her managing the day. She has cultivated fabulous relationships with so many vendors in the area that when we told vendors who our coordinator was, they breathed a visible "sigh of relief" as she is well respected & great to partner with. Tanya, Cheryl, and Maddie made our wedding dreams come true at every step in the process. Cheryl and Maddie brought a thoughtful, professional style to our wedding day. They were present without being intrusive, helping things to run so seamlessly for us. And they were totally willing to work with us on some of our more "unusual" ideas, which we definitely appreciated! They even went above and beyond in more ways than one! My family was supposed to drop off items at the venue, but nope, Cheryl and Maddie offered to pick them up instead. We didn't have a rehearsal the night before, but we were able to squeeze one in before the ceremony and Cheryl and Maddie gave us the best advice. I asked for locals to take flowers (without thinking about the fact that I chose bud vases) and Cheryl and Maddie packaged them into adorable bouquets for our guests. They even offered to send our marriage license on our behalf. I could go on and on!! You will not be disappointed with Tanya and her team.

Tanya was the absolute BEST FIT for our wedding!! We were so pleased with the direct, immediate responses from her with any kind of questions or concerns as she helped us plan our wedding to make sure everything went as smooth as possible! Not to mention she is super sweet and went out of her way to meet me in Tennessee as she came down for a different event and it just worked out so magically! We also live in Tennessee but had our wedding in Michigan, so she was at a couple of meetings for us that we were not able to be present for as well and acted on our behalf to make sure everything was organized and even created a step by step guide/event timeline stating what was supposed to happen at what time. We are so grateful for Tanya and her assistant who helped make our day the best day ever and 1000% recommend her services to any couple!

Tanya was awesome!!! We wouldn't have had such a flawless, beyond high expectation wedding day without her. She was THE most important vendor for me, as a single mother of the bride. I was able to be totally present during the entire day. Tanya was always available for any little comment or need, and acted on it immediately. She even helped us ahead of the wedding day with an extended issue with our jeweler. It helped to have her input and to run interference to get the issue addressed. She is such a vibrant and enthusiastic personality, I just can't say enough good things about her. I have recommended her to all my friends, and not just as a special vendor, but as a necessity.

Tayna’s expertise helped our wedding day to go so smoothly! She was available to us whenever we needed her and would help us work through any questions we had prior to our wedding. She would also check in with us to see what we need and make sure the things we needed to get done were done. Highly recommend her!

Tanya was wonderful!! I couldn't recommend her more highly! She did a great job of keeping us on track and coordinating everything, not just the wedding day but also the days/months leading up to the wedding. She recommended many of our vendors (hair/make-up, trolley service and desserts). We loved all of our vendors! Tanya was detail oriented, kind, funny, and so gracious during our entire wedding prep. She was prompt in her responses and always put us first. This was especially obvious when she would give us tips that were successful for her past couples. Everything that she did was for us and in our best interest while respecting what we wanted for our Wedding Day. Tanya and Cheryl were great to work with. The wedding ceremony ended earlier than expected and Tanya worked with the venue to serve the food and open the bar so everything ran smoothly. She was my eyes, ears and decision-maker the day of the wedding so that I could enjoy my daughter's beautiful day.

We LOVED working toward our October 2022 wedding with Tanya and absolutely recommend her for any event planning. Tanya alleviated a lot of our stress early on in our planning process: she knows the Southwestern Michigan wedding scene very well, so she ably guided us through the planning process. We appreciated Tanya’s expertise at every step of our planning but especially on our wedding day, on which both she and our assistant were well-loved by our family and friends. We miss her already.

I hired Tanya as my day of Coordinator and I couldn't have been more happy with my choice. She was wonderful and made me feel so important. She had such helpful advice but also supported my thoughts. We were in contact many times before the event and she was in contact with my vendors and venue-even going to the location ahead of time to get the lay of the land. I even had an issue with my photographer and Tanya reached out and handled it immediately.   The day of-She kept everything running to schedule and was there to handle it when things needed adjusting so I was able to keep it out of my mind.  The required items for our planned exit had unfortunately not been prepared as intended, Tanya and her assistant single handedly prepared the items minutes before they were needed and noone even knew there was an issue. As my husband and I danced until the lights turned on and we absolutely had to leave, we realized Tanya had cleaned up all the decorations and presents getting them to the cars and we had nothing left to do but walk away in wedded bliss. I know that Tanya was an integral part of the best day of my life.

Tanya went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was on top of everything! Any issue that came up throughout the night she handled quickly without us even knowing about it. There’s so much work she did behind the scenes on wedding day that truly made a difference in how our day ran. She helped with so much of the decor set up and clean up and it all looked so beautiful! She even went out of her way to buy our grandfather a cup of coffee at the end of the night and bring it back to the venue. She truly cares about her job and it shows!

Tanya was extremely helpful with organizing my wedding. She was always happy to answer questions and chat. On the wedding day she took care of everything so I could just enjoy! The day after she also took charge on correcting some vendor issues, which really exceeded my expectations!

Tanya was an AMAZING wedding planner. She went above and beyond for us. She is very knowledgeable of the wedding industry and helped guide us through the planning process. I had attended a cousin’s wedding who had hired Tanya as her wedding coordinator and was impressed by her attention to detail, so I decided to hire her for my own wedding. Tanya went above and beyond to help make our amazing wedding come to life! Working with her leading up to the day was a breeze, always responding to my questions within hours. The ceremony rehearsal set the tone for the weekend, where she made me feel completely at ease and took over all logistics I was ready to hand off. Knowing everything was taken care of let me get excited! On the day, she was so on top of everything I didn't once think of what was coming next, I just let her guide me through the day. I’ll be the first to admit - I was pretty wary of hiring a wedding coordinator because I’m very organized, in control, and hands-on when it comes to big events, and especially my wedding. However, everyone I know told me that a day-of coordinator is totally worth it, and I wish I could give Tanya 100/10 stars. Tanya claims she’s a “day-of coordinator,” but truly, she met with me once every couple of months leading up to the wedding. In the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, she was amazing about texting me, checking in on me, and making sure I felt ready for the day. She also asked the BEST questions in these meetings. For example, she asked both me and my (now) husband what our biggest fear/worry for the day was. I thought this was huge because she then took the extra step to make sure that our fears were prevented the day of. When it came to the wedding, Tayna was in charge, on schedule, and wonderful. Her and her assistant came to our rehearsal the night before, walked everyone through the ceremony, and made sure the reception room looked exactly how I wanted it. She was early the day of our wedding and spent most of the first few hours running back and forth between the bridal suite and the grooms room to make sure that everyone was ready to go and had everything they needed. She got the AC in our venue turned down within minutes and even handled my husband’s tux going missing without me ever knowing about it. After the ceremony, Tanya kept us and our photographer on schedule, brought us water during photos, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Once the reception started, she kept the DJ on time and made sure everything ran smoothly. Tanya ensured that everyone was happy - including guests, family, vendors, and us - and was great at answering questions. Our venue also left us in charge of clean up/take down after the ceremony. I had my family and bridal party on standby to help tear down, but no one needed to do anything. Tanya and her assistant had been working to tear down the room during the night and I didn’t even notice. By the time our reception ended, the room was clean and my husband and I were being packed into a car without a worry in the world. Long story short, Tanya is amazing and you will not regret booking her for your big day. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and I know our wedding wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without her presence.

We cannot speak highly enough of Tanya and her crew. She truly went above the call of duty as our wedding coordinator. We hired Tanya about 6 months out from our wedding, and from the get-go she was working tirelessly with our vendors to ensure we had a perfect day. Everyone always tells you to plan for something to go wrong, but having Tanya ensured the day went off without a hitch. I truly felt no stress during my wedding (other than pre-aisle butterflies), and it was entirely because Tanya planned out a thorough schedule and kept everyone in line. She did this all with such grace and a smile on her face. A member of her team even went to pick up our dog from the sitter mid-day for a few photos with us! It has been an honor to work with such a professional who quickly became a friend. We cannot thank her, or recommend her, enough.

Originally we did not intend to use a coordinator for our daughter's wedding. We met Tanya through a recommendation from friends. Shortly into our initial meeting with her it became clear that she would be a huge help to us and we hired her on the spot. Tanya is organized, has great ideas, is very responsive, and most of all, helped put us at ease knowing we wouldn't forget anything important. On the wedding day Tanya and her assistant were everywhere all at once. Any time we had a question or needed something, she was right were she needed to be. We can't even begin to imagine all of the small details she took care of that day. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything that day and just enjoy the day celebrating our daughter and son-in-law. Tanya was able to tailor her services to exactly what we needed (even when we didn't really know what we needed). Her pricing structure is very fair and a great value. Tanya did an outstanding job planning our daughter's wedding in May 2021. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, organization and promptness is top notch!
