of our event. We were left feeling unsure and frustrated by the inconsistent responses and lack of coordination. To make matters worse, the one of the bar was taken down before the agreed-upon closing time, which caught both us and our guests off guard. This premature breakdown disrupted the flow and left several guests unhappy. Overall, we had high hopes, but the service did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend.

ral issues arose that I felt needed follow-up — and I’ve been deeply disappointed by the lack of response from the team. To start, our signature drinks were switched, so guests were served the wrong ones for the first hour of the reception. The bartender had told me these would be batched ahead of time to avoid delays, but that didn’t happen, which led to long lines throughout the evening. Additionally, drinks weren’t served during the toasts — which lasted over 30 minutes — and this was never discussed with me beforehand. To make matters worse, the bartender attempted to end service an hour early while I was still on the dance floor enjoying the reception. After the event, I reached out multiple times via email to address these concerns, but only received one delayed reply saying they’d get back to me — and I never heard anything further. For such an important occasion, this lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tap the Coast.

Instead, there were long lines at the bar that slowed everything down and pulled guests away from the reception. On top of that, drinks weren’t served during the toasts, which went on for over half an hour. There was never any mention that this would be the case, and it felt like a big miss, especially during such a key part of the evening. To make matters worse, the bartender tried to shut down an hour early — without warning — while we were still out on the dance floor celebrating. I’ve reached out multiple times since the wedding to address these concerns, but aside from one vague response saying someone would follow up (which never happened), we’ve heard nothing back. For a company that markets itself as a professional wedding service, this level of communication and service is unacceptable. As the groom, I wanted our guests to have a great experience and for the night to go off without a hitch — and unfortunately, Tap the Coast fell short. I can’t recommend them based on how our wedding was handled.

We chose to do signature cocktails and our guests were raving about how great the drinks were. Dannon and her team made our night so fun and executed everything we wanted for a bar so perfectly!

My wedding is one of the most important days of my life, and I approached this vendor with the hope of making it a special experience. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has left me feeling overlooked and underestimated. I understand that people get busy and things happen, but time is of the essence when planning a wedding. Without communication, I’m left unsure if my date is even available. I’ve tried to be patient, kind, and understanding, but at this point, I’m incredibly disappointed. I wanted so badly for this to work, and I truly wish I could leave a glowing review because Dannon seemed so wonderful initially. Sadly, I can’t recommend Taps the Coast based on my experience. We had a coffee bar towards the end of our wedding night and our guests RAVED about it. Such a fun addition to any event honestly. You should 100% use Tap The Coast for all your beverage needs :)

come to life. We rented the Vintage Camper and decided on a Moscow Mule theme. Not only was it gorgeous, but we got a ton of compliments on the drinks as well. Dannon was always very responsive and quick to help in any way she could. Even when we needed ideas for other vendors or just wanted to talk wedding ideas, she really helped our picture come to fruition. I would (and will) recommend this company again. So happy! our initial phone call with the owner (Dannon), we were positive we wanted to move forward with them to bartend our wedding. We used the Piaggio bar and it was one of the focal points of our reception. All of our wedding guest (~150) absolutely loved the bar and Dannon. She is so professional and personable. From start to finish she made the process simple and helped us craft together our signature wedding drinks, all of which were AMAZING! Now we're trying to figure out what else we can use Tap the Coast for. I highly recommend using them for all of your bartending needs.

The photobooth was a super fun addition for guests (and us) to get a break and take a goofy little breather. I love that I have those photos on top of my photographer's photos to look back on the most special day of my life thus far. Dannon is a joy to have as a guest and we truly enjoyed her service. If you're wondering if you should make this a part of your special day, i'd say it is well worth it. Dannon responds quickly and worked well with our wedding planner as well.
