Review for Taos Ski Valley and The Blake Wedding Venue I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at Taos Ski Valley and utilizing their stunning wedding venue, The Blake. I cannot express enough how impressed and thrilled my husband and I were with the entire experience. From start to finish, the staff, the scenery, and the overall ambiance exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the team at Taos Ski Valley was incredibly professional, attentive, and accommodating. From the very beginning of the planning process, they were there to answer any questions we had and provided us with valuable guidance. Their expertise in wedding coordination was evident as they seamlessly handled all the logistical details, ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our special day. The Blake wedding venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Nestled in the heart of the Taos Ski Valley, the venue boasts stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and landscape. The modern, yet rustic design of the space perfectly encapsulates the charm and beauty of the area. It provided the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, allowing our guests to fully immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere. One of the aspects that stood out the most to us was the level of personalization and customization they offered. The team went above and beyond to understand our vision and bring it to life. From the decor to the menu, every detail was executed with precision and reflected our unique style. They worked closely with us to curate a menu that catered to our dietary preferences and ensured that our guests' culinary experience was exceptional. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and handled every request with a smile. They made sure that our guests felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire event. The coordination between the venue staff and our wedding planner was seamless, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day without any worry. Furthermore, the surrounding amenities and activities available at Taos Ski Valley added an extra layer of enjoyment to our wedding weekend. Our guests had the opportunity to indulge in skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities, making our wedding weekend a truly unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Overall, hosting our wedding at Taos Ski Valley and utilizing The Blake wedding venue was an absolute dream come true. The picturesque location, personalized service, and exceptional attention to detail exceeded our expectations and created a truly magical experience for us and our guests. We highly recommend Taos Ski Valley and The Blake to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding venue that will leave a lasting impression.

We got married June 2023. Lauryn M was who we were in contact with the most, and through the whole process. She was very organized and helpful when it came it picking out the details, and was able to answer every question and concern we had! We had our ceremony at the Kachina basin. Overall it was a very beautiful location minus all the downed trees from a previous storm. Our reception was held at the Bavarian (we were told we were the first wedding to be held there) it was very easy for our guests to walk from the ceremony site to the Bavarian. Our wedding was held outside on the deck. The Bavarian did have a fixed menu so we were not able to change anything, but the food was very very good. We were however able to opt out of their dessert and bring our own. They also provided all the silverware and plate settings. We did not have a DJ but were we able to plug in our phone and play the music through their speaker system. Lauryn and the other Taos staff members were with us the whole time and were able to accommodate for all our requests.

This was the only venue we looked at - We've known we only wanted to get married here for years. Our TSV Wedding experience began with the Sales Manager who worked with us for months to set up the perfect wedding and contract for our vision. The Events Manager then takes over, who knows the venue inside and out to create your vision in the venue. We absolutely loved the venue, the setting is gorgeous. But the people you get to work with make it so special. One other thing to mention is that the food is incredible. We did the Rio Hondo Buffet and are still talking about the food with our guests months later. The green and red chile with enchiladas + the red chile chocolate sauce on the churros - seriously drooling writing about it now. If you're looking for the perfect mountain wedding, you've found it!

Kaela Gillum, the Taos Ski Valley Events Coordinator is incredible! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The Food & Beverage staff are also terrific. Our wedding at Taos Ski Valley was fantastic all around, and we highly recommend it!
